Totally love Dutch Bros in general and this store in particular! I've been a daily morning customer since this location opened and even have been known to stop by in the afternoon or evening for a second (or even a third) drink. Let's just say I rack up enough rewards points that free drinks happen frequently! I've tried a variety of their tasty coffee, tea, and energy drink items, and have enjoyed almost everything I've had, but my year-round morning go-to remains an iced cold brew with sugar free syrup, usually a SF White Zombie (vanilla + white chocolate) with an additional seasonal flavor added, such as SF peppermint in the winter or Electric Lavender in the spring, with extra almond milk for creaminess (their protein milk is also really good). My regular drink is basically a delicious caffeinated milkshake (sometimes I'll even order it frozen and blended) that makes me happy, even though my hot black coffee purist friends are always horrified by my selections! If I'm looking for some actual sugar in my beverage, then their Dutch Hot Chocolate (or even just their chocolate milk, cold) is an absolute treat that I highly recommend. It's decadent and brings me back to my favorite childhood drink. Food wise, I'm completely enamored by their Chorizo Wrap, and even though I don't even like eggs, I think the flavor of the wrap is irresistible thanks to the chorizo and cheesy sauce. Although I don't like the revamped Chocolate Chip Muffin Top as much as the original DB version it replaced (the new one is merely mediocre), the loss of that classic muffin top is more than offset by the addition of the fantastic little Liège-style Belgian waffles and the coffee cake, which are occasional indulgences. Our two dogs are even bigger fans of Dutch Bros than we are, if that's possible, and having developed a taste for daily Pup Cups, the two demanding divas now keep us on schedule every morning to ensure that they are given an R-I-D-E to D-B for P-Cs without delay. God forbid we should actually say those words aloud rather than spelling them, as the dogs will lose their little minds. They even have their own DB merch (like bandannas) which they are less enthusiastic about but still tolerate if it means they get to go for an R to DB to show off their swag. Honestly, the delightful staff at this Dutch Bros makes my daily interactions there a joy - even if I weren't already a fan of the extensive menu and the cold brews, the Broistas (yes, I know - it's a silly term) would more than make up for it. Miranda the manager leads the staff with amazing efficiency while still being kind, helpful, and friendly, and the whole team is prompt, knowledgeable, and outgoing - we all know each other by name and most of the staff knows our regular drinks by heart. It's even happened that, when we change things up in our orders in the car line, the Broistas in the window will double check with us to make sure there isn't some mistake in our order. My husband went on 11/19 during the magnet craze so I know it was busy BUT......after getting more than half way done with his drink he found a dirty nasty fake fingernail in his drink!!!! We are both nurses and know how disgusting fingernails are, especially fake nails. I took the drink with the nail to the store and confirmed with the supervisor that it in fact was a fingernail. What did I get? A fake smile, apology and a $5 gift card. I go to Dutch almost daily and this feels like a slap in the face. Don't go to this location guys! You can't tell me the employee didn't know she lost her nail. I've tried to get ahold of corporate and it's impossible to get through to anyone at this company! I for sure won't be visiting this location again, my husband won't drink Dutch anymore and I'm probably not going to either. Stuff happens but it's the response that makes me most upset! Both employees that we interacted with, the girl who took our order outside and the employee that handed us our drink at the window were both cheerful and happy. We even got a "thank you for coming" from another employee that we could not see from the window. This was my first visit to Dutch Bros and there was a Starbucks right across the street. I am glad I tried them. The lady working the drive thru was awesome! When I told her it was my first time she welcomed me and made some recommendations. I went with one of the things she recommended (I can't remember the name but it had vanilla and caramel in it) and a muffin top. The coffee was delicious. Great flavor, not too sweet and slightly strong...just like I like it. I really loved how friendly the barista was. My first visit was so extraordinary that I'm guessing it is impossible to maintain such a high level of service. Today I placed my coffee order and I'm happy the guy who took my order repeated it back to me because he captured it incorrectly. I'm okay with that because he double checked; the problem is my drink still came out wrong. Although they did remake my drink, it just seemed if they focused more on quality, this type of thing would not happen. These girls and guys are Rockstars. Never had a bad drink. I actually kind of try to stay away from it because I'm hooked and would drink 345 of these a day if I could, but due to medical reason can't, but it is a treat for me once a week to have one and at this location they are cheery and wonderful suggestive don't Expect a tip, but always so happy to see a tip. when my puppy comes with me, he gets a puppy cup. I've dropped by this particular dutch bros location a handful of times. The customer service is great! The employees go above and beyond to get your order right. The wait is generally 5-10 mins from start to finish so that's decent! When I dropped in this past Wednesday 9/07/22 they were giving out the infamous dutch bro stickers. Also, I tried the caramel pumpkin brulee breve freeze with soft top and opted for the sugar free caramel. Its officially my favorite next to the sugar free double torture (extra double shot vanilla mocha) & sugar free molten lava (cinnamon/dark chocolate). I will definitely come by again and again but seldomly because it's kind of pricey. With tip, your drink is just shy of ten dollars. read more

I'm not saying that all businesses need to take Apple Pay, but any brand new businesses going in should probably consider keeping up with the times and utilize current technology for their customers and target market. Yes it is my fault that I forgot my wallet at home and that's OK because I can usually use my watch or phone to pay for things at Walgreens or Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks but they couldn't save me on opening day. I'm also not a huge fan of the level of overfamiliarity that the employees take with customers. It's unnatural and uncomfortable and you should know the limits and boundaries of people that you don't know. Not sure why the negative reviews. Better coffee than, say, Starbucks. Fast order and receipt of drinks, friendly staff (a little too much sometimes for not having your own coffee yet) and espresso is tasty and reasonably priced. You can get a ton of options if you want a sugar bomb or dessert drink but I get a quad espresso with SF caramel and stevia and it is a buck less than starnucks or bean and leaf I know it is not a cute or quaint local place but serves its purpose for a quick quality quench. read more

Came in during their opening day and the drive thru line wrapped all the way around the store. The line outside was long as well, but luckily there was someone outside helping everyone and taking orders. My friend and I ordered the annihilator, but I got the 50% sweetness and he got the full sweetness. I honestly didn't taste much of a difference and both were significantly watered down compared to other annihilators that I've tried. In addition, I thought the ratio of ingredients weren't on par and the drink itself didn't taste normal. Overall, I'll probably wait a little longer until I come back and hopefully the drinks are improved by then. read more

Sorry to have to write a poor review, as usually the service and friendliness is fantastic.. but not today - two young men staff were in poor form today!! After waiting 10 min in car line, the 'order taker' lets 2 cars from 'other side' go in front of me .. I complain, he takes my order and says 'sorry, this one's on the house - just go on up ' I get up and a different young man bring out a wrong drink- I told him what it was suppose to be, he comes back & says there's no such order, so he puts it in the system and charges me- I told him what happened and he says, ' if he had done that even if comped, it would be in the system' and he says cash or card.. I laugh, because wasn't it suppose to be comped? No worries, I pay- when he brings out drink, he hands me drink- no thank you, no 'have a good day' ! WOW! Sorry, but there should be a better system and either have one lane closed or pay attention to order in which cars arrive... Pulled up and these two lovely, friendly ladies (whose names i sadly didn't get) and the service was incredible, even an hour before closing. New to Dutch Bro's coffee but I was excited to have one near my house and try it. The first time was amazing, everyone here seems super friendly and I love that they take your order outside to keep things moving. The drinks also tasted really good and I was super impressed. However, the last time I went the drink was super bitter, it was mostly ice with a little milk and I couldn't taste any chocolate ( ordered a mocha ). I also got a sad dash of whipped cream and it was overall really disappointing. I worked at Sbux for years and I hate being an asshole but I went back to see if they would make it like the last one I had. Going back through the drive through this time the girl making my drink was not wearing a face mask because they were closed apparently?!? There were no signs up and while I appreciate them remaking it, why would you take your face mask off around your coworkers and while making a beverage? I have to wear mine at work until I leave the building. This was on Thanksgiving and I was trying to be cautious before seeing older family so the drink went in the trash basically.
