I never noticed this T4 location before as it's secluded in an area I don't usually go to. Anyways, I was pleasantly surprised to find it in the San Leandro Plaza (?). Most of the ones in the South Bay have closed near me. The interior is fairly large with several four-person tables & one unisex restroom. The decor is clean with nothing hanging on the walls but the familiar color scheme of white and teal/aquamarine. Great drinks and food. Ordered rose milk tea, mango fruit tea and strawberry fruit tea and popcorn chicken. It took a while for the popcorn chicken to be ready but it was delicious. We had to stand and wait for our order as there were no more seats left. The place is cute with mod teal and white decor and several small tables. The only thing is it's not clear where to order when you first walk in and you won't be acknowledged until you stand in the correct spot. This T4 location is in the San Leandro Plaza and I feel like they are the more consistent location compared to their other ones. This is a pretty busy plaza, so parking is hit or miss here on weekends and weeknights. Service is alright and my drinks have been pretty consistent most of the time with a few bad drinks / times, depending on who is working. They close at 9 PM every night, despite what their online / Yelp hours says, so they should really update the operating hours online - I wished that they stayed open later like they used to. My go to drink here is the Green Tea topped with cream and boba & grass jelly. I would also order popcorn chicken sometimes. Spent $50 on 4 drinks, 2 orders of chicken and 2 orders fries. Decided to eat here. Table bottle ranch was empty, asked for me. They told us they were out of ranch. This review is based on the drink I got through a DoorDash order. One of my coworkers put in an order for over 10 drinks and snacks to be delivered. Order was placed before the spot opened and surprisingly, everything arrived within 20-25 minutes after they open. Service is quick for such a big order. The winter melon milk tea I got tasted like straight up cereal milk. And was wayyyyyyy too sweet. They didn't let me adjust the sugar level for this drink. The jasmine milk tea was at least mediocre. Standard T4 located in old San Leandro where all the shopping seems to be. Met up with a friend since this location is out of the way for me. We walked in and stood in a line about 6 deep. We noticed there was a group of 8 people who hadn't gotten their drinks yet so we knew it'd take awhile. I ordered the royal tea with cream cheese since I'm on a cream cheese foam kick nowadays. We weren't asked for sweetness or ice level as some other places and were asked our order twice. After we ordered, we were given our receipt with our order number. We were lucky enough to snag an empty table since there aren't many to begin with. One table was covered with half eaten food which I'd later learned belonged to the employees. Probably as a way to save a table for themselves but made the business seem like they didn't have enough people to clean up a table. When our number was finally called, the drink was good though pretty sweet. I'm not sure I'd order it again since I tasted more sweetener than tea. I'm assuming we could've adjusted the sweetness level but since we weren't asked, we assumed we couldn't. One suggestion would be to have better menu display. Unless you stood outside the store and read the menu, there's not a menu until you get to the front of the line and look over a paper menu taped to the side glass.
