For some reason, I think it's the building builder sign that is larger. Anyway, they have a small menu, and not much for those who aren't big coffee drinkers. Also very limited on food.. maybe a few pastries. There were small tables, and a couch seating. But this place has fans clearly, because it was pretty consistent with customers. I got a chai drink that I flavored with lavender I think it was (or maybe it was pistachio, I can't remember). Either way it was light, and good. The building gave modern and European or something, I don't know. It was cool for a remote work.

They've improved the quality of their beans, drinks and pastries since the last time here and it's a game changer. Definitely stop by and have a great experience, you won't regret it.

We asked which were their most popular so we got one of each. The horchata, the mazapan and the brown sugar. All were not good. The brown. Sugar tasted like milk. No coffee taste at all and not flavor. The mazapan tasted like metal and we had them redo a different, which was nice that they did but the horchata wasn't good either. It tasted like pure cinnamon and had absolutely no coffee taste. Needless to say we were very disappointed. We I had hoped for better coffee given the reviews but maybe it was a fluke but whatever it was, we were left with no coffee and a bad taste.

They've also got various sweet treats depending on the time of day. The one thing that I wish this place had more of was seating. With the way the store is set up, there's a paradox between wanting to invite you in but not enough room to adequately do so. When it's not triple digits outside, the seating outside is nice and doesn't make you feel like you're sitting on top of the barista. But, once again, there's not a whole lot of it. Blessed Grounds is definitely a place to hit up when you're in the neighborhood for some strong vibes and coffee.

She has an incredibly extensive fall menu with lots of goodies and seasonal treats. I decided to go with the caramel pecan latte. This was absolutely decadent, and my favorite part was at the coffee was actually really high-quality. Sometimes when you try these more aesthetic coffee shops you get more of a coffee that's for the looks versus the taste. This is not the case here this coffee was very high-quality. I hope she has more events in Marana because I will definitely be a regular patron if so

Unfortunately, our experience at Barista Del Barrio was disappointing, mainly because of how a…read moresimple issue with our order was handled. The line was really long, so we used the iPad they provide to place our order. We selected a matcha, but the iPad never gave us the option to choose between hot or iced. We assumed it would come iced, which is our mistake for assuming. When our order came out, the matcha was hot. We went inside and politely asked if there is any chance we could get it iced instead since there was no option on the iPad. The owner herself took the drink and remade it, which we appreciated, but her attitude toward us after was unnecessary. She told us that next time we should order directly with them because we just "wasted their cups" and so on. We apologized again and explained that we would have selected iced if the iPad had actually given us that option, but she didn't really acknowledge what we were saying. What made the experience more disappointing is that I work in coffee myself, so I understand what it's like when things get busy. I chose Barista Del Barrio out of all the coffee shops in the area specifically because I'm Latino and wanted to support a Latino-owned business. I even tipped when I placed the order on the iPad, so I was disappointed with how we were treated over something as simple as an ordering-system issue.

Wow!!! OMG!!! I was…read moresitting in my hotel room trying to decide where to grab my cortado for the day when I came across this place. The menu immediately caught my attention, so I made the quick 10-minute drive over. Street parking was plentiful and super easy. The moment I walked in, I was greeted by not one, but TWO friendly smiles and "good mornings!" We had a quick conversation about my coffee preferences, and the sweet girl and gentleman behind the bar whipped up two breve cortados for me -- one Orange Cardamom and the other their seasonal Rose Chocolate. I noticed the roast was a little darker than what I normally prefer, but it smelled incredible. Then came the first sip... WOW. Such a beautifully balanced drink! The roast was smoky, rich, and chocolatey without being overpowering. Both drinks were great, but the Orange Cardamom was absolutely the winner for me. The citrus and spice worked perfectly with the espresso. EPIC CUP!!!!! Fantastic coffee, genuinely friendly service, and a place I would absolutely come back to.

They were definitely worth the drive! Anytime I'm trying out a new coffee place I tend to ask a lot of questions about their menu because every shop is so different. The barista said it was a blend of their tea and espresso. Their other drinks appeal to the customers that like their drinks on the sweeter side. My husband got their Aztec mocha and it was delicious, sweet but not overly sweet. Overall, they're a small coffee truck that does it all! I'll definitely come back whenever we visit.
