FYI JEREMIAH'S is NOT drive thru!! Only Tropical Smoothie Cafe.

The ONE human running the entire front of the store at Tropical Smoothie Cafe right now is doing AMAZING!!!!!!!! She's running her arse all over the place, doing everything she can to manage the unstoppable amount of orders, a line almost out the door, drive thru line is FULL. Smoothies, order, smoothies, order, smoothies, order, smoothies, order, she's wildn out! Her focus is unbreakable! Throwing $5 at her as a tip felt like a slap in the face, I wanted to jump back there and help her rock it out! GO YOU!!!! (Looked like there was ONE person running the back of the joint, too. Where are the owners when you need a hand? Are they on the ovens? Looks can be deceiving... My apologies if they are back there working just as hard as the girl in the front) The ambiance is adorable. Blah blah blah. I don't know what you pay your employees, but THIS GIRL NEEDS A RAAAISE YESTERDAYYYY!!!

Everything went well, tasted good, and was prepared quickly. It's good but still a fast food cut.

Since I was in the area and craving one, I decided to give this place a try. Their acai bowl was delicious. The one I ordered was very simple with just some berries and bananas (exactly how I make at home) and lots of granolas! It is on the sweeter side. Their portion is pretty big I couldn't finish it all so I took it home. The lady who made the bowl was very sweet. The only thing I wished was for them to have cacao nibs. I have yet to find a place in Tucson that has cacao nibs as a toppping

I have passed by this place dozens of times and never knew it existed. The only reason I ending up…read morefinding it was because I had a craving for a green smoothie and wanted to try a new place. I found an article online that listed Tucson's top smoothie places and this place came up. It's in a strip mall which is why I never noticed it before. I couldn't have been more surprised at what a fantastic experience this was given the hidden nature of this gem. First of all, I was super high-maintenance and wanted something that wasn't on the menu. They had a juice that I wanted to model it after, and then I also wanted to add all kinds of things. I was especially excited to see that some of their additional ingredients were organic, which is rare to find here in Tucson. I got the Green Goddess ingredients and added almond butter, almond milk, banana, flax seed, chia seed, and avocado. Not only was the person at the counter willing to entertain this mess of a creation, she pointed out that without the almond milk (which I had neglected to include originally), it would be too think. So she gave me the chance to add a liquid. In addition, she was concerned that it wasn't going to be sweet enough (I had originally not asked for banana), so she offered honey and when I mentioned that I wasn't really into added sugars in my smoothie, she suggested a fruit. Lastly, it turns out that they have an option for either plain chia seed or chia seed soaked in coconut water. Be still my heart!! I chose the latter since she gave me the choice. The place is very cute, they were playing good music, and even though most people were taking theirs to-go while I was there, I enjoyed sitting to sip my smoothie and relax for a while. The only thing I would possibly suggest for an improvement is to ditch the foam glasses for something that's recyclable. I didn't take any stars away because that's just me being a modern hippie about stuff and is a personal preference for the environment. If you can't tell, I LOVED this place and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a smoothie or juice! They also sell açai bowls and items such as avocado toast, I just didn't get a chance to try them. Check out the photo of the menu that I'm including here for more details.

I've tried a lot of açaí bowls around Tucson, and I'm just going to say it... Açaí Brasil blows…read morethem all away. This spot is owned by the same team behind Gracie Barra, and they're bringing legit Brazilian-style açaí to Tucson. The difference is immediately noticeable. The base is rich, smooth, and deeply fruity without being overly sweet -- because it's not diluted with apple juice or mixed with yogurt like many places do. It's the real deal. Just pure, high-quality açaí and fruit, the way it's meant to be. The toppings are great, the fruit tastes fresh, and I really appreciated that they offer plenty of vegan options -- even vegan protein, which is surprisingly hard to find at açaí shops. Another big win: they're open late, which makes this the perfect post-workout or evening treat spot. Add in the cute plaza location and relaxed vibe, and it's easy to see why this place stands out in a city full of açaí bowls. If you're an açaí lover, do yourself a favor and try this place -- it might ruin every other bowl in Tucson for you.

I got their smoothie, and it didn't have any milk, which made the ingredients stand out. However, I think the prices are overpriced, because it was $11 for a 16 oz. Unfortunately, I think that's where our economy stands right now, but the employee was really kind and there are enough seatings as well.

My wife had the Tribeca with scrambled eggs, bacon and a carrot cake pancakes. The eggs were fluffy; the bacon was crisp and the carrot cake pancake was huge and very tasty. I had the BEC special. This was a very special enhanced Bacon Egg and Cheese sandwich with hardwood-smoked bacon, cage-free eggs, sweet peppers, arugula with Calabrian chili aioli and roasted garlic aioli on grilled sour dough bread. It was one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. Our server was very attentive and v stopped by several times.

The only thing lacking about our experience with our server, Samuel. I don't think he smiled at us once. Not to say that you need to smile as a server, but his demeanor and overall presence doubled down on that feeling. It was very offputting and borderline rude. I initially ignored it, but upon seeing his response after my husband asked for another drink, I asked the others at the table if they sensed anything as well. They all agreed and had seen things I hadn't, such as facial expressions he made when we ordered, etc. He didn't check on us after ordering, he didn't offer more water (as they have those tiny little water glasses) despite mine being empty the whole meal, and he didn't even say anything when he brought the receipt (without even asking if we were together). He just came over and put it on the table and left. I think he may have overheard us discussing the service and needing boxes because he finally came over and asked if we wanted boxes . We said yes, and then he left for quite some time. I was sure that we were not getting them. When my husband got up to go find someone else to get boxes, our server saw him, then grabbing the boxes and bringing them to us. I don't have experiences like this often, and we ALWAYS tip (and well too), but today's service really had us questioning this. & I only say that because I know the stereotype in restaurants for people that look like us and I want this restaurant to know that it's not our color that resulted in the tip, it's the service.
