Food came out quick and the service was nice and the drinks were ice cold perfect for the 114 degrees weather.

I come here all the time, the staff are so sweet and friendly, I custom order my drink and they never get it wrong, it's always delicious and I noticed improvement with adding the gut health! Don't ever wait very long long either, even when they are training. read more

Fortunately they had mango pineapple drink.... Friendly service.... My first time ever to a smoothie king and can afford to have the larger number of calories in a drink after a good workout. But for today, this drink hits the spot! read more

I have come in here last minute with huge orders and they always accommodate me so quickly! They also helped me get a refund when I had to cancel a large order last minute. They are so kind, the smoothies are always amazing. The location is always clean! So grateful for them! read more

Very clean inside. I asked for a recommendation from an employee and he was really nice and patient. I also redeemed a free sample of their new coconut Acai bowl and it was absolutely delicious. The smoothie I got was okay but it's a protein shake so I can't hold it up to the same standards as delicious milkshakes haha read more

Good smoothies but every single time I go I'm in the drive through line for atleast 10min if not way more.

I preordered 6 açaí bowls online. Each one different and all had substitutions. When I got there 20 minutes later, they were ready. All of them were great tasting! The 2 employees at the front were sweet and personable. read more

I order the gladiator which has quickly become one of my favorites. They are always kind and make smoothies fast.

Arrived at this location at 5:35pm on Sunday July 14th. There was one car ahead of me at the speaker. In Park. With a young teenager sitting in the drivers seat. I took a picture of the vehicle at 5:41pm because I was curious why this car wasn't moving, and wasn't ordering because their window was rolled up. I reversed out of the drive thru at 5:50pm, after entering it at 5:35pm. I drove around so I could see exactly who was sitting in the drivers seat, and it happened to be an employee. So the employees park in the drive thru at least 30 minutes before closing so they don't have to take any more orders? Seems like a terrible way to run a business. It seems like I'm not the only person who has had this type of issue based off the other reviews. What is going to be done about this? read more

Smoothie King - Dated with time stamp. No brake lights, car in park. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Tucson, Arizona

smoothies are amazing!!!! i will say they do take wayyy to long as it often takes 30-40 minutes to get through a 2 car line which i feel is unacceptable. possibly have more people working each shift this is an issue i would discontinue visiting this location over. staff are usually friendly although some are demanding such as the tall big mama with classes and curly hair... she could adress customers better. another thing is i dont understand closing at 6 on a sunday??? makes no sense great modern ambiance read more

Came to grab a shake at 8:40pm store was already closed. When on the door it say 9pm. Pathetic

So if you are ordering online just know that they won't make your smoothie until you actually get there and then you tell them your name and then you point to your order that's sitting on the counter that's been printed out for like 30 minutes. They are highly untrained. They move very slow. Numerous people walked out while we were waiting for our order that we had already paid for. I thought that this would be a really amazing thing to go to while charging at the Tesla station but I highly recommend you you go somewhere else. Or at least try going up to the drive-through first maybe to get your smoothie and then go park your Tesla. read more

I have not been here in a while but always enjoy when in the mood for a healthy smoothie! The choices are great with many healthy ingredients. This time I asked for a suggestion and the Banna Boat with cocoa was great. I added blueberries. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews and they all complain of staff and slow service. I never had any problems. Staff are nice. These reviews are from folks who are quite impatient. They are making you a custom health drink. Isn't it worth a few minutes wait?? Personally I have waited longer at McDonalds and they asked me to pull over! read more

I've given this place a few chances but will officially not come back after long wait times one time waiting 35 minutes. I had a favorite drink but I noticed the quality was going to be hit or miss with whoever works that day, so I decided to give it one last chance and I waited for 25 minutes. The long wait times with only two people ahead of me, and the inconsistency of my drink and wondering, is it going to be good or not after (it's a drink I have repeatedly had) are the reason why I won't be going back and I just don't recommend this location. read more

It was 1:45 on a Friday afternoon on 4/19/24. I tried to order a bee berry sting açaí bowl. The guy said they were out of fruit... How is a smoothie place out of fruit??? Just close the doors at that point. There's also literally a grocery store in the same shopping center?? Also, the guy speaking through the drive-thru speaker sounds like he's high off his ass or just dumb. That was my first and last time ever going to Smoothie King. read more

One occasion drove all the way to Smoothie King only to be told at the drive through that they can't take orders. (During open hours). Next ordered an $11.39 Açaí bowl at 1045am only to be told they have NO spoons!!!!!! And for ApplePay?!! WHY do you have to take the customers phone inside???????? read more

I've been here twice now and I like it! Love their Friday deal--$5 for a 32 oz smoothie and $6 for a meal replacement smoothie. Both times I've gotten the coffee high protein meal replacement smoothie--what can I say I'm a coffee addict--and it's delicious. They have almond mocha and coffee vanilla as the two flavor options. I've tried both and I like coffee vanilla just a little bit more. It's huge and definitely keeps you full for a while. The interior is modern, clean, and tidy. They've got protein-based snacks for purchase and a few seating options. Yes, the smoothies may take a little time, but that's fine--I don't want them to rush. Service has been friendly and dependable. I look forward for returning--who knows, maybe I'll venture out of my comfort zone and try a different smoothie! read more

It's only 7:30 and their doors were locked when the times on the door says they are open until 9pm.

Ordered an immune builder mixed berry with a serious peanut allergy. Confirmed with the lady taking my order that it was made with almond milk. I ended up receiving a daily warrior instead, which has peanuts in it. Managers should educate their staff on ingredients and food allergens. People shouldn't have to ask over and over just to ensure the product is safe to eat when it's their job to make what the customer wants. I can only eat at 2 places and this place was added to be my 3rd. I'm no longer supporting this business. Mistakes like this shouldn't happen. read more

These three stars are generous. I'll start by saying I get being understaffed, especially in COVID times but you can still be cordial when people are entering but no one greeted me of the two employees and I had half a mind to exit just as I had entered. I took some time to view the menu and then they took their time coming to assist me. The restroom was clean but the place smelled of sewage. Very univiting, I won't or don't think I'll go back here. read more

This location is awful. There is never a line yet it takes FOREVER!! They can't even hand me my drink in the drive through. I always have to pull around. I don't get it. The employees are rude and constantly screw up my order. Wrong size, wrong drink and just RUDE! It's really bad. read more

So sad that this location is depreciating tremendously. The shakes are good whenever they are open. But it seems as they set their own hours, close when they feel like it with no explanation. This is the closest location to me, drove 20 min, it's 4pm and the girl said they are closed already. Their hours show they should be open until 9pm. How sad. I guess I'll find another shake place. Whoever owns this location will lose their money. read more

i placed an order through doordash for 1 açaí bowl around 11:20am and paid for express delivery and i'm writing this at 1:03pm. i got my first door dasher who went to the store and then cancelled. i was really confused and decided i was going to just cancel my order because at this time it was already 12 and doordash said i could only get 66 cents back as a refund so i didn't cancel it and waited for another dasher to get my order. the next dasher gets to the store and texts me saying they don't have any fresh fruit and that they need to refund and cancel it. if they don't have fresh fruit why the hell is the acai bowl still available to order???? what a waste of f*cking time a couple weeks ago i went to this location for a smoothie and when i get inside the teenage girl tells me the systems are down and she can't take my order. this location needs to get its shit together read more

The immune builder and passion passport (no papaya juice, swap with mango) are sooo good!! Love to go here to get a delicious smoothie. A lot of options to fit your needs. Only drawback is, it's like $5-$6 for a smoothie, but you would spend it at Starbucks.! Will continue to return. read more

Excellent service and taste staff very friendly and helpful recommend this location will go back

Great staff, very friendly, and clean store. I love the healthy smoothies with no GMO and fake ingredients, all real fruit and veggies.

This place has an extensive menu and an incredible Friday deal--$5 32 oz smoothies and $6 32 oz "replacement meal" smoothies. For those wanting a sweet treat and complaining about the wait time: just go to Eegees and get a slushee. However, if you're looking for quality and nutritious options (and able to wait 5-10 minutes for what this entails), check this place out. I usually get the Vanilla Hulk after my workouts. It's over 1,000 cals, which I understand is not what most people are looking for, but great for a weight lifter or athlete. They have tons of lower cal options as well, including lots of fruits and veggies as well as protein, vitamin, or fiber add ins. I usually go inside. It's clean, has seating, and is always nice and cool. The staff is young, yes, but friendly and attentive. I've never seen them half-assing or talking idly like some teenagers at other food service places do. And there are a lot of ingredients in some of these smoothies. The wait is for a reason. They aren't just putting pre-blended mixes in a cup. If you have a little patience and want to do your body some good, try it out. read more
