My second visit and the second time I have been delighted with my service!! I love the space in this Starbucks! Lots of tables and lots of space to have a private conversation. I'm grateful I live near by as this is quickly becoming my favorite location Wow I'm surprised at the service deterioration. I arrived at 5 and two people were behind the counter. No one said a word to me. One person was helping outside patrons and the other mopping the floor. I finally asked the person mopping if anyone was servicing inside patrons and she said yeah we'll be with you shortly and continued to mop. Finally a third person came from the back and helped me. I frequently go to this location and I'm sad to get lower priority than a mop. read more

Every since I found out about this new location, I have been coming here rather than the location on Grant & Swan. This location is A LOT more spacious and has more setting, compared to the other location. It also doesn't get as much foot traffic nor are there people just taking up space in the cafe just to use the free wi-fi. It seems to be a lot cleaner and more efficient flow, since the counter space for the drink orders is bigger. Overall, there's not too much to stay about a Starbucks cafe, since they are all kind of modeled to fit a certain mold, but I do like this location more than the other one that is close by. In terms of tables, they have a large central table with outlets underneath, and some other outlets set up around the cafe in the back and on the side. There's also a small stylish seating area in the corner with sofa/couch-like seats, for a more relaxed look and feel. read more

Def glad this place is a block from my office but I've never really gotten great service. It's pretty disappointing because I'm a regular. Majority of the time I use the drive thru or I mobile order. Ironically the past 2 times I've gone in person, they've got my order wrong. For some reason they put lemonade in my iced green tea and I hate lemonade. Lol. Last week I went in for a large order as I was buying drinks for my staff. I was there for 25 minutes to get 7 drinks. I thought that was a bit much. One of the newer Starbucks on Swan/Ft. Lowell. Very open and bright. Love the cool open blue ceilings. Staff is very nice and greets everyone. I had a tall mocha frap. Needed it today. This location is so much nicer than the one up the street. read more

Went to this Starbucks on Friday afternoon. Only a handful of customers there. No one in line. I stood at the counter for two full minutes waiting to be served. Made eye contact with at least three of the employees none of which acknowledged me nor said they would be with me in a moment. Nothing. Finally just sat down with my friend who apparently had fabulous service. I went back to the counter five minutes later and was finally served. Starbucks, you need to teach basic manners to your employees. read more

Ordered a beverage that I always order and when i got to the window the lady was just not pleasant and when my drink came out and it looked different than normal i asked for it to be fixed and the amount of attitude i got was insane. Imagine my surprise when I found you just around the corner. No longer will I have to drive the long route to get my sweet fix. Newly build location, lots of parking, great flow of traffic, and huge inside. Well bigger than the ones I have been to here in Tucson. I ordered my drink, which promptly came up with a smile. The crew reminded me of one of my favorite stores in Washington State. It is so relaxing in here. Maybe my drink taste better because it has a new feeling to it. Generally id just go to a different location. (Which i will most likely do.) But this location is closer than most. Im not sure what the deal is but this location just CANT seem to get it right. There is ALWAYS something missing. Now im not just some karen freaking out. I actually work in a kitchen. And in turn i read the tickets fully so i understand what im making. I ensure the food i produce is what the customer asked for. So i feel it should be the same in a "coffee kitchen". Ill be buying from local coffee joints from now on. I am a daily customer of Starbucks and really don't favor one over another I visit the one that I'm near. Overall, Starbucks are consistent with taste, quality and varying degrees of friendly service. However, today I had an exceptional service experience. It was not a enormous gesture but the fact that very few people in retail and or restaurants will go over and above to take care of you is rare. I bought a $35 Gift Card and Brittany the Barista that was helping me said she was out of the gift card envelopes. That usually is not a big deal but I was buying it for a client as a Thank You and it would have been awkward to hand her just a Starbucks card. I told Brittany this and she looked around to find a solution and showed me these small Starbucks Gift Card bags that they sell. I was ok with buying it but not excited to have to spend extra money on something to contain a Gift Card. When Brittany checked me out she zeroed out the bag $2.95 and said I want to take care of you because we are out of envelopes. That is fabulous customer service although not a huge thing the fact that she took care of the me and made me happy while using her best judgment made an impact. Way to go Starbucks for empowering your people to take care of the customer!! I will be back to visit soon! read more

Service here is always soooooo slow. A bunch of lazy kids standing around doing nothing.

Anytime I come to relax and need space to study, this a comfortable location. BUT do not count on Food here! The hours that might be spent here BRING OWN edibles. Unfortunately, even occasionally cake pops and pastries are the only options ... Too bad this location does not recognize the supply & demand, you can expect a mere " sorry we are all out " and nothing more. C'mon seize the opportunity to offer something to provide an overall positive experience ( or profitable Corp transaction ). Starbucks customers- whether these orders are by APP or in person for food or Drinks, be prepared for the consistent and easy "sorry we are out of..." with a smile. read more

I've given this location a few tries after initially being unimpressed. At 5:30 AM, I was one of two customers in the store, and there were four employees behind the counter. After five minutes I was finally acknowledged. I had placed a mobile order 10 minutes prior to walking in for a simple pour coffee, black (app said 3-7 minutes). Order was not ready, but worse was the less than friendly encounters with the employees. Also, this location has done away with straws for cold brewed coffees and you will be berated if you ask for a straw. Will go slightly out of my way to a different location in the future. read more

The crew is friendly but can not seem to get the orders right. I use the drive-thru and they have given me the wrong breakfast, and three times have given me the wrong drink. I was in a hurry yesterday as I had to open the store where I work. I didn't try the coffee first but then again, we shouldn't have to test the coffee to see if it is correct. Sometimes we want to take it to work to enjoy it. I told them about the problem this morning so they only charged me half price for a coffee they didn't get right yesterday. I suppose they feel everyone is trying to get something free from them and here we are expecting them to get our orders right. read more
