There were many choices between beef, pork, chicken and seafood, as well as Bison, lamb and venison with a few daily specials thrown in. To start off they provided wonderful breads on each table. The Cork is known as a steakhouse so many of the diners ordered steak dinners. I ordered the lobster tail which was wonderfully delicious and cooked to perfection. All of the diners commented that their dinners were cooked to their specifications, no matter what was ordered. The Cork also has a very extensive wine and cocktail menu that most of diners ordered from and were happy with their choices. Our waiter was wonderful. All of our orders were correct, which is a big job to accomplish with 18 diners in the same group. The dinners came in a timely manner, and everyone enjoyed their meals. The only issue was the Baby Back Ribs on the menu had a price of $35. However, when the check came $37 was charged for the item.
