*Quick service *Got the Taro tea with cream cheese topping =delicious. I especially liked the fresh taro. First time getting the cream cheese topping- it makes the drink heavy/filling... which is not a bad thing... but I would likely avoid that after a recent meal. But it's so yummy! *Decent prices *located in a busy strip mall... so there is always parking read more

I don't know... vibes are off for me. Combined with the location and lackluster customer service, I can't think about the quality of the tea and focus instead on the weird energy that really makes me want to avoid spending any length of time there. Maybe it's part of the construction you unavoidably have to navigate or the general shopping center, something that will be unable to be determined until I visit the other location. This visit, I ordered the Thai tea and found it to be quite good. I didn't get the sense the tea was powdered or otherwise pre-packaged. The tapioca boba was fresh and obviously made recently when I went. Unfortunately, I can't get over the experience part of my patronage. read more

I love Ni Hao Tea whenever I am in Tucson. This location on Campbell feels newer than the location on the Westside we usually go to, and the interior is very aesthetically pleasing and welcoming. Fast and friendly service and my mango green tea with aloe vera was absolutely delicious and had a great and pronounced tea flavor seeing that they have the option for 25% sweet. Highly recommend! read more

We get the same thing every single time we visit. It's always me and my kids, we've discovered that this is one of the best places for giving us options that we all enjoy and being consistent. Other places have been out of Boba or other things several times that we've been there so to be honest, we've completely stopped going there. Thankful for Ni Hao. What we order - two fresh brown sugar, milk teas and one mango slushy with strawberry popping, Boba service is good, although we would love to see more games like we used to. Not bad price value either. Space is always pleasant and bright. read more

Speedy service, friendly employees, and decent boba! The boba was so sweet and chewy compared to other boba spots. My only complaint is that the brown sugar milk tea didn't taste like anything other than milk. The cheesecake flavor in the strawberry cheesecake smoothie was really sweet and actually embodied cheesecake! It tastes like exactly how you'd expect, which was delightful. read more

Came here with my babygirl for a mommy daughter date and it was such a lovely time. The service was so friendly, patient, and helpful. My drinks came out fast and delicious. My daughter even tried something new and loved it. Inside has a great modern look and some tables have a jenga set you can play. I would definitely come back again. read more

My favorite milk tea spot! Friendly staff, quick service, ample seating, and excellent playlist for hanging out with friends or getting some work done. I love the adjustable sweetness levels and topping options. My go to order is the jasmine green milk tea with egg pudding and my partner's favorite is the mango milk tea with mango jelly. read more

Came back for the Yelp event today. My friend had a mango tea and for my Yelp tea. I had a large Matcha latte. Once again, I think this place could bump up the rating with a offering of sugar-free sweeteners. Furthermore, the indoor is small and it was very loud for the second time. I probably won't come back, even though this help staff was very friendly and kind. read more

Clean and refreshing space to enjoy a beautifully crafted drink. Service was friendly and prompt. We ordered the Pineapple smoothie and matcha latte. The pineapple smoothie was crisp, delicious and super refreshing. Just the right amount of sweetness. Matcha latte was good but even with requesting a low level of sweetness, it was still too sweet for me. It overpowered the herbaceous flavor of the matcha. A great stop for a fun drink to cool you down on a hot day. read more

Ni Hao remains one of my favorites! Their quality, consistency and flexibility for range of sweetness is what's kept me going. Not to mention the sweetest owner and staff. It had been a minute since my last boba visit and I was excited to share with my young daughter. She's still debating the boba balls but gave a two thumbs up to the class brown sugar boba milk tea! That's my favorite alongside the taro and ofc purse I'm a matcha lover! read more

Great quality! Ceremonial grade matcha, pretty good price and quick service. The staff is fantastic but I do wish they wouldn't allow customers to bring pets inside the shop. They are very kind but I noticed the customers brought multiple pets and left a mess. I understand it's a grey area to confront customers but this is a nice shop, don't let them walk over you! read more

We ordered two fresh taro milk teas with 50% sweetness and no ice. My husband just wanted boba, while I got boba and egg pudding in the drink, plus scoops of fresh taro paste on the side. You can also get the taro paste on top of your drink if you prefer. They don't have spoons, but I made it work with my straw. The no ice option does cost extra, but it's worth it. Same goes for the toppings, which is pretty standard. I'm also glad we went with less sweetness. It was just right. A lot of places use powdered taro, but I'm so happy we found a spot that serves fresh taro paste. I love the consistency and flavor. It's something you just don't get with powders. It tasted amazing. The games, tables, and overall vibe were great. It was the perfect little treat for us. read more

I love coming here because the staff is just so lovely to be around. Yummy drinks and matcha is nice and strong here ! 5 stars !!

The service was great. The uniform were nice. It really fit the theme vs just having the crew wear tshirts. The drinks were good too! Looks like we found our boba spot since moving from California. read more

Always the best boba in town, I love the fact that they can customize the sweetness. Their service is always quick and amazing.

We drove by Christmas Day and I kinda chuckled at the name, but decided to stop in and give it a try. Honestly, I came in with extremely low expectations, but was pleasantly surprised with my drink. I ordered a roasted oolong milk tea with grass jelly and the tea was enough to curb that tea craving. The oolong flavor came through nicely and had a good nutty flavor to it. I could've passed on the grass jelly though as it was more on the milder tasting side and a little harder on consistency in comparison to other grass jellies. Overall a pretty solid choice in the area! When they say in their bio that's where you go to get your tea and boba without having to drive hours to CA, that's pretty true! read more

So far the most authentic tasting milk tea place I've had in Arizona!! We ordered the ni hao milk tea at 50% sugar, which was the perfect amount of sweetness!! The milk tea was very flavorful and had a good strong tea flavor without being too milky. The boba also tasted delicious and added a little sweetening flavor and was chewy. There's a self ordering kiosk option to look at the pictures of all the drinks, and they had so many options. Our drinks came out super fast as well! read more

some of the staff is very nice. However, there's been a couple times I order ahead and when I get there the drink isn't ready, obviously if it's busy it's not a big deal that happens, but coming in when it's empty and they're all sitting down almost as if they didn't even know they had an order to do. Although they got it out fast after that that's pretty ridiculous. I'm not opposed to employees taking a break, but maybe after they finish their tasks first. Hope that can improve. read more

Top notch drink shop that adds a lot of great boba options in Tucson! The matcha latte is my go to here. Sometimes varies in how strong the flavor is. Most places that one can get Boba Tea typically cannot be customized. I love the wide array of options available for the tea to make it so personal. I was even able to select how sweet or unsweet my tea could taste. To top it all off, my other half and myself loved the tea! I had the Ceremonial Grade Matcha with Strawberry added to it. The staff at this location was exceptional! I had a great customer experience and left knowing more about tea than when I arrived. The dining space was fabulous and very chic which added to the overall great experience. read more

Fun boba spot in great central location! This is Ni Hao's second Tucson location. Lots of flavors of drinks (milk teas, slushies etc) and different types of boba to add or toppings. I've never had a boba drink with toppings so didn't know what to expect. It is like a flavored froth, has a slight salty taste (but is really delicious ). They have ample seating and I saw a small study group. They also have games like jenga! read more

Coming to Ni Hao twice in two days... I might have a problem But their boba is so good and I'd prefer milk tea over coffee any day. Ni Hao Tea has good boba and nice lighting. They could have more games or seating for their customers. I know the space is limited but when compared to competitors it is something missing. I also am conflicted on the qipao/cheongsam styled tops for all workers. I grew up wearing qipao dresses and feel they are for special events. While anyone can wear them these are cultural pieces to be celebrated. I took the time to read the origins of the company on the website. There isn't an explanation of it. It seems more of a show to have these certain pieces because it fits with the brand. I feel turned off retuning to this business when I am reminded my culture is someone's uniform top. Doesn't feel genuine. read more

Ni Hao Tea combines modern design and business practices with zen and comfort. This is a difficult feat to accomplish, but somehow Ni Hao pulls it off. I took my daughter on a date and we played jenga while we sipped our delicious milk tea with popping boba. I observed several people pick up their orders via call in. The employees didn't skip a beat when helping "to go" customers vs in house tea sippers. Environment is sleek and well cleaned. Best boba spot I have encountered in Tucson. Will be back. read more

I love boba drinks and Ni Hao is solid in their boba offerings. They used to have almond milk tea boba, which is very near and dear to my heart, but it was discontinued and the reason why I took off a star. I like their Hokkaido tea, so that will be my stand in until I find another drink that I love. The other reasons why Ni Hao is great is because they're always participating in Yelp events and generously offering a free drink during certain holidays and events. This is such a great place for milk teas and smoothie boba drinks. My go to drink is the honeydew smoothie with boba, but I decided to try the tucson sunset, which is a mix of dragon fruit and passion fruit. When you order, you can choose your sweetness. Regular is 100% sweetness, so if you want less sugar, be sure to lower that to 50%. All the drinks are delicious, you really can't go wrong with any of them. My favorite flavor is still honeydew.
