Today I came for the second time to check out Brewed Awakening, which is a coffee truck trailer that you could drive right up to and order. It's right off of Silverbell Rd. It is pretty convenient for me to go to right after I hike Tumamoc. On both occasions I ordered large blended drinks and I didn't have a line so things went really quickly and the drinks taste really good. So look for the red trailer in the parking lot on the west side of Silverbell Rd. They offer a frequent purchase program, so get a punchcard. read more

My favorite coffee place! It's a simple drive through, but everything I've ordered has been delicious. I am always getting an iced caramel macchiato and they do it perfect every time. The employees are super nice! They also have a punch card system so every 10th drink is free which is fantastic. read more

The location was not where I expected it to be but it's okay ! It's a quick little drive through coffee shop that deserves the support ! The employee was very upbeat and friendly. You can't go wrong with getting a coffee here. They have quite a variety and it's always really good! Not to mention that they are significantly cheaper than Starbucks but they also give you a cute little chocolate covered espresso bean with your drink which is absolutely delicious and a nice little pick me up if you're ever on the west side of town you should come to this little coffee cart and get yourself a nice cup of coffee they are always willing to change up your drink if it's not what you want. The best part about the coffee cart is that they our drive-through so it's pretty fast and you don't have to get out of your car like you would at Starbucks. There chai latte is amazing read more

I have found my new favorite coffee spot!! This place is an awesome little coffee cart that you can drive thru or walk up. The barista helping me, MJ, was so amazing! She was super sweet and gave me some cool info about them, and I also learned that it's a family business which makes me want to support them even more. They are so fairly priced and are generous enough to give military and first responder discounts which is so nice. And wow, the drinks!! I described what I wanted to MJ and she over delivered! My coffee was amazing and the drinks my family got were equally as delicious! I can see myself making a trip to the west side just to grab some drinks here! Wow, as far as hidden gems on my hipster checklist go this hits all the boxes. Catchy name? Check. Modern menu? Check. Small location out of the way? Check. The Brewed Awakening drink is insanely good. It has salted caramel, espresso, chili powder, chocolate, and a whole bunch of other stuff I can't even remember. I am actively trying to ignore how much sugar it must have because seriously the flavors complement each other well. Everyone needs to come here. The hubby was washing his car the other day and overhead someone talking about this place so this morning we took a drive and enjoyed some hot lattes- cookie dough and caramel. We each enjoyed a 20oz drink for $8 and some change TOTAL. The hubby has NO complaints of his hot caramel latte: not too sweet or burning tongue hot, nice aroma coming from lid, smooth while drinking with satisfying hints of caramel throughtout. My cookie dough latte was not too hot either, had a cookie-like scent coming from the lid, smooth with subtle notes of cookies tingling my taste buds especially near the end of my drink. The barista was a sweet and welcoming young lady who had great customer service and was genuinely delightful. She explained the menus, flavors, hours of operation and prices. After our order was placed via driving up, requiring NO effort on our part (lol), our drinks were presented within about 6 minutes we paid less than $10 for both and were even given a punch card, after the 10th drink our 11th is free. #nocomplaints read more

This was the only drive thru coffee we could find within miles of where we were in Tucson. It turned out to be a delightful find! It's just a small little trailer, but they put out some darn good coffee. I ordered the Dirty Chai. I was pleasantly surprised to see the price for that specific item on the menu. You usually have to guess how much it will be because places only put the price for a plain chai latte on the menu. I loved the addition of a dark chocolate espresso bean on top of my coffee cup. My chai was nicely blended and creamy. It was really hot when she handed it to me, which was nice since it stayed hot for most of our drive back to Phx. read more

Loving this little coffee cart! It's close to home, on the way to work, AND it's drive-thru! It's difficult to find a place to get coffee on the west side with a drive-thru. I've been 3-4 times now and have yet to be disappointed. I usually order some sort of flavored iced latte, and it's a no-frills, no-nonsense, delicious coffee in a clear cup with no logo. The hazelnut latte is definitely on the sweeter side so my husband enjoys that one while I've been favoring the vanilla latte (not as sweet). Plus, your drink usually comes with a chocolate covered espresso bean! I thought that was a nice touch. I haven't been here yet when there's been a line, but there's usually one person in the little cart. The staff is always friendly and I've never had a problem with my service either. This little coffee truck just opened up about six months ago by my house. I am not exaggerating when I say they have really really good coffee. I used to go to Starbucks because of the convenience of them being everywhere but Starbuck's iced coffee is bitter. Brewed awakenings coffee is so much better and smooth! Their specialty coffee which is called brewed awakening is so yummy. It's a real treat. I really hope they stay here forever! So I was getting a flat tire fixed, and noticed the small drive-through coffee spot located right in the parking lot! We drove up and were greeted by Mickena, who introduced herself and told us a little about the place - they've only been here for 3 months! She also told me the names of the other barista's that work here. I was contemplating the menu and she asked if I would like recommendation! I love when this happens! They know what's best! I drove to Tucson from Phx to go and get my hair done by the best hairstylist in town. And of course my appointment is bright and early and well if I don't have coffee in the AM, I am not very easy to get along with and neither is my hairstylist but beyond that I messaged my girl asking if she wanted some coffee for our therapy session (hairstylist are like our own psychologist) and she suggested this place! Brewed Awakening is a West Side gem! Yes, there are other places to get coffee but none of them are drive-thru. That said, I only stop when there's only one car waiting since my kids don't do well waiting in an idle car. With only one person in the tiny unit, they have to do it all (prepare, serve, collect money). The coffee itself is good. Not as strong as others, but definitely good coffee. I get the americano and they have a variety of milks and add-ins. And they always give me a single espresso chocolate bean, which just makes me super happy on the way to work. read more

I'm giving 5 stars because I don't want to mess up their reviews but I probably won't be spending money here anymore as the last few times I've went there my coffee (with an extra added shot) tastes like watered down Dutch brothers coffee which is exactly why I choose not to go there. Not sure if the shots are being poured directly onto the ice so it melts vs dropping the shots directly into milk and letting the coffee cool down before adding ice.. but whatever is going on, I'm bummed :( read more

Wonderful addition to the west side! I've been coming here for months, and every single time I'm treated like royalty by these super talented, efficient and friendly baristas. Each drink comes with a free chocolate covered espresso bean, which is such a delicious and thoughtful touch. My current fav is the aloha latte - white chocolate mocha with macadamia nut.
