We ordered and selected levels of sugar and ice and added calamari to the order. There were plenty of tables to wait and while we did the line backed out of the door. Our number was called fairly soon. The calamari was crispy and seasoned with a little kick of heat. The Boba was perfect. And our friend said we should try his popcorn chicken as it is an authentic Taiwanese street food. It was seasoned with Chinese Five Spice and very crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Walking around Pelton Plaza, I saw that they had an i-Tea place here. I am a fan of theirs drinks. They have a fairly "vast drink menu" and snack menu. My co-worker and I came here for lunch over the weekend. You have to pay for meter parking, which is a bit of a bummer. But it isn't expensive. The line was super long. Out the door! So we were scared about making it back to work on time. It took time to get to the front of the cash register to order. Once you order, you get a number and try to find a table. We were standing around waiting for someone to get up. It is a casual place. I think it needs more tables. There is the space for it. The food came out super fast! I was impressed. I did a walk in order and there was no line when I went. My popcorn chicken came out in about 6-8 mins and was super hot! If there is one snack dish to get here it would be the popcorn chicken. I would give about 3.5 stars if I could just for the boba drink. I mobile ordered a guava green tea that came with lychee jelly and boba, which was nice that it was included in the price. Compared to lots of boba shops in the Bay Area, I do have to say that this one is very fairly priced especially since the toppings are included. Now onto the drink, I couldn't taste an ounce of guava in my drink, it gave off more of a kumquat that wasn't to my liking. I chose guava over passion fruit this time around but I think I'll get passion fruit as a safer route next me. The boba was more hard than chewy and had absolutely no flavor, but the lychee jelly was great! PROTIP: 50% sweetness was perfect for me with 30% ice. The drink stayed cold throughout the few hours. The staff here are friendly and immediately assisted me with my pickup order when I walked in.
