I ordered the Peach Grapefruit Green Tea and the Sugar Cane Mountain Tea. I thought both drinks were okay. The grapefruit in the green tea was kind of sour. I got it at 70% sweetness and the drink was pretty sweet but the fruits were sour and didn't seem to go well with the tea. The sugar cane tea was also with 70% sweetness and it was pretty sweet. I think I prefer sugar cane juice without tea. The store was dim and doesn't seem too captivating. If I were to come back. I'd give the strawberry series a try. read more

Either way, it's really been hit or miss for me. I absolutely love their iced almond drink with jelly. I don't even mind that it doesn't have caffeine. The mango sago is also good, although a bit too sweet. I always order 30% for any drinks but I would even go as far as 0% here. The milk teas are not good. Inside is very spacious, one person was working. Wasn't busy at all and was expecting some type of greeting but wasn't. There's 2 self serve kiosks on your right when you enter. I got intrigued with the matcha snow top, the photo on the kiosk showed a matcha slush type stuff a mountain of whipped cream. The 2 stars say it all - "Could've been better". It's such an interesting place. They have a big open space, which I guess makes sense if there's a lot of people waiting. They could probably fit a few tables and chairs if they really wanted. They have steps that they call the children's play area. I personally don't prefer children stepping all over a place that's also considered sitting. They also had their storage items in plain sight and sectioned off from the public. I would say their drink quality reflects how much effort the put into how the shop looks - pretty low. I got the lychee green tea. It tasted like sugar water. My mom needed some help deciding which drink to get and the one cashier he helped her decide on the green plum drink since she wanted a kumquat tea but they did not offer that flavor.
