Place on the south side for boba. It's located in a strip mall type of area with lots of parking and you can order ahead. I do like that you can customize your sweetness and ice levels. There's a variety of drink options however I do feel like it is a little pricey compared to other boba places. I typically like boba that is soft, a little sweet and not too chewy. The boba lacked flavor and a little too chewy for my preference. Staff was kind and pretty quick with my order once placed. Decent boba drinks overall and would consider coming back. This is my go-to boba spot! The drinks are amazing and they have a lot of options to choose from, the service is always friendly and super quick, and the store is small but with enough seating for a good amount of people. They have a huge tv that plays music and it's pretty chill. My favorite drinks to get is the Brown Sugar Milk Tea with black boba. It's the perfect amount of sweetness for me. I also love their fruit teas! I love getting the Passion Fruit Green Tea and I like to add popping boba! Another yummy drink is the Matcha slush with cream cheese foam and back boba. I'm not familiar with the variety of flavors but the helpful staff member provided me with information that allowed me the comfort of thinking of related tastes to compare prior to ordering. Her welcoming demeanor and knowledge made me feel comfortable asking questions. There are chairs tables throughout and two couches with a coffee table up front. The Irvington location does not have as many flavors as their other location in Tucson. Restrooms require a code for entry which ensures a clean environment. The only negative experience I had was being there early, expecting opening right at time posted but they did not, only opening about 13 minutes after their posted time since another group of guests showed up. read more

Very good boba tea. I have only ordered for pick up so I cannot say how the service or ambiance is. But I can say that the staff is friendly when I do pick up and my drink is always delicious. I came here on a whim- sweltering Tucson heat makes you wanna drink something cold! I tried their fruit slushies...yummy! The place is clean and hipster. Servers friendly and polite. Drinks are great but menu prices are off. No one mentions it and I only realized when I saw the receipt since the amount didn't add up. Also when paying for the order, in my case the no tip wasn't working. I tapped it several times but it didnt register it and the payment only went through automatically when I selected to tip. Pretty shady. read more

I asked my daughter to bring me a kumquat ice tea since it was on her way. It's one of my favorite drinks since I love that it comes with a saladito and a lemon wedge. As soon as she hands it to me a notice no lemon wedge and no saladito. This is the third time this has happened to me. Not sure why they always have issues in this particular location. read more

Pretty bad service. Came in on a Friday night, bought 4 teas, one was bad. Asked the girl to fix it. She refused to do it, but kept saying she's so sorry, just to be saying it. She kept coming up with made-up reasons about some formula for the tea. Needless to say, it's the last Ding Tea I'll ever visit. read more

I like the tea over coffee but one of the employees named VNA is very rude and dismissive. When I was having difficulty entering my number for the rewards program . She then said it in a very rude tone light touches! I said light touches touches, hard taps it doesn't work. She proceeded to show me, but I didn't work for her either. After the transaction was done, she proceeded to tell one of the coworkers, which I could very blatantly hear. I got up and stated that I could hear her and it that was rude , uncalled for and unprofessional.for here to do that. she said OK, OK and is very dismissive way! When I asked for a manager, she said there was none. There is always a manager and every business and if not the manager general manager. To make matters worse, as I was walking out the door, I could hear her talking trash again and laughing with the coworker. She needs some serious customer service training, and should not be working directly with customers! read more

Finally they open up near where I live. Came here twice and the drinks were good, but they need to practice listening to customers' requests. I asked for golden boba and somehow they kept giving me black bobas. Worst when they mess up our drinks when we order more than one drinks. Btw, they never answer their phone so don't waste your time calling them. I tried to call them one time to see if they're open one of the day, no one answer. When I drove by, they're open and they're not even that busy. I don't know why they have a phone number and they not gonna answer. read more
