I couldn't help but notice how many print out and written signs there are all over the place essentially yelling at customers. You can't hang out outside if you're not a customer (there's seriously like 4-5 of these signs saying this inside the small cafe), you can't use the restroom without key, service dogs only, do not form a line at the bathroom!!! I'm not saying these are irregular requests of a business, but the way they go about it makes the environment feel unnecessarily hostile. Also, there's all these 'do not' signs but none readily available for a WiFi password.

Unfortunately, the service felt a bit cold, no one acknowledged me, and the staff didn't seem very welcoming or engaged. I ordered an iced matcha latte, which came unsweetened. No one mentioned that ahead of time or pointed out where the sweeteners were, so I had to look around for them myself. The matcha had a nice flavor, but the texture was a bit grainy, suggesting it might not be the highest quality. Also, the bathrooms are located all the way in the back, and there isn't enough signage to guide you there easily. Overall, it has a lot of charm and a great location, but the customer experience could definitely be improved.

Our experience there was very comforting because of the lounge couches they have as part of their indoor seating. I only got their pistachio cookie which was baked by the owner.
