Inside chilling waiting for our drinks

Great location in downtown Hayward and open late, which is always a plus. The staff was friendly and super helpful, and the place was clean inside. They even have games you can play while you're there, which is a fun touch. I ordered the chocolate milkshake with 50% sweetness and almond milk--so good. Highly recommend!

Quickly / T4 not sure of the branding. Either way they make a delicious Brown Sugar Boba Milk Tea, added Oreo for personal preference

Rose milk tea

I can't find rose milk tea in other places so I was over the moon when I saw that there was a T4 while I was walking. There was one in Castro Valley that closed a while ago. Since then I moved and I always kept my eye on finding rose milk tea but didn't have much luck. It was good I'm no expert on bobba tea but I found the flavor that I was looking for so that's great! I got 50% sweetness and it was perfect sweetness for me, not too sweet.

Popcorn Chicken nice and crispy

Ordered on DoorDash for me and some coworkers. Loved my drink order Taro Milk Tea w/ sea salt cream. My coworkers were happy with their drink orders as well. Popcorn chicken is good, I asked for a side of chili powder which wasn't given. I know when you go in person you put your own chili powder, but they should have a better system for people who order on DoorDash.

T4 is always my go to place when I want to get boba drinks. The staffs are nice and service is always great. Love the variety of drinks and food.

Service was amazing and they were so patient with me! Nice and spacious and it smelled amazing. I tried a new tea and the popcorn chicken! So glad I found a place that I can relax in. I'll definitely be back!

I decided to stop by to get a hot drink since it was cold outside. I didn't have to wait long after I placed my order since there were only a few people inside. My go-to order is The Earl Grey Milk Tea with Agar Pearl 50% sweet. The agar was super melted when the drink was hot, but once the drink started to cool down, the pearl was the perfect texture (super chewy). I have ordered this drink in the past, and from my memory, it was always chewy even when the drink was hot. Guess this means I will have to come back again to give this drink a try and do 0% sweet.

I stopped here on my way to the movies next door and it did not disappoint! I ordered popcorn chicken and it was cooked perfectly plus they had Sriracha sauce! The caramel milk tea tastes authentic and not powdery. It is also very spacious with 9 tables inside and restrooms available for customers. The employees are very kind and provide quick service. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in the area!

Strawberry lemonade & Oreo

It's been a few years since I've had T4. Not into it like I used to be. Walked in with my six year old niece because she was thirsty and wanted the Oreo drink and the strawberry lemonade for me. I returned 30 minutes later with my mom, my sister, and my seven month old niece past out in my arms because they were getting their nails done earlier. My niece started making moves on the new drinks lol. It wasn't busy Sunday afternoon which made the service fast.

5 snacks and a drink $43.26

Ordered fried lobster ball, egg puff, popcorn chicken, takoyaki, fried squid, and taro milktea with honeydew popping boba for delivery. Decent snacks and drinks, nothing to rave about. Popcorn chicken didn't come with spicy powder. Tip: heat the egg puffs in the toaster oven to make them crispy.

My favorite popcorn chicken

T4 has always been one of my favorite boba places to go. We usually always order the same thing each time we go because we know what we like. I usually like to call in before I go, because their online ordering system is a little slow. I think ordering via phone or in person is faster. The staff is pretty friendly and their drinks always hit the spot. I always have to get the basil popcorn chicken when I go. They have the best popcorn chicken! I don't know what they put in there, but I know there are a lot of spices! My go-to milk tea is always the wintermelon, and my husband and son always get their favorites: pineapple slush and strawberry milkshake -- all with boba! I like that all the T4 drinks are consistent every location I go to! I also think the location is great...a little of a drive for me, but worth it.

Fried tofu & basil popcorn chicken

Lots of flavor, but a little on the saltier side. Great portions for prices. T4 usually never disappoints!

Love the service when we go here. Staff is always friendly and service is fast. Place is always clean and organized. Nice location in downtown near other establishments in case you want to hit other stores. Limited strew parking but there is a free parking by the movie theater, walking distance from the location.

I consider T4 a classic boba shop, and the boba is always refreshing and tasty. A good value all around.

Order: 1 BBQ Chicken Bánh Mì…read more1 Mango Cane Nước Mia Total: $16.09 The Bánh Mì was PHENOMENAL! The bread was so soft yet crunchy and flaky--I could tell it was extremely fresh. The BBQ chicken was very tender with no fat and cooked with delicious spices. Just incredible. The veggies were also very fresh and crunchy. With every bite it just kept getting better. It's a pretty big-sized Bánh Mì--you can easily eat half and save the other half for later. The mango cane drink was delicious and very refreshing. I enjoyed every sip of it. Food: 10/10. The service was excellent! The young ladies working there were very welcoming and sweet. One even grabbed me a stool to sit on while I waited for my order, which was very thoughtful. The wait was not long 5-10 minutes. Not many customer around 12pm on Friday. Customer service: 10/10. The ambiance is cute. It's located in the heart of downtown Hayward near City Hall. The establishment is tiny, but they do have stools where you can sit and enjoy your Bánh Mì it's almost like being in Vietnam. There's no outside seating. Parking can definitely be challenging. You can park in the Lucky's supermarket lot, across the street in the parking structure, or if you're lucky, find street parking right in front of the establishment. This might be my favorite Bánh Mì spot. I will definitely be coming back. I just hope one day their hours and days expand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

The spot on Jackson and Amador was ranked pretty low on my list, can't imagine any place being worst; but I found it. Sugarcane is half decent. Their store is located in the massive plaza near Castro Valley BART station. What makes them stand out is their lime tea! They're tactfully made to ace the flavor profile, and I've enjoyed every drink I've ordered so far. Not brave enough yet to get the Hand Squeezed Lime Drink ($6.50). My sister first told me about this place, and she dropped off a Phoenix Lime Tea ($8) for me that was refreshing and not as sour as I expected from a drink with a lime ingredient :P It came in a tall, sturdy plastic cup that I reused a couple times for iced coffee at home. Phoenix Dan Cong Oolong Milk Tea with Lime Cream Cold Foam ($8): Shoot that's good. I already love oolong milk tea, and the addition of creamy lime was smooth! Not too tart and didn't ruin the taste. It came in a smaller size cup and I was sad about less drink :( Durian Smoothie with Sticky Rice ($12.50): I hate that I love durian, and it's hard to find durian drinks. Because look at that price tag!! In this economy!! I also hate that I loved it. The durian was potent (not iced down) and the sticky rice was warm, didn't harden too quickly from the cold smoothie. Gosh darn it. Durian Lime Tea ($12.50): Comes with coconut noodles as a topping! Excellent combo as well with durian bits. Can opt to have lime slices in your drink or not. Can also hear the staff hand-pounding the limes for the juice! They have 2 ordering screens, and I've seen someone order at the register as well. I like the big screen that displays orders in progress and completed ones. They have WiFi and indoor/outdoor seating if you want to work from there. I saw a lot of students flooding in during after school hours. Boba is so competitive these days and I love their drinks, so please come so they'll stay open LOL I'm curious about the Rice Mochi Milk Tea ($8) and Mango Coconut Matcha ($8.50). Thank god they're a bit of a far drive, otherwise I would have a monthly Goolu budget.

I ordered the pineapple lime tea and added peach jelly to it. The peach jelly flavor is just rich, doesn't taste artificial, and complements the tea flavor well. The fruit tea itself is wonderfully flavored: pineapple and lime complement each other so well! The drink comes in a thick plastic cup -- so I will be reusing this for cold drinks at home. Service was super quick (although the store was empty when I went at a very off hour on the weekend). The inside has ample seating with green-themed seats/deco. It's located in a plaza so parking is pretty easy! I will definitely be adding this place into my rotation for post-Lake Chabot refreshments

I got the Acai peanut butter and nutella bowl (small) for $13 ish, and he got a white gummi for $9 (remember when this used to be on the secret menu?? haha). We went around 8:30pm Pros: - randomly open later than I would expect - I feel like back in the day Jambas would close like soon after dinner? but this was a nice dessert treat for us! - The young staff were really nice and professional and tried their best to be efficient, to make our order even while in the midst of cleaning before closing up. Did not get the gen Z stare LOL. - Impressively, the acai bowl was pretty delicious. Not too icy or crunchy, with generous portions of nutella and peanut butter. I actually felt like it was better tasting than vitality bowl in CV - lots of parking in this Bayfair plaza Cons: - not a ton of sitting space inside, so better as a grab and go option - I might be biased but $9 for a smoothie seems really expensive - I think my acai bowl was a better value even though it's a little more expensive. But the acai bowl is small, and the nutella and peanut butter is not mixed or blended in, it's kind of just globbed as a heap on top LOL Otherwise - not a bad use of a gift card (if you get one of those choice cards that has Panera/jamba/cheesecake factory on it - I Think this is actually the best bang for your buck) Would not mind coming back
