Horrible customer service. I ordered a power bowl with NO agave on top because it gives me hives. Then the employee literally gives it to me with agave on top. I asked her to remake it and she rudely snatched it from me and went in the back to "remake it" I didn't hear the blender at all. Ordered the elderberry smoothie. Appreciated how it wasn't overly sweet. Maybe could have used a bit more fruit and a bit less ice (flavor could have been stronger). I could see this place getting busy if there's a class at the Orange Theory next door, for example. The AC was also working. Stopped to try Nekter Juice bar for the first time last week. It's clean and sleek atmosphere was enjoyable and welcoming. I looked around and found that the people inside each had purchased something different. While many of them had smoothies I decided to try an Acai Bowl. I picked the "Wildcat Bowl" which I was told used to be named Acai Banana Berry Bowl. A clever name change since it is so close to the University of Arizona. My bowl tasted good. It was plentiful and was presented in a transparent plastic bowl so you could see the layered ingredients inside. This particular bowl wasn't as sweet as I'm used to but could understand that it was naturally sweet enough for others. I'll be back to try one of those smoothies that looked so tasty. read more

Came here for the first time since it was recommended to me. It was LOUD and I don't mean like full of people talking but the music itself was blasting. I couldn't even hear my husband speak. That's without even mentioning the blenders constantly going cause it's a smoothie place I know to expect that. The place is cute I'll give it that. We ordered our smoothies and then 6 other people behind us and somehow we got ours last. They don't call out very loud for who's is what so you have to stand by the desk to hear your name. Also be prepared for your smoothie to be a little chunky. I ordered the peanut butter banana and it's had chunks of I assume ice and peanut butter in it. However, I came to this one while visiting Tucson with my partner and I have to say, I don't really like the drinks. The atmosphere is lovely, the employees were great. I just didn't like my drink or even my partner's choice of drink - Pink Flamingo and Tumeric Sunrise. But it felt healthy, which was good.
