Pistachio milk tea
Be P.

Went in tonight at 9 an hour before they close and they were out of regular boba, which is okay. I ordered a medium pistachio milk tea, 50% sweet total was over $7. Then I asked to use the bathroom and was told that it was closed for the night, so I couldn't even wash my hands. Drink was mediocre. Bing's used to be my favourite boba spot, because it was one of the first in town. It was not busy or dirty.

This place has one of the largest and most unique varieties of boba tea and fun drinks as well as different types of bobas and toppings I have seen! We went right around the start of the school year and they had the cutest UofA themed drink just for the occasion! The ambience inside is super nice and clean, with very quick service. I know for a fact I will be going back because I just could not make up my mind on what to get and already have my next 3 orders ready. The rose tea and the lychee lemonade were divine!

I love their tea here because the boba is unsweetened. They also have the largest drink for the price, 32 ounces for under $8! I've been coming here since they first opened-- by far my favorite tea in Tucson.

After a long hiatus I came back to Bings to give me a second go. What I noted immediately was a BIG improvement in the atmosphere. It has a fun, cheeky energy that I imagine really appeals to teens/young people wanting a shop to hang out it. The menu was very easy to read; I think it works well for people new to boba. I ordered a taro milk tea with Boba and grass jelly. I will say, it was MUCH better than my last experience. They have new owners and it seems as the quality of drinks have improved. My drink had a nice sweetness to it, and the taro had a good flavor. My big issue with my drink however were the pearls themselves. They had no flavor or sweetness to them. With so much amazing competition I needed more than to just taste the tapioca itself. If they can up the game and bring out pearls with that magical brown sugar/honey flavor then I will come back!

So this place is seriously the best Boba spot in Tucson! I have been going to get Boba from Bings since they opened, every time we take a trip to Tucson we never leave before going to get our favorite drinks! I love it and so do the kids! If you love boba you need to go to bings! You will never go anyplace else for your yummy refreshing drinks!

Bing's provides perfect refreshing summer treats in the form of their delicious teas, slushes, and snows! Bing's has a great variety of drink options, some with milk (dairy or non-dairy are both available!) and some without. I love playing around with different combinations of drink flavors and add-in flavors, but some of my all-time favorites are taro snow with traditional boba, lemonade slush with mango jelly (honestly, the lemonade slush is killer with any of the fruit add-ins), matcha snow with peach popping boba, and chocolate snow with coffee jelly. Get creative with your combos! There's lots to love here! Also, make sure you enter your phone number when you purchase to get stars, which you can eventually redeem for a free drink!

I LOVE Bing's! My friends introduced me and I have actual cravings for it. There's something for everyone here, they have flavored popping boba, milk tea, coffee and so so much more. If you have a hankering to try something new, check this place out! *Parking is a little tight so be cautious and try to snag a spot when you see one!

Always a good night for Boba Tea! Ordered Oolong Tea Latte with Coffee Jelly, Thai Tea with mango jelly, Matcha with coffee jelly & boba. Spacious & Clean! Plenty of room. Drinks made super fast! Fun Spot for sure!

After having never been to Bing's (the first dedicated Boba drink shop in Tucson), I have now been there twice in a month! They have a very broad selection of milk teas, fruit teas, slushes and snow with more than a dozen flavors in each (and you can combine flavors)! Its a cute shop with lots of seating and was surprisingly empty both visits (possibly because University is out of session). They were very generous with the amount of boba they added. My only complaint is that both visits the person who was running the counter was not very knowledgeable about their offerings. Maybe they could create a guide for folks who are not as familiar?

Stopped by to check out a tea place because I was desperate for something other than coffee because of the dry weather. Inside, it's very spacious and has cute decor. The menu seems to have a lot of options. With their milk teas, I requested soy milk but they said they use a dairy free milk powder for their teas. I got a jasmine milk tea with light sweetener and couldn't taste hardly one bit of jasmine, just a whole bunch of milk. A little disappointed, but I'd give it another chance and maybe try something else on the menu next time.

Super nice staff. Very friendly and helpful! I pass this place all the time and never noticed it until today. I got a Thai milk tea with boba and it wasn't bad. I would get it sweeter next time. I will be coming back to try the other drinks. They have a pumpkin pie one on special that looked delicious

Was in Tucson for the weekend and needed a boba fix. With the good reviews we decided on this place easily. It's a pretty large location with several options for seating, they have TVs and games available. You order at a window to the right when you walk in and the pick up window is towards the back. The girl working was nice and quick. I went with the house milk tea, which was recommended over the original milk tea for having more of a "toasted" flavor. I figured why not. I asked for it less sweet and added boba or course. The small was a perfect size in my opinion, and the flavor was excellent! It was probably one of the best flavored milk teas I have ever had. The boba was standard, chewy and not too mushy. My girlfriend ordered a piña colada slushy with double strawberry jelly. She thought it was just okay, the jellies were great but the slush was just average. Overall a solid stop for boba in Tucson! I would return if in the area.

This place is great for boba and has a huge selection of teas, slushies, smoothies and more with popping boba, tapioca and several flavors of jelly. I loved the ambiance and decor and even took some cute pics. Staff was friendly and let me try out stuff and explained things to me, they even asked if my tea was to my satisfaction and said they would remake it if I wanted, but they didn't have to because it was delicious!

3/5 Stars: Long line/ order time, clearly understaffed. Good drink and polite service. Would recommend if you have a spare 20 minutes.

The door was already open, and we watched another gentleman walk in and order four drinks, so naturally we assumed they were serving customers. However, when we entered, an employee told us to go back outside and wait until they officially opened. No problem. We waited and came back in at 12:02 PM. Once we were ready to order, we asked for a drink with regular tapioca boba. The employee told us it wasn't ready yet and suggested crystal boba instead. We explained that we were willing to wait for the regular tapioca, but we kept getting the impression they really didn't want us to order it because they repeatedly emphasized that it would take a while. Crystal boba is not the same thing as traditional tapioca boba. At that point, the employee was also having issues with the POS system and seemed very stressed trying to make the previous customer's drinks while simultaneously texting their manager for help. We were asked to wait off to the side. About 10 minutes later, who I assume was the manager arrived and helped get everything sorted out. After asking about the available toppings and trying samples of the crystal boba, we finally placed our order. Unfortunately, two of our three drinks came out wrong. One drink was supposed to be a plain Jasmine Floral Milk Tea with lychee jelly and light ice. Instead, it came with no jelly at all and regular ice. Another drink was supposed to be a Strawberry Jelly Watermelon Slush with crystal boba, but it arrived with lychee jelly instead. By that point, after waiting through the opening confusion, POS issues, topping availability issues, and ordering delays, we honestly didn't feel like spending even more time having drinks remade. For nearly $25 for three drinks, I expected a much smoother experience. I understand that opening can be hectic, but it felt like the shop wasn't fully prepared to serve customers when the doors opened. The drinks themselves were fine, but getting two out of three orders wrong after such a long wait was disappointing. Hopefully this was just an off day, but based on our visit, the experience didn't live up to the reputation and positive reviews we saw beforehand.

How have I not been here before?! Seriously…read more Taichi hits that sweet spot of fast, fresh, and actually satisfying--which is not always easy to find, especially when you want something on the lighter side. The menu is super customizable, which I love--especially if you're plant-based or just trying to keep things on the healthier side. Tons of veggie and vegan options, and nothing feels like an afterthought. I went with a tofu bowl and it was delish--fresh, flavorful, and filling without being heavy. Exactly what you want when it's blazing hot and you need something refreshing but still crave-worthy. Service was great--quick, friendly, and easy. The whole space has a cute, clean aesthetic too, making it a perfect low-key brunch or midday reset spot during those intense desert heat days. Light, refreshing, customizable, and reliable? Say less. I'd definitely go back.

Taichi Bubble Tea…read more This review is based on an Uber Eats order, and honestly... if the food tastes this good after delivery, I can only imagine how incredible it is in person. I didn't see the restaurant itself yet, but after this experience, visiting is officially on the to-do. We started with the takoyaki balls, which were an absolute standout. I'm not an expert on how they're made, but I did notice pieces of octopus inside, and wow so good. The sauce on top is an explosion of flavor: rich, savory, slightly sweet, and totally addictive. I could eat these every time and never get bored. Next, we built our own Tachi burrito bowl and this is where Taichi really shines. The customization options are next-level. You can choose white rice, brown rice, no rice, and even a greens base. Then you get three proteins yes, three. Options include tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, spicy salmon, shrimp, tofu, crab meat, and chicken. From there, it's toppings galore: avocado, cucumbers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, mango, masago, seaweed salad, and crunchy add-ons like fried garlic or fried onions. The variety alone deserves applause. And then... the sauces. This is where you can really get creative. Spicy mayo, poke sauce, chili hot sauce, eel sauce, mango sauce, ponzu, Thai sweet chili, Thousand Island, wasabi the list goes on. We went with spicy tuna, salmon, and spicy salmon, and let me tell you fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced. Every bite worked. I don't claim to be a poke or Thai food expert, but whatever choices we made... we absolutely made the right ones. Bottom line: even through delivery, Taichi delivered. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and endless customization. Next time, in person, and probably ordering way too much.

I also very much love their crystal boba and yakult offerings. Today, I stopped in for something super light and non-caffeinated. They just need to update their menu and inside a little because it seems cluttered and unprofessional with post it notes all over the place.
