The place smelled kind of gross and the lady who was working was on her phone ignoring us when we were asking the prices on the tanghulu we waited like a long while for her to respond to us lol the tanghulu was really expensive it's $4.50 a piece and the fruit did not taste fresh and there was this weird dirt or powder in one of the strawberries we lost our appetite and stopped eating it after seeing that maybe the strawberry got dropped on the floor or somewhere dirty and they still used it without even washing it off I don't know that dust was suspicious

The place smelled a lil funny but I don't really mind that, but the fruit there taste old. I really do like the way they make the tangulu it looks like nothing would be wrong with it, until you taste it. It taste like the fruit definitely has been sitting there and don't get me wrong I love supporting local businesses. The service was okay, she was on her phone but I don't blame her pretty slow business.

Solid spot for boba that offers non-dairy options for milk teas which I appreciate. Only draw back is that you can't adjust sweetness level like some other boba places in town, but the lavender milk tea I ordered wasn't too sweet. My husband had the banana milk tea which he enjoyed. We also tried tanghulu for the first time - only place I've seen in town that offers this so far! We ordered the strawberries which were super juicy, but not a huge fan of the candied covering like I thought I would be.

It was a cute little boba spot near Bookmans. We tried the mango black tea with cheese cream and boba and an Old Fashioned. The tea was okay, the flavors are good for those who like it sweet. There were some issues with the card reader too.

The Boba here is delicious! The lady serving us was very sweet and made the watermelon slush rather quickly. She even gave my daughter a really cute Boba sticker. I love that this location is right next to Bookmans so we can come here and get some Boba and then do some bookshop so it is definitely a win-win.

Visit this store again after a very long time. More choices of drinks and also taste better than long ago. Easy parking, clean & nice place, reasonable time and price.

The atmosphere here is really cozy and inviting. It's perfect that it's right by Bookmans so you can get a book and enjoy an afternoon here reading. They have an extensive menu and ice cream! I got the strawberry cheesecake drink and it was delicious. The cheese foam is a little weird but itself, but is really good mixed into the drink. They also give plenty of boba which is great!

A perfect cool down drink on a hot day! I love the cute decor inside! The tanghulu is sooooo good! Staff are friendly whenever we stop in!

Nice interior. Teas were not bad but a bit too sweet for me. I will definitely remember to customize next time if possible. Service was great.

I decided to try this place out today and to began i will say it's a small place. It has maybe two small two person tables and a small counter to order from. The individual that helped me was nice and gave tea selections I should try. I took her suggestion and ordered a large passion fruit iced tea. The large is more like a skinny medium cup size and the passion fruit tea taste was not flavorful or satisfying at all. I don't know if it was the tea leaves themselves or the water used to brew the tea. It had a weird taste at first drink. I would give this place a benefit of doubt and maybe they had an off day on that flavor but I ended up tossing the tea after first drink.

I love visiting local small businesses around Tucson. I actually was hanging out of Bookmans and I saw this as I was exiting and I love Boba tea. So I figured I'd go out and try it not knowing what to expect. They had a variety of flavors. They had different options as well. The whole atmosphere was really really unique love the colors the pastels it was a really relaxing environment to visit and to order tea from. The person at the counter was really pleasant. Being a first time there I just didn't know what they would have. I ended up ordering a mango slush with the popping mango bubbles. It actually really went well. I know it's a lot of mango. But I love mango. I will drink everything mango and this was really impressive and it was a nice cool drink to have in the warm weather we've been having

amazing service! she was super nice and the drinks were AMAZING! the milky taste with the boba was perfect! cheap too! definitely worth the money for sure!!!

Thai tea was way too sweet. Did not taste good either. You have to ask your customers how sweet they want their drink.

How have I not been here before?! Seriously…read more Taichi hits that sweet spot of fast, fresh, and actually satisfying--which is not always easy to find, especially when you want something on the lighter side. The menu is super customizable, which I love--especially if you're plant-based or just trying to keep things on the healthier side. Tons of veggie and vegan options, and nothing feels like an afterthought. I went with a tofu bowl and it was delish--fresh, flavorful, and filling without being heavy. Exactly what you want when it's blazing hot and you need something refreshing but still crave-worthy. Service was great--quick, friendly, and easy. The whole space has a cute, clean aesthetic too, making it a perfect low-key brunch or midday reset spot during those intense desert heat days. Light, refreshing, customizable, and reliable? Say less. I'd definitely go back.

Taichi Bubble Tea…read more This review is based on an Uber Eats order, and honestly... if the food tastes this good after delivery, I can only imagine how incredible it is in person. I didn't see the restaurant itself yet, but after this experience, visiting is officially on the to-do. We started with the takoyaki balls, which were an absolute standout. I'm not an expert on how they're made, but I did notice pieces of octopus inside, and wow so good. The sauce on top is an explosion of flavor: rich, savory, slightly sweet, and totally addictive. I could eat these every time and never get bored. Next, we built our own Tachi burrito bowl and this is where Taichi really shines. The customization options are next-level. You can choose white rice, brown rice, no rice, and even a greens base. Then you get three proteins yes, three. Options include tuna, spicy tuna, salmon, spicy salmon, shrimp, tofu, crab meat, and chicken. From there, it's toppings galore: avocado, cucumbers, red onions, cherry tomatoes, jalapeños, mango, masago, seaweed salad, and crunchy add-ons like fried garlic or fried onions. The variety alone deserves applause. And then... the sauces. This is where you can really get creative. Spicy mayo, poke sauce, chili hot sauce, eel sauce, mango sauce, ponzu, Thai sweet chili, Thousand Island, wasabi the list goes on. We went with spicy tuna, salmon, and spicy salmon, and let me tell you fresh, flavorful, perfectly balanced. Every bite worked. I don't claim to be a poke or Thai food expert, but whatever choices we made... we absolutely made the right ones. Bottom line: even through delivery, Taichi delivered. Fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and endless customization. Next time, in person, and probably ordering way too much.
