Cinnamon pear walnut scone - A cinnamon pear walnut scone with a crumbly texture and visible pieces of pear and walnuts is wrapped in paper and held in a person's hand. The background shows part of a vehicle interior, indicating the photo was taken inside a car.

My favorite local coffee shop! Delicious baked goods (sometimes half off in the afternoon)- I recommend the espresso chocolate cake or chocolate gingerbread, but scones are always a must. And the coffee is strong, but teas are also delicious and light. My favorite is the gold rush!

Large hot coconut milk chai and plant based blueberry crumble cake - Two glasses of chai with frothy tops are positioned on a dark wooden table next to a white plate holding a slice of blueberry crumb cake. The table is near a window with a view of parked cars and greenery outside. The scene suggests a casual cafe environment with natural light illuminating the setting.

This is our favorite place to get hot chai. The staff is mostly welcoming. We always tip well hoping they smile more. While the chai is homemade, it has definitely been inconsistent, sometimes too watered down. It's expensive and we always order a pastry. Their pastry selection is generous, offering several vegan options daily. Why is their hot chai our favorite? It's homemade and not too sweet. We avoid concentrate or syrup pumps, preferring a real, more authentic spiced chai and Raging Sage does it! It was raining outside on this day, so we enjoyed our tea and blueberry crumble inside by the window. We almost always sit outside on their beautiful patio.

The image shows a glass display case with baked goods including brownies, cake slices, and a carrot cake leaf. The top shelf features brownies and bars, with a sign indicating 'Super Natural Brownies' for $3.50 and 'Pecan Bar' for $4.00. The lower shelf contains slices of cake, including a carrot cake leaf and other cake slices, some with visible toppings or decorations. The display is set on a wooden floor, and the case appears to be in a bakery or cafe setting.

This adorable small coffee shop has a lot of options to choose from. I ordered the Oaxacan Mocha and it was the perfect amount of sweet and spice. They were able to sub for oat milk which is always nice. They had a good amount of pastry options too. I'd be back to try more coffee flavors!

Cappuccino with oatmilk and a vegan raspberry coffee cake - A white ceramic mug contains a frothy coffee drink, placed on a dark, textured table. Next to it, a small white plate holds a partially eaten slice of berry cake with visible red berries and crumbs, accompanied by a fork. A stainless steel insulated tumbler and a white mug are also visible in the background, suggesting a casual coffee or snack setting.

While the service, space and experience was enjoyable, the cappuccino we ordered was terrible. The espresso tasted burnt and the milk was definitely not steamed properly and very bubbly and unappetizing. I didn't drink more than two sips before deciding to leave. I love supporting local and enjoying this local spot so my hope is that there can be an improvement as I mean the best.

Front entrance off Campell. - The image depicts the front exterior of Raging Sage Coffee Roasters, a small coffee shop. The building has a sign with the business name above a window with a shade, and a door with an 'Open' sign. The storefront features a concrete facade with a tiled roof and some greenery in front. The parking area is visible with a parking block and some pavement.

Raging Sage opened when I was in grad school umpteen years ago, and I swung by for the first time in at least 20 years. I don't think the place has changed a stitch. Same small, but cozy, interior, same spacious and shaded outside patio, same counter where you order beverages and pastries. You know, it was my go to back in the day, and I'm glad things haven't changed. I ordered a spicy chai, and it was exactly as I remembered it. And I ordered a pecan bar--it was always one of my favorites--again, exactly as I remembered it, I bet one of Roger's old recipes. Sometimes change is a good thing, sometimes not. I'm glad Raging Sage is the same old place I remembered.

Iced decaf almond milk latte and baked good - A clear plastic cup containing iced coffee with visible layers of milk at the bottom and coffee on top, covered with a plastic lid and straw, is positioned on a dark, textured table. A white paper bag with a printed logo and red stamp is partially visible in the foreground. The background includes other cups and a smartphone, indicating a casual coffee shop setting.

I've always loved Raging Sage. It has a cozy, local feel and a unique menu of drink options and baked goods. They usually have a at least one vegan option in the case too, which is awesome! The staff on our visit last night was super friendly. We stayed until close and they were very kind when they corralled us out. A few years ago, they raised their prices - which is totally understandable. Seems they may have raised again within that time. They have employees to pay and high quality supplies to purchase, so it's fine. But if you're someone who scoffs at high cafe prices, you might want to skip this one.

Blueberry lavender bundt - The image shows a table with a black textured placemat at a cafe. On the table, there is a glass of iced tea with ice cubes and a straw, a white cup of coffee, and two slices of cake on white plates. One cake has pink icing and visible blueberries inside, while the other is a chocolate cake with powdered sugar on top. A person with long hair, wearing a white tank top and a small purse, is partially visible in the background.

This is my second time here and my daughter just loves the scones as a reminder of HOME. We got here later in the afternoon this time so they were all out of the berry scones that she loves!! The scone that was available was nicely marked, "with pecans" so she knew she couldn't eat it. There were plenty of other baked goods to choose from and eye catching at that! The cafe is a nice chill setting whether you're indoors or outdoors & the staff is masked and they have water to the side with hand sanitizer if you wanted. Iced coffee is 4/5 stars Baked goods 5/5 Chai Latte 5/5

Customers are at a coffee shop counter, with one woman wearing a wide-brimmed hat and a floral shirt, facing the counter. Two women are visible, one with gray hair and camouflage pants, and another with dark hair, standing nearby. The counter has cups, bottles, and a decorative wreath. Overhead, three menu boards display drink options. The interior features a ceiling fan, air vent, and warm lighting.

Scones, scones, and more scones. Fresh out of the oven and every batch is unique. There is a large size as well as a small size of scone. These are not your typical scone. They have a very unique texture. Outstanding taste. Today I had a chocolate chip cherry. So so good. I also took home a piece of carrot cake for a friend who is a connoisseur of carrot cakes :-) I took a nibble of that cake and frosting- my taste buds were jumping for joy . The coffee was good, atmosphere was warm and cozy and you can tell this is a place that is loved by locals.

Hot Mocha (after I drank it all oops) - A metal table outdoors at a cafe features a coffee cup with a napkin underneath. Shadows from nearby trees cast patterns on the table surface. Several empty chairs are arranged around the area, with additional tables and chairs visible in the background. The setting includes a tree providing shade and a building with a window and door nearby, suggesting a relaxed outdoor seating area.

Wasn't too busy when I was there so that may affect my review. Service was quick and the courtyard was chill with some shade from a tree. I'm a huge hot mocha lover and it tasted great so I can't complain.

This was a really nice place. I stopped here to get a cup of coffee and had to try the pecan bar. It was delicious! Great atmosphere.

It's a walk up but no one seems to mind me pulling up and parking for a minute to grab my drinks. The pastries are delicious...Almond, Pistachio, Nutella, and White Chocolate croissants...worth the carbs and calories. The aesthetics are really cool. They just added a bench and have tables to sit if you want to sit for a while and get some work done. The vibes is fresh and elevated without a hint of pretentiousness. I was after something basic, my usual of a cold brew with some variety of flavor and almond milk. Sadly, they did not have any sugar free flavorings beyond matcha, which I was not interested in, so I went for half sweet salted caramel with almond milk. I went with a large cold brew and with the add-ins, it came to around $5, which is a solid price! Sadly, the iced coffee was not good. It was borderline sour, which means it had been hanging out for a bit too long. The flavoring and milk couldn't even mask it and I could only stomach about half of it before calling it a day. Additionally, service was "bleh". Both baristas I encountered were low energy and just odd vibes for a cute local coffee shop. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing, as it sounds like their more complex house drinks are a bit more exciting. Now I know, and I wouldn't mind giving them a second go when I find myself back in the area. But until then, solid 2.5 for me.

It doesn't look like a traditional coffee shop from the outside -- you walk around a wall to get in -- but once you're inside, the space feels intentional and curated. There's some indoor seating with small couches and desks, and I brought my laptop, though I went too close to closing to get much work done. They also have outdoor seating with umbrellas, which is comfortable in the winter, though it would probably be warm in the summer since it's not fully covered. The coffee is very good and definitely leans into the craft-coffee vibe. Drinks come in one size, and when I once asked for whipped cream, they let me know they don't carry it -- which actually made me laugh because it fits the whole minimalist, elevated style of the place. It's just that kind of spot. Prices are a bit higher than typical coffee shops, but the quality and aesthetic reflect that. If you like modern design, curated spaces, and excellent coffee, Presta is a great stop.

We so rarely encounter attitude in Tucson, that our experience at your coffee shop on Saturday…read morereally took us aback. All 4 of us have extensive experience in the hospitality industry and appreciate the stresses. Since we are unfailingly friendly customers, as so many servers are, & because there were only 6 other customers at your coffee shop at the time, sharing our experience is warranted. We visited the Main Gate shop just after noon on Saturday, 4/18. The barista was wearing a cap & O'Neill-branded t-shirt; he has a salt & pepper beard. Requesting my cappuccino in a ceramic cup, he stated, with obvious exasperation, "You can just say 'for here'." He was also visibly irritated when we requested 3 Dirty Chais of various sizes & shot strength, as if this request was overly complicated. We would have ordered food, but he was so unwelcoming we did not. Nor did we linger. We have visited this location other times and have only been treated warmly. Clearly this barista does not represent the customer service your employees normally provide. You can train people to make a good coffee. Training them to be pleasant is more complicated & best documented. Hence, this review. An unpleasant experience like this has no place in Tucson. It's not who we are & it's not who you are either, I know. We hope this gentleman finds another line of work soon
