A coffee shop inside of a beautifully curated space that is covered by art, antique furniture typewriters for sale along with some other options of merchandise goods. Crafted coffee drinks like miso caramel & mole mocha. Delicious. Service was skilled and decently helpful/friendly. I am excited to visit again

I came here for cocktails last night since they are only doing the mezcal tastings on the first Thursday of each month this summer. The space is super cute. It's a historic house that kind of also looks like an old school. You can choose which room to sit in or sit outside on the patio. I thought the green corn tamales were both too sweet and salty. I will try the chicken tamales next time. I wasn't a fan of the Delphine cocktail. The Paloma Rosada was very complex and an interesting blend of flavors. I really liked it at first but by the end the cinnamon was overpowering. I think next time I would order this light on the cinnamon. I liked the Hibiscus Margarita light on the spicy bitters.

This is a must-do when you're in Tucson. I was there for the weekend and found it on the last day I was there, which was a tragedy because I would have gone every single day! The coffee is so good - I had an iced honey latte. The vibes and decor of the coffee shop are immaculate. I would love to work from here! The service was great - there was a line, but they went through it quickly and my latte was made right after I ordered it, maybe a minute of wait time!

My favorite shop in town. Sitting outside on a summer morning with a macchiato is peak Tucson.

I've been a fan of Exo for years, just yesterday I learned there is a second location. Despite already getting coffee, I convinced my hubby to go to a third coffee spot before 8:30 am. I usually get their chiltepin cold brew since it's my all time favorite, but they usually have a special and today I got the mesquite cold brew. In Tucson in July the mesquite trees of the Sonoran Desert produce beans that drop with the coming of monsoon season. If one collects the beans and dries them, they can be used to make tea, broth or syrup. I love the taste! What a Tucson treasure! This spot has lots of seating to read or chat. A great quiet coffee spot walking distance from the Tucson Convention Center.

That somber vibe where no one is smiling and everyone looks like they are in a terrible mood first thing in the morning is definitely not for me. Mesquite cold brew was decent but nothing too special. Service was quick so we were able to leave even quicker.

Exo Roast is a cozy, hidden gem with great hot mocha lattes. The vibe is relaxed and welcoming, making it the perfect spot for a quiet break. Definitely one of my go-to places for a comforting coffee.

Holy Focaccia from my market-view seat

I really enjoyed coming Downtown for a visit (my first!) to Exo Roast and their Spring Market, but it was tight, tight, tight inside the coffee bar and inside the outdoor patio market of three vendors! After I bought my mega Holy Focaccia pre order and got my Catherine Eyde fix, I stopped inside for a Chai and an empanada, only my Chai took so long to get, I thought for sure they'd called me and I just spaced. No. They just didn't fill my order. When I finally asked, the nonchalance I received was quite a surprise, surpassed only by the tasteless Chai that was mostly milk. It was a busy Saturday and they are crowded behind the bar and working hard, but a better system is in order. Andy maybe place the vendors out front next time...IMHO

We came here for the first time for coffee this week, previous visits had all been for mescal. Love the outdoor patio (pictured) on a beautiful Tucson afternoon. I had a mocha, it was artfully prepared.

Love this local coffee shop with friendly service and warm wake me up lattes. Indoor seating space and a small outdoor courtyard. Doggo friendly.

Cappuccino and chocolate croissant

This was the best, and I mean, the best coffee I have had in Arizona. 10/10 will make the trip again.

Presta Coffee Roasters is a very cool, modern spot with a bike-inspired theme and a minimalist,…read moreindustrial aesthetic. It doesn't look like a traditional coffee shop from the outside -- you walk around a wall to get in -- but once you're inside, the space feels intentional and curated. There's some indoor seating with small couches and desks, and I brought my laptop, though I went too close to closing to get much work done. They also have outdoor seating with umbrellas, which is comfortable in the winter, though it would probably be warm in the summer since it's not fully covered. The coffee is very good and definitely leans into the craft-coffee vibe. Drinks come in one size, and when I once asked for whipped cream, they let me know they don't carry it -- which actually made me laugh because it fits the whole minimalist, elevated style of the place. It's just that kind of spot. Prices are a bit higher than typical coffee shops, but the quality and aesthetic reflect that. If you like modern design, curated spaces, and excellent coffee, Presta is a great stop.

The service is always great, though lately the team has switched up at some locations so I'm learning new faces and have new interactions rather than the same 'comfy' ones. If Tucson has a heartbeat, part of it lives inside Talega Coffee Roasters…read more I used to live next door, and honestly, they were the only thing keeping me in Armory Park as long as I stayed. When I finally moved, I thought the hardest part would be adding 30 minutes to my commute. It wasn't. It was losing that daily routine of walking into a place that feels so real and personal. Talega isn't just a coffee shop. It feels intimate in a way that's hard to find now. You can tell Tyler & Rene actually care. Not just about the coffee, but about the people who come in and the community around them. Nothing about it feels transactional. You're remembered, conversations matter, and it feels grounded in something genuine. Their seasonal drinks are what really set them apart. They are not cheap grabs for attention or copies of whatever is trending online. The ideas feel inspired and intentional. (Their maize latte and miso latte were perfect) You can tell there is real thought behind what they put on the menu. It reflects a level of care for the craft that is especially rare. It's been incredible to watch how far they've come since they started. They've grown without losing what makes them special, which is not easy to do. I don't live next door anymore, but I will never stop being a regular and I will never stop drinking the Maize latte (I literally dream about it).

I have to say, their drink was so good that I almost missed being at the finish line in time for my bf! Talega was so intriguing to me that I had to google what it meant. "Talega coffee is an artisanal method that uses a talega, a cotton bag traditionally used to carry coins. Over time, it was discovered that these bags were ideal for filtering coffee, giving rise to this traditional method. In addition, the word "talega" comes from Arabic and means "to hang," which refers to the original use of these bags. The bag is made of cotton, a material widely used in Mexico since ancient times, especially during the Mexica period for making clothes. Likewise, the cotton, made of 100% cotton, is a completely organic product ideal for preparing coffee. Therefore, cotton, composed of 90% cellulose, does not introduce foreign odors or flavors to the coffee and is insoluble in water." via huupa.coffee The owners, Tyler and Renee, were so wonderful. I had such a nice time chatting with them about coffee in general and what a beautiful place and concept and vibe they have at their shop! If you've been to Telega, you know how beautiful and dreamy the spot is. It feels so cozy, like a living room of your best friend's house. But, it also feels like you are in the lobby of a very artsy hotel. They have such creative and intriguing seasonal drinks, manzana latte, miso maple flat white, and picca latte. I didn't get a chance to try them but I got their iced matcha with oat and it was so good! Just perfect. I sent my bf and his bro here the next day and they also loved their coffee so much! We def need to come back to visit Tucson and especially to visit their coffee shop again. My bf said his second order of coffee, their machine wasn't working so it was on the house. They are so generous! We came back on our way out and stopped by them again because my bf insisting for paying his cortado but it was after 2pm. We realized when we got there.. Well, this just means we def will need to come back and I think my bf and his peeps are already considering coming back for next year Tour de Tucson so I can't wait to come back to Talega again!
