This place went downhill and that's a shame. Ordered the matcha latte milk tea with boba and it was bitter, the boba had no taste either. The attendant was good but I think they should taste some of their creations. Never going back.
It wasn't the greatest, but it hit the spot! I've come to find out that there isn't really much of anything in the Tucson area, but I had an itch for boba. I spot these places from a mile away, so I had to try it. I got a hot Jasmine Milk Tea, a hot Lychee Milk Tea, and a Lychee Slushee all with Boba! The teas were okay, I would have liked them warmer, but they weren't bad. The Lychee was sweeter than the Jasmine. We liked our drinks, but I think next time I'll just get a regular cold drink. Prices aren't bad. There's a few tables to dine in. Parking is abundant in this shopping center. Service was fast and I was out the door in minutes. I'd stop by again for sure to try other drinks.
Very lightly flavored, clean inside. Had to wait just a little while but the service was good. Unfortunately, it wasn't a win this time. The search continues!
Service was ok. Girl was a little stressed working the store by herself with a few people in there. Drinks were ok. Taro milk tea didn't even taste like taro. It just tasted like sweetened milk. Brown sugar milk tea was good. Boba didn't taste fresh. It was hard and flavorless. The store was clean. No complaints there.
I came here after a nice day in the botanical garden because boba tea was a must. I liked seeing this boba place having pandas on the cups and in their logo, so cute. This is the first boba place I've seen that has a 32oz option. I wish all places would have this option and not charge for light or no ice. Kudos to this owner and team. I ended up getting a prickly pear tea with extra boba. I got it half sweet and I wished I got it more sweet. I also wish the boba were coated in a sweetener as well. I'm used to the boba pearls being sweeter and these tastes a bit overlooked. Overall I'm happy mostly for the tea flavor, 32oz size, and the option for reasonably priced extra boba.
Any boba place that offers adjustments to sugar levels is always a good sign. I got a Wintermelon milk tea with less sugar. It's was average-just the right amount of sweetness. However, it was also an average ok boba drink. I prefer other locations in the area. Service was great. Cute decorations. Easy parking.
Bing's used to be my #1 spot for boba in Tucson and although I no longer live here it's my go-to whenever I'm in town visiting. I love their taro milk tea which is so creamy and nutty, and my partner loves ordering their Thai tea. You can't ever go wrong with Bing's!
Good boba for a good price! I got a coconut snow with passion fruit popping pearls and mini mochi. It hits the spot if you're just craving boba. Super fast service and no complaints from me! The flavor and texture of the coconut snow was perfect, I just wish I got a bigger size.
Bing's is alright for a quick boba fix. The main draw for me is the convenient location in the NW and right next to Lee Lees. I usually get the fruit green tea and boba. I wish they were a little more generous with their boba. A new addition has been that they now sell vegan treats by Houlden. That's a big draw for me. Overall, Bing's is good but nothing special and not something I'd go out of my way for.
This place is in a hidden area and difficult to find but the drinks are very pretty and delicious. I'm going solo on this review usually my boyfriend and I try things together. The drink I ordered was part of the specialty drink menu it's called strawberry fields. The person taking my order did warn me that it wasn't going to be too sweet so I added strawberry jelly, this drink is basically tea on top and strawberry on the bottom. You can add whatever jelly or boba you want, and you can select if you would like condensed milk for sweetness. Highly recommend. This place is next to lilis market.
Not a bad place to get some boba tea. My friend swears by this place and she gets her boba milk tea fix from here so I thought, 'why not try it out?' They're currently only offering take-out due to Covid but we didn't plan on staying anyway so that didn't affect my experience here. The service was quick, prices were reasonable. We ordered the boba milk tea and the mango slush with mango jellies. And although they were delicious, I didn't think they were the best that I'd had (I was in town visiting from Houston and we have a lot of milk tea shops there). I couldn't compare this shop with other boba shops in Tucson but I could see why my friend thought this place was the shiznit.
This Bing's locations is more of a functional place than a cozy spot to relax and enjoy your drink. On the bright side, the staff is friendly and quick, and have your drink ready faster than you can say "Boba". The passion fruit tea was a drink of disappointment. I had hoped for a flavor that was true to its name, but instead, I encountered a taste that was artificial and overpowering. The boba added to the dissatisfaction, their overly cooked texture clashing with the already unsatisfactory flavor.
I stop by every time I go to Lee Lee's market next door. I like that Bing's offers so many flavors and can be made iced or blended with or without dairy. They also have a variety of drink toppings. I tend to get their blended drinks and have liked the horchata and milk tea flavors. They also recently started offering pastries from Houlden's, which makes a great combo.
Stopped into Bing's Boba Tea on the 4th of July because Bahndicted was closed for the holiday. I ordered the Prickly Pear tea with 50% sweetener. I received the tea and these are my thoughts: 1) it was cold 2) it wetted my whistle from being parched. 3) good amount of ice 4) the tea tasted fresh. Like it hadn't been sitting brewed for too long. Yeahhhhhh that's all I've got! This tea was terrible. $9.25 for a medium tea and a bag of cheetos (I was starving). IMO overpriced Add to that, the girl working the counter was sitting there chit chatting with another customer (a regular apparently because they were NOT talking about her order!) while me and my sister stood there twiddling our thumbs! read more

Maybe it's because we're from Ca where we have the best food and drink options, but idk how Bing's has such high reviews. Well, I think it says that they're the first dedicated boba shop in Tucson or something so maybe I shouldn't be so harsh. We love to try boba everywhere we go. We've had boba from California to Boston, and lots of places in between. It's really hard for other places to compete. I will give them this... the actual boba in the drinks was good. Fresh, chewy, soft. But... the drinks themselves were no bueno. We tried original milk tea, house milk tea, mango smoothie, horchata smoothie, matcha smoothie, a peach apricot tea, and Thai tea. You could taste the grit and clumps of the mango and matcha powder. Yet somehow they were really bland. Original milk tea is supposed to be sweet. It wasn't. So, the house milk tea was even worse. My bf doesn't like any sweetness so he was happy w the plain peach apricot tea. It basically tastes like dirty water to me. Lol Anyway... we were glad to see a boba place in Tucson. We were just bummed that it didn't satisfy our cravings. read more

This place is usually packed, so we decided to try it. After telling them I was ordering a small for my child, was charged for a received the largest size they have. My daughter loved the peach milk tea with popping boba. Second time in it was also packed. After sitting with my kids waiting for about 5 minutes, part of our order was ready. After waiting a lot longer, the rest of our order was never prepared, and we had to go back up and ask for it. They prepared it quickly. The boba tea was good, and my kids loved it. One of their plastic lids wasn't sealed on one side, spilling the boba tea all over my child. We left instead of waiting in line again, as we'd already waited so long, and the line was really long. Overall, the tea is really good, but the service isn't. The staff seem very overwhelmed here, and it affects the quality of service. read more
This is an excellent place to get some delicious Boba! My daughter and I went on an epic mommy daughter date night and we HAD to get some boba. She has never had it, and I've only tried it a couple of times so it took a couple minutes to understand exactly what we wanted. The girl taking our order was very knowledgeable and recommended the perfect popping boba to add to my drink! . My daughter got the Rose Snow and I got a Lavender milk tea with the egg popping boba. It had the texture of flan, which I really enjoy. We will definitely be going back. It was nice and quiet inside and everything was so clean. read more

Haven't had Boba Tea in ages so after my monthly visit to Lee Lee's I decided to stop in here. Person at the register was friendly & helpful. They recommended I try the Milk Tea and they have great taste because it was super refreshing and tasty. I also added Boba because buying a drink at Bing's Boba Tea and not getting boba seems counterintuitive... I got the medium size for about 5.50$ so it's just about the same as buying a latte at Starbucks. I appreciated that they didn't serve me ice with a side of milk tea but rather milk tea with just enough ice to keep it cool but not turn my drink into water in 2 minutes in the summer heat! Social distancing is being doing right at this place. Employees had masks on, 6ft markers were clearly visible, and one-way traffic was done by having folks exit through the side door. My only disappointment is that my cup had a slice about halfway down so the tea dripped out quite a bit by the time I got home. It looked like someone probably opened the box where the cups are shipped with a knife or a box cutter and sliced the cups close towards the top of the box. read more
I really enjoy treating myself to boba (especially during the summer), and Bing's is one of Tucson's better boba shops. They have a lot of options for both the drink and the add-in flavor and style, so the possibilities are vast! The drinks can be liquid or frozen, and within frozen they can be snow or slush (with milk or without, respectively). The add-in can be traditional boba, popping boba, or a jelly. With all these options, you're sure to be able to create a drink that's perfect for you. My favorite flavors and combinations to get are taro snow with boba (to me, it tastes wonderfully like popcorn jelly beans), matcha snow with popping peach boba, matcha snow with coconut jelly, cookies and cream snow with coffee jelly, the coffee-mocha frappe, and lemonade slush with any of the fruity popping boba. Also, if you're feeling more like tea than a frozen drink, their original house tea is very good. The prices can feel a little high, but honestly, I equate it to getting a sweet drink from a coffee shop or even ice cream -- it's not something you do every day, so let yourself enjoy it when you do! There's not much seating at this shop, so I usually grab my boba and head out. If you want to sit and hang out, the Bing's on Campbell is a better location for that. read more
This place came up as one of the only places to get bubble tea in Tuscon, so we stopped by. They have an extensive menu with various flavors, add-ins (tapioca pearls, popping bubbles, and many jellies), and drink styles (original, smoothies, blended w milk, etc). They had samples of a snickerdoodle Snow-Smoothie, which swayed us from our original choice of original milk tea. The cashier had to help make drinks so the register was unmanned, which delayed our ordering. We opted for taro, horchata, and cookies & cream Snow-Smoothies with tapioca pearls. The taro came out extremely sweet even though it was requested to be less sweet, horchata flavor was lacking, but the cookies & cream was quite tasty. The pearls weren't the best, unsweetened (unlike most bubble tea places), and slightly hard in the middle. From a blended-drink standpoint, I'd come back for the cookies & cream, but skip on the pearls. From a bubble tea standpoint, if you're craving in Tuscon, I guess it's worth a visit to half-satisfy the craving. read more

We love coming here for drinks! The store vibe is great and the drinks are varied, colorful and tastes great. Even without the 10% off for military discount it's worth trying! read more
Fast service, allows for non-dairy milk like oat/almond/coconut substitution, has a large enough menu, and allows for less sugar to be used. Would come again! No seats inside during covid as of this week. Also, this is in a shopping center filled with other Asian grocery and food stores. read more

I've been going to this place periodically for over a year now- it's right next to Lee Lee's international market so it's great spot to get a cultural experience. There are so many flavors the combinations are endless. Prices are completely reasonable and the staff of always friendly and helpful. Clean environment and kid friendly. 10/10 would recommend and will keep coming in for the great drinks. read more

Love this little spot. Tucked in the corner by Lee lees supermarket, it's a great place to stop at after a walk around in the Arizona sun! I bought the taro snow (shake) and it was soooo good. Sweet and refreshing but you can definitely taste the taro coming through. My wife and kid got the passion fruit and honeydew tea and they also liked there's! Punched up full of flavor. read more

This place we went for the first time today. It was on our way back home from the doctors. For this heat, it was very enjoyable. We went around early 3pm. Parking is limited so if you go during busy times it might be hard to get parking. It's right next to the street so you might have to take some turns but luckily we found 1 parking spot on the first try. Take in consideration there are more business around. The drinks were good very sweet if you like sweet. The menu selection is very big if you want something with milk or sowmrjing water based. I would come here again to try more drinks. I love how the lounge area is pretty ample to fit more than a group of people. Customer service was friendly and welcoming. read more
After my huge disappointment at Chatime for boba earlier today, I decided to stop by Bing's. Pricing is fair and they have lots of options, but unfortunately cheese tea is not one of them. They offer lots of frozen slush type drinks and basic milk and plain teas as well. I ordered dairy based passion fruit with boba and lychee jelly. Unfortunately even at less sweet it was pretty sweet (I could not finish it). My husband ordered his standard black milk tea, lychee jelly and boba which he said was good but had too much ice. The one thing both of us noticed is they don't use honey or brown sugar like other establishments to flavor their boba so they can be pretty bland. We did Bing's the other day and it was a little better than this last time, but it just doesn't quite make the grade when you compare it to premium boba shops. I would say visit Bing's if it's close by, but it's not what I would call a destination location. read more
Love stopping here for a Boba tea! I would be a super regular if it was in a location that I was closer to more often! My whole family enjoys the drinks here but it gets spendy to bring everyone so it is a treat for us. I've been craving their taro milk tea for days so I brought my older son with me today. I got my taro and he got a vanilla milk tea. We probably should've stayed at Bing's to drink them because as soon as we got home my youngest wanted one too! Oy. I told him we would get one for him next weekend! So here I am already pondering what I will get on my next trip! Maybe the house milk tea... Their teas definitely add to my happy and I'm all for a joyful milk tea this new year! read more
