I knew about this place for several years but never went.. mainly because I've been to bicycle cafes in the past where it felt more like an afterthought. This isn't one of those places, it's a fully stand alone coffee shop adjacent to the bicycle shop. This is a unique coffee shop, older brick building with a nice interior. It also has a patio in the back which is pretty cool. I've tried the sage latte and cold brew, both are very good. The staff are nice as well. The ultimate highlight for me is the food. They carry pastries that I haven't seen anywhere else, the ding dong is the bomb if you grew up in the 80s or 90s, its like a hybrid of the hostess cup cake and a ding dong. Definitely added to my rotation of favorite coffee shops to go to. read more

I was absolutely in aw of the changes made to this place since I had last been there. It feels almost different with a brightness and some added goodies. The space has a great arrangement of seating inside and outside, a wonderful selections of games for you to play with whomever, full coffee menu, extra goodies to buy and truly a fantastic line up of VEGAN pastries! Great local neighborhood coffee shop in Tucson! We stopped by here on our way back from a hike and were pleasantly surprised. Parking can be challenging because the lot is small. I got a vanilla latte and it was delicious! Not too sweet and the espresso wasn't burnt. They also sell bagels from one of the local bakeries that looked tasty, in addition to their pastries, but we just came for coffee. They have indoor and outdoor seating and there is local art up in the walls for sale. I also liked the community board they had in the back. If you're in the area and need a caffeine/coffee fix, definitely check this place out! read more

Love this cafe for their consistently good coffee drinks, awesome staff and cool space... oh and they are puppers friendly. They have carried local baked goods that we have enjoyed over time... but they have a new partner ( @wonderful___sunshine) and dang... sooo good and what a great combination. What a lovely coffee shop. My partner was craving a good coffee so we decided to stop here since I never been there and had good reviews. The attendant was so sweet and patient at explaining some of their options I did see to try their coconut matcha and it was fantastic, I drank the whole thing like in 5 minutes. The americano was excellent per my partners taste buds. They seem to have great treats as well but we couldn't taste them this time since we were going to have dinner soon. I'll be back. read more

I got the lead on this place from a friend and I am not disappointed! I had the matcha latte with oatmilk which they make unsweetened and they'll add a touch of vanilla syrup. He said, "Soy, almond milk and all of our chocolates are vegan," and I threw my soda back in the cooler. Got a hot chocolate. It is delicious, though only mildly sweet, and didn't pack punch. This is one of the best undiscovered treasures along the Loop. Not only is it a great neighborhood Cafe and bike shop but it is strategically placed as a perfect stop for a coffee or a pastry as you ride. Very welcoming atmosphere and great facilities. I was really excited to have this repair shop right around the corner from my home and work. Got rid of my car, just bought my first ebike, completely new and excited to learn, walked in to get help and was ready to spend money on some items. Met the owner who gave me the bare minimum in customer service his body language, tone, he would only answer direct questions. Had to try to pull information out of him. He was clearly completed disinterested in truly helping me or wanting to get my future business. Made me completely uncomfortable. Will be finding another place to bring my business. Once again this business does not disappoint. Months ago they remodeled my bicycle and I absolutely love their work and now their cafe is open and everything about it is...FANTASTIC. You can't ask for a better location, right off of the loop, next to some other sensational locally owned businesses. The interior is spacious, hip and embraces the local biking community. Yellow brick coffee (also, locally owned and roasted) is the base for all of the drinks thus far and my latte was both aesthetically pleasing and delicious. Really perfect. Additionally, the prices are very reasonable for such artistry. The sweet vegan treats from Houlden's Rise Above (also locally owned) were rich, flavorful and decadent. As far as drinks, they're some of the best! With Yellow Brick Coffee which is roasted locally and Chai and other tea options from Maya Tea, all options on the menu are good ones. For food, they have a rotating menu of sweet and savory items from local vegan baker Hannah Houlden of Houlden's Rise Above which are truly a local coffee shop staple in Tucson. If you're coming by later in the day or want a sweet snack to go, they have all kinds of candies from Alana Solis of Dirty T Tamarindo, a local Latina owned business. I've had mixed luck getting my bike reliably serviced and upgraded over the years, but Sam (owner) really knows how to take care of it. He understands the latest in equipment, and can make knowledgable recommendations. Since he actually rides, he also knows what works best here in the desert of the Southwest. The cafe is a beautiful and clean place to get some coffee, socialize, or set up shop and work for a bit. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the coffee is local and delicious. The Baristas and Bike mechanics are all super knowledgeable and kind. You can bring your bike to get repaired, get a new bike, light or a helmet. The cafe has lots of places to sit (inside and outside). Rotating art hangs on the walls, real plants, in the backyard you can hear potters taking clay classes next door. The huge stump coffee table is fun! Many group bike rides leave from here because it is right off the loop/Dodge. Thankful for this community spot that midtown was missing.
