First Impressions: This was my first time here and I gotta say, I've never heard of this place until I decided one day to just go and see what this place was about. Interactions: Friendly staff, interactions were pleasant. I picked up my order as I was at work during my recent visit and during a lunch break. Service: Service was good. They got my order out pretty quickly and I didn't feel like they rushed me when I asked questions about their food. If anything, I appreciated the person who explained what the fan favorites were and what I should try. Food: The Acai bowl was great! Anything PB for me is a win win, I appreciated the freshness of the food and it didn't taste old. As someone that doesn't have a ton of Acai bowls in general, this was quite refreshing. Value: Not to shabby, honestly for the quality and the price I didn't think it was to bad. Of course I would categorize this more of a snack then food food (if that makes sense). Compared to other places I've been to I think its on par with pricing, but its also not super cheap either. You pay for what you get, but the quality is there. Recommendation: If you've never been here and are curious, my advice is to just go and try for yourself. As I've reviewed more places and have become more opened, its nice to see that are other business (especially this one), really try and accommodate as best as they can especially if your new. If you like Acai bowls, I'd at least try it out :). read more

Underexposed new business. I recommend it. Don't be fooled by the business name, they also have sandwiches, salads, wraps, quesadillas, flatbreads, and breakfast items. I ordered the Sunshine Smoothie with mango, pineapple, orange juice, and banana. It was smooooooooth. The smoothest smoothie I've ever had. Delicious and refreshing. I also had the Southwest Wrap with eggs, grilled chicken, pepper jack, tomatoes, spinach & chipotle mayo. For $5.89, that's a good price and it was tasty. I'll be visiting again. Check out their menu. Some refreshing items on their menu 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Tucson-top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. Cashier was friendly and I was greeted as soon as I walked in. I had my flip flops on to take advantage of the free Strawberry Margherita Smoothie they were offering. I also bought a chocolate chip cookie just so I could leave a tip. Disappointed... This smoothie is full of the outer parts of the lime, so much so that I can't finish it. See the chunk in my photo. Best described as the type of açaí bowl you might get premade at an airport. Assembly line style, marginally fresh fruit, pre-frozen açaí, and the granola looked and tasted like a broken up Nature's Valley granola bar. Service was also marginally friendly at best. Maybe other menu items are better but for an açaí bowl, there are so many better options nearby. read more

Waited in the drive through a couple weeks ago for what seemed like forever. Went back again today thinking it was just a bad day the last time, but timed it this time. 27 mins from the time I got in line till I got to the window. 7 mins later waiting at the window I still hadn't gotten my order so just left in disgust. I'm trying to be understanding but, was just there and stood at the cashier waiting to order and three people were there. One was making an order, one was standing around with a headset on wirh nobody in the drive though and another person walks in a goes to the back. Not one person acknowledged me. I ordered the mango smoothie and the chicken presto ...the drink was 7 dollars and change and the drink was 7 dollars and change , they're are no meals here , so you have to order everything separately ..the chicken presto had no seasoning , the veggies and cheese etc were a good portion but no salt , nothing , very bland , is that the way they are made ? If that's the case maybe a side order of some kind of seasoned dipping sauce would be great, meal deals would be great also , the smoothie was delicious , but the s was quite expensive for an unsatisfied meal .. I did not have a long wait , I was in and out very quick which was great , it's a brand new shop on Valencia so there were no cars waiting , hopefully it gets better as the months go by . read more
