Of all the Dutch Brothers in Tucson this one is my local location and my favorite location. The staff are so awesome and my husband and I take pleasure in chatting with the Broistas. Dutch Brothers is either walk up and order or drive-through. I use the app to do all my purchases. Recently we have been biking on the morning and picking up coffee. So fun to start the ride with our peeps at Dutch Bros -San Gabriel! The drinks I think taste especially good at this location compared to other locations, and I'm not sure why. I do go to other locations and feel this location gets people moving in and out quickly. read more

Ordering for a team can be hard. But this place makes it easy they have the app or drive thru ordering options. They have some yummy flavors and something for everyone. I recommend that you look up the menu online before visiting. Their menu at the drive-thru is very simplistic and with the line of cars that is probably around the building at this popular establishment it is hard to quickly decipher their different flavor combinations. There is staff standing outside to take your order. They are all super friendly! Even the staff at the pickup window is amazingly chatty and fun! Even though there was a line of cars you get through it pretty quickly as long as people know what they want to order. I've been kinda not sure of the location in 22nd and Alvernon. But today I went and the girl who cashiers saw I was a little down and asked what was wrong. I didn't go into detail with her however she did cheer me up. She gave me my drink on the house and a note in the top of my drink. It was so sweet! So excited that they have a location closer to me and in a few weeks the grant location will open so that's even better. I love the atmosphere here when ordering. They are SO NICE and energetic and make it a point to get to know you. They now know my name, what days I go and that I'm going to be a regular Friday face! Lol The drive thru was empty when I got there (530ish AM) and I was able to order and be on my way In less than 5 mins if that. Everyone at this location is always super friendly, and always provides excellent, efficient service. But there is one employee in particular that actually remembered a conversation we had more than a week earlier, and followed up with me about it. ***AL*** is one of those employees that actually engages with his customers, instead of just the same old robotic customer service, where you ask "how's your day?" They put the straws in your drink, outside, bare handed. The guy doing this, was touching his dirty shirt, touching the ipad they all use. Let alone with the pandemic going on, but basic hygiene --it's not there. He should've had gloves on and not touched anything. It was upsetting and super gross. read more
