There was only one employee managing the place, taking orders and making drinks. There is also a kiosk at the front door if customers choose to do so with making orders. I ordered a variety of drinks ranging with tea, milk tea, and juice refreshers. I had a sample of each drink as I shared with family and all were good and well balanced as customers can customize to their own liking. Customer service was good as she asked me the various levels for ice and sweetness. Not all places ask and I mean other brand stores (not gong cha) where the drink ends up as a diabetes buster. I suggest 50% sweetness (max amount I can take) and 25% ice level. Currently there is a promotoion with purchases over $32, a free tumbler with Line Characters is given. Gong Cha is always a staple of mine whenever I am looking for boba and they happened to have a convenient location near shopping and some good restaurants. Note: Gong Cha locations use a non-dairy creamer but beware, these almost always still contain whey which is a dairy derivative. It's a common misnomer so always ask for non-dairy milk if you are vegan like myself or adverse to dairy products/have an allergy. In order to get a non-dairy drink, I was told to order from the Fresh Milk Menu. I did so with my Brown Sugar Milk Tea with Oat Milk and it was satisfying overall. We went to UPS to do some stuff and while waiting I saw this tea shop. We hung out while we waited for our order coz it was cooler here than in UPS lol It's a typical bobba shop but cute and neat. I've been coming here multiple times and they are consistently good. They have so many drink options so I love coming back to try new drinks. The drinks we got this time were the Brown Sugar Earl Grey (which I've never heard of before) and the regular Pearl Milk tea. These were both perfect sweetness and had the right amount of toppings! Considering how much I've been a regular here, it's clear - I love it. Whenever I'm craving a boba drink, Gong Cha is usually one of the first places I think of. This location is super convenient for me and since it's part of the larger target plaza, there's always tons of parking. The shop itself isn't huge. There's two tables inside with a couple of chairs along the wall as well. But folks (including me) mostly take their drinks to go. They always have a rotating menu of seasonal specials, so if you're looking to try something new, they've usually got something different for you to try. But they also have all the classics. My go-to is always the pearl milk tea. In the summer, I'll get it iced/cold. In the winter, I'll get it hot. Great both ways. It does come out sweeter though, so if you're like me and aren't a fan of super sweet drinks, definitely adjust that sweetness level to 50% or less. They also have fun merch (key chains, different kinds of cups, souvenir mugs, etc). Keep an eye out on their instagram or just stop by to see what they've got. Since opening, they've adopted a kiosk system to make ordering more independent. You can still order at the register and ask the staff if you have any questions. But if you're just grabbing & going, you can easily order your drinks and be on your way without having much interaction with the staff. They don't have a ton of food on their menu, but be sure to try one of their mochi waffles for an additional sweet treat! read more

DANGEROUS NUTRITIONAL MISINFORMATION! Two times now I have gone to this location and they always describe their milk powder as "plant based" when in fact, it is not plant based at all. Since I have a dairy allergy I always ask boba places what their vegan options are. The employees at gong cha keep saying, "Our milk powder is plant based which means it's vegan". This is dangerous since their milk powder actually has whey powder in it. Whey is dairy. Dairy comes from cows. So yeah, not plant based. I ask them to double check the ingredients and sure enough, they see that there is whey in there. If someone were to just take their word that their powder is plant based, they could get very sick or have a bad allergic reaction. Please, managers at this location, do something about this. Who knows how many people have been wrongly served a drink with dairy in it. read more

Compared to other Gong Cha locations, the employees here are well informed about promotions and collaborations. Finally!! A Gong Cha so close that I could get to it anytime of the day or week that I crave boba! We love gong cha - especially the mango milk tea, which is our absolute favorite. Love how you can taste the bits of mango in every sip. Like all the other gong Cha's, they serve up good quality and authentic tea. The staff is efficient and nice. Sometimes they don't answer the phone but they are really good about texting you and answering any questions you have. They now have an app that we have been enjoying so that we can preorder and it's there when we arrive. Really convenient and they are running promos on it now. This location of Gong Cha recently opened and shares the same plaza as Target and Seafood City. It's located at the corner of the plaza by Game Stop and Starbucks. It's a pretty tiny location with only a handful of tables so I would not plan to hang out here. The staff was very friendly and though there can be a line, it moves quickly. I got the Black Sugar Milke Tea as well as a Creme Brulee Mochi Waffle. The drink was pretty standard for Gong Cha so if you've been to another location, expect the same quality of drink. In terms of the Creme Brulee Mochi Waffle, it was good, but I don't know that it was worth the price. I'll pass on this the next time and just stick with the drinks. I ordered the drink at 50% sweet and it was the perfect level for me to still bring out the refreshing tartness of the passion fruit and roasted taste of the tea. My fiance ordered the Premium Oolong Milk Tea which was creamy and more on the milkier side than tea but still good. Staff and service is friendly, the store has a two large tables and a few smaller tables. They do not accept cash, only card and mobile pay. I'm a huge fan of Gong Cha. I've been here a few times since they've opened. My regular order is QQ Passionfruit Green Tea and it's so yummy. I do only get 70% sweet though so it's not too sweet. It's probably the best one I've had locally. I've also tried their mochi waffles which are warm and fluffy and the right amount of sweet. They're a great quick little treat. Every time I've come in here the staff was super helpful and welcoming. Everyone is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a few tables and chairs as well so there's definitely space to enjoy a drink or just comfortably wait for a drink. The parking lot is not my favorite since it's shared with so many different businesses so you may have to park deep in the lot and walk. I think it's worth it though! read more

It's December, I'm pretty sure they were just trying to make it warm today for patrons but with so many people, the heat Just made it worse. We opted to wait for our drinks at GameStop. I got the text that our drinks would take about 20min, which was a nice window to shop. We were only in GameStop for 15 and I decided to check on our drinks, even though I didn't get a text. I walk in and the drinks were on the counter. Good on time but who knows how long they'd been sitting there because our drinks were kinda melted. What we ordered: Creme Brulee Strawberry Milk Tea: 8/10 this is from my teen: it was good but the crème brûlée part had a little bit too much salt. I've been coming here a few times now since it's so close to my home and the place isn't that packed on a weekday afternoon. It's an excellent afternoon pick me up during work! I love how the tapioca pearls come out consistently almost perfect - soft, chewy, and delicious. The few times I've been here they haven't been hard. The drinks that I normally order (milk tea with pearls, QQ passion fruit green tea) with 25% sweetness come out in perfect sweetness for my taste (very subtle sweet, not too sweet). The milk tea has a good balance of milk and tea - I like how you can actually taste the tea. Same goes for flavored fruit teas that I've tried - the syrup/flavoring doesn't overpower the drink and I can actually taste the green tea. Their large is pretty big and it's bigger than the Teaspoon a few blocks away, for the same price. The location has tons of parking since it's located in a shopping plaza and the space is a decent size. Seating is available inside enough for a handful amount of groups. We ordered 70 drinks for my wife's birthday party. Prior to ordering the owners Long and Nhu communicated with us quickly and guided us through the many options they offered. We even got to go in and do a tasting which was so fun and helpful! We ended up ordering the Matcha, Earl Grey, Brown Sugar and Passion fruit. Our guests were blown away! All the drinks were delivered on time and fresh. There was a little hiccup on the delivery but Long and Nhu resolved it quickly without skipping a beat. Whether you are ordering 1 drink or 70 the service and communication was fantastic! We even had a few first time boba drinkers at our party and they were raving about the quality and flavor of the teas! I love that we have a Gong Cha in the area now! We've ordered from them twice already. Drinks are up to what I expect based on the other Gong Cha locations I've been to. It seems like more and more people are finding out about their opening, which is great! We've ordered the Mango Green Tea, honey Green Tea, Mango Matcha and the Marble Mango (we are huge mango fans). All tasted good - no complaints! I do have my eyes on their strawberry drinks and may try that on my next visit!
