I ordered Breakfast sandwich, sausage kolache, large apple fritter, crumb donut with apple and a raspberry jelly donut. The kolache was a waste...dry, pretty flavorless. The bread was nice, fluffy, moist and tasty. The sausage breakfast sandwich was $5.50 and had me wanting a breakfast grilled cheese from QT...bigger and MUCH more flavor. The fritter was mid and lacking in cinnamon flavor. Sweet though, and loaded with apple. Service was efficient and polite. Not the worst, but I can't see going back

When my husband received our drink order and tasted his, he told me it didn't taste right. (He orders the same thing at every place, a vanilla latte) He asked the employees if it was the correct coffee and let them know it did not taste right. Instead of remaking it or apologizing to rectify the issue, they were rude and unopologetic. The employee told him, that's how we make it here and that they would not remake it. They also said they have plenty of customers, so us not returning would not hurt their business. This is now the second time my husband has not had the best experience at this location. I did taste his vanilla latte and it tastes like dirty milk. I'm disappointed in their service and now the coffee as well. I'm sad to leave this review. My husband and I use to come here quite often. We have recently been visiting many of the small locally owned coffee stores around Tucson. One, to broaden our coffee buds and two, to support the local small businesses. This is one we will not be returning to.

Unfortunately, the service felt a bit cold, no one acknowledged me, and the staff didn't seem very welcoming or engaged. I ordered an iced matcha latte, which came unsweetened. No one mentioned that ahead of time or pointed out where the sweeteners were, so I had to look around for them myself. The matcha had a nice flavor, but the texture was a bit grainy, suggesting it might not be the highest quality. Also, the bathrooms are located all the way in the back, and there isn't enough signage to guide you there easily. Overall, it has a lot of charm and a great location, but the customer experience could definitely be improved.
