Pistachio dream jasmine with no milk
    Erika C.

4.5 stars rounded up. Fast service and got our group order pretty quickly despite the place being busy. This was my first time at any boba bliss. I got the pistachio dream jasmine without milk, with boba. At first the staff said I couldn't order without milk but the manager or owner was able to step in and assist. I ordered less sweet but with the boba and cream, I'd order again with zero sweet. Boba was pretty qq and warm. Cute and bright interior for sitting and catching up.

I simply don't understand how you operate. I ordered black Thai milk tea, but you prepared green Thai milk tea instead--even though the label on the cup clearly stated "black Thai milk tea." This isn't the first time you've messed up my order; it's the sixth time. When I called to complain, you claimed not to know what happened and said nothing could be done because I had already taken the order away.

This is a small little boba shop where you can chill with friends or get some work done while enjoying some boba. We ended up getting the Mango Sago and the Natural Ube Taro Milk, which were served quickly. The Mango Sago was very meh. It had a very artificial taste to it and just seemed to have syrup in it with Sago and Milk. Thankfully, the Natural Ube Taro Milk was better. It had the paste on the sides of the cup. So had a more natural taste to it and wasn't too sweet. Overall, quick service and meh drinks for the price I paid.

First time at the CV location. I usually frequent the MV location and am big fan of Boba Bliss. After a hike at Lake Chabot, this was a needed refresher. Order at the kiosks or at the counter. This location is a $1 cheaper per drink than MV location. Same drink menu. I got the lemon green tea with less sweetness and less ice. Super refreshing and nice lemon flavor. Service was nice and drinks came out quickly. Parking lot parking

Boba is soft and not overly sweet. Fast, friendly service. Our phone # to earn rewards for a free drink. This location had VERY LIMITED parking, beware.

Went in on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty empty. Ordered via the kiosk/iPad because it was my first time and I like going thru the menu. They have a lot of good and unique drinks, such as Pistachio Matcha which I'll definitely try next time. I got the mango sago and it was delicious. Super creamy, not too sweet, and had plenty of sago. My mom got the brown sugar milk with no boba and she enjoyed her drink as well. Simple but good. Our total was about $14 before tip. The inside has plenty of seating which is nice. Service is quick and our drinks came out in like 3 minutes. We sat and chatted for a bit but the music was a bit loud and they were playing Rap/Hip-Hop which I love, but was a bit much when we were just trying to chill and chat. Overall, would be back for the drinks but probably not a place to hangout as it's loud.

Updated review for their new Lychee Jasmine Milk Tea Special this summer! The lychee flavor is so tasteful without being artificial and pairs well with the lychee jelly. I thought it was perfect at full sweetness. My go-to refreshing drink this summer.

Got the strawberry mint green tea -less sweet, which was refreshing with ample strawberry bits throughout the drink. Fast service. Pricing on their ordering tablet doesn't fully match the posted menus FYI.

One of the best ube taro drinks I've ever had! This was my first time having Boba Bliss in six years and I had to stop by while in the bay! I ordered ahead of time and my drink was ready when I got there. I ordered the natural ube taro milk and this drink was so goo! You can definitely tell they used real ube in this drink. The hint of taro also made the drink refreshing. I was so happy to try this again after a long time. I hope to com back again whenever I'm in the bay! :-)

I've been going to Boba Bliss since their original location in San Ramon, and I am SO happy to see them thriving in their Castro Valley location! We popped in here for a nice cool treat on a Sunday afternoon. The kitchen was hustling and bustling, but a worker saw us walk in and immediately came up to the register to take our order (even as he saw us approaching the iPad). Such a nice touch when most people would prefer ordering through an iPad. My matcha latte was delicious, and the space was clean with plenty of tables to sit at.

Standard boba place that offers milk tea and juice drinks. No food options available. Ordered the house vietnamese iced coffee and creme brulee milk tea. Both drinks were delicious, better than most places that offers similar drinks. Vietnamese coffee is strong and does the job for caffeine kick. Creme brulee was enjoyed by my friend and she looked pleasantly pleased. Seating was okay, not very comfortable. The atmosphere had a strong cleaning smell that was off putting. Parking is awkward so be careful.

I've been coming to the Castro Valley location for a while now since they've opened! One things for sure, Boba Bliss has consistency on lock, no matter which location you visit. You always know you're going to get a good drink. Lately I've been having the pistachio cream jasmine milk tea. It's light, creamy, with a hint of nuttiness. This place gets pretty busy on weekends, but the turnaround time is pretty quick.

P.S. with all these drink places popping up in the area...we still think the drinks at Always Yours not only taste better, but also are of higher quality.

It has the perfect consistency and texture, so it has been on the top of my list to stop by whenever I'm in the area. We stopped by on a Sunday at noon and there were only a few customers inside. It's small but cozy and clean. I wanted to try all of the flavors - regular, chili oil scallion, and corn cheese. The regular was the best out of the other two in my opinion since it was simple but the bread could have been crisper even though it was warmed up. The other two flavors were very oily and too heavy. Glad I finally tried it, but I think I'm just going to stick to their macaroons.

It's in a corner of a very cute gourmet food hall and had a good selection of goods left in mid-afternoon on a weekday. Service is also friendly and prompt. I had to get the kouign amann because I always get one wherever I can, and also picked up a plain croissant, currant scone, and panna cotta. The KA was decent; I would call this one a diet KA because they only put the sugar on one side so it was more like a brulee'd croissant. I also have to admit that, while this shaping is very attractive, the direction of the lamination makes eating this feel like shards in my mouth. However, flavor was excellent. The plain croissant is very plain. It's decent but I've had better. The scone and panna cotta, however, were delightful. Both had lovely soft textures and wonderful creamy flavors. The scone held up for two days and wasn't even a bit stale when I finally had it for breakfast. Highly recommend this tucked-away bakery in the Castro Valley!

Seven Hills Baking Co was my first stop as I haven't had sourdough since childhood. I got their classic sourdough loaf. Even though it wasn't warm anymore it was still amazing. It was quite hard to cut into with a serrated bread knife, which I'm not sure whether that's normal or abnormal for gluten sourdough. However, the inside was lovely and soft. Nice strong sour flavor, spongy dough that was almost moist (not at all dry). I want to note on the gluten free front that seven hills baking co offers a few items which they advertise to be gluten free. Though the ingredients may be gluten free, the items are baked in the same kitchen, the same oven, and then put side by side with the gluten in the display case. Furthermore I don't believe their ingredients are all certified gluten free. Therefore I do not recommend seven hills baking co for anybody with celiac disease. Do not buy your friend with a gluten allergy or celiac these items. There is most certainly cross contact.

There's plenty of private parking, lots of indoor and outdoor seating, and the upscale décor makes it a great place to meet friends, get some work done, or simply enjoy a quiet cup of coffee. I ordered the Caramel Macchiato, and it was easily one of the best I've ever had. Rich espresso, perfectly balanced sweetness, and incredibly smooth. The pastries were just as impressive. The Pistachio Baklava Nest was generously filled with pistachios and had the perfect balance of crunch and sweetness. The Biscoff Cheese Danish was another standout, topped with Biscoff drizzle and a whole Biscoff cookie that made every bite even better. The café also has a large-screen TV and clean, separate men's and women's restrooms, making it comfortable for longer visits. Whether you're stopping by for your morning coffee or meeting up with friends, Delah Coffee delivers excellent drinks, delicious pastries, and an inviting atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to try more of their menu.

Food: I went here twice and every single time I get any of the shwarmas or meat pies, its cold. Not just a little bit, the entire inside and bottom is soggy cold. It tastes good, super light not heavy, but the coldness makes it unappetizing unfortunatly. Additionally, the biscoff cake was super dry for a milk cake, but the taste is still nice. The saffron and caramel cake are nice though, milky, sweet, pairs well with a hot drink. Drink: Dissapointing. Matcha, Chai, Latte, Smoothie, Refresher--I tried them all and was dissapointing. Matcha (latte, mango, and strawberry) tasted insanely water, same with the adani chai--which is something I look forward to at every cafe. I think increasing the milk content in the chai could really improve it. Coffee was also done poorly (iced and hot). Refresher was alright, super sweet but other than that it wasnt bad. The only thing that was the best was the smoothie. The mangorabian tastes like a chocolatey mango lassi, you can't go wrong with a smoothie. Room for improvement on everything. Overall: Very nice elegant cafe that is perfect for hangouts and doing work, the food needs to get warmed up longer to avoid coldness and all the drinks need to be improved to increase the quality of the taste. Looking forward to the change!

My go-to order is Signature boba milk tea, 30% sweet and 30% ice. Their milk tea is on the sweeter side so I strongly suggest 30% sweet max. They go heavier on the creamer compared to other locations, which I think gives the drink a well-rounded/not watery profile. The boba is always QQ and sweet. For food, I've tried their popcorn chicken, garlic noodles with short rib, and baked pork chop rice. All were pretty good!
