I'm so glad they opened a Teaspoon in Hayward! There's always plenty of parking and I'm excited to hit enough points to get a free drink using their rewards program! When my friend told me about it, I started going in almost 3x/week since I was studying for a big exam and needed the caffeine throughout the day. I usually go for milk tea, but I tried the Grasshopper and Lady Bug the other day and I liked them both! I get all my drinks 30% sweet so the Lady Bug is tart, which is good if you like tart more than sweet. Grasshopper is really refreshing and is probably my favorite Signature drink! My favorite Classic drink is the Liquid Gold. I highly recommend getting their boba- it's always sweet & chewy, but if you wanna try something new then get the egg pudding! read more

it's a cute small store! the workers are usually really nice, no complaints there. i like to go here because it's right in front of the school. it can get a bit crowded and busy though, depending on the time you go. i do think it can be pretty pricy, but it's good if you have the money for it! the boba is usually soft and chewy. i like to get the strawberry matcha latte with pearl. very good! the matcha isn't too strong which is a problem at other boba stores. read more

I'm glad they open teaspoon. They are one if the best boba places in hayward. Thank god, I don't have to go hella far for good boba. Sharetea is ok but Teaspoon is on another level compared to customer service and how they make the drinks. The way the make their drinks, they really take the time and make sure everything is fine with the customers. I tried this store for the first time, and it was quite honestly a negative experience. The store is overpriced and the drinks are not good. In one order of 4 drinks, 2 of our drinks were basically bitter water with boba. While the boba was cooked fine, the drink itself was unsalvageable. What was supposed to be the Black Sugar Assam drinks went to the trash. The other 2 drinks were nothing to write home about, certainly not the $7+ I spent on each drink. Save your money and go somewhere with actually tasty (and cheaper) drinks. If I could give 0 stars, I could. read more

Great boba place in Hayward! We got the house milk tea and caramel cream with boba and they were delicious! The place can definitely get busy with lots of customers so we did have to wait some time before placing our orders which was no problem. I got my milk tea 50% less sweet with less ice and I thought the sweetness was perfect that way. The boba tasted really good too and were well made. This place used to be a Quickly. Talk about UPGRADE! The place itself is cute, clean, and modern. There was no seating inside, but there are plenty of picnic tables outside.
