First time at a Sharetea and experience was alright. Music is too loud and ambiance is cold. Drinks are great but this is common nowadays and has become a commodity. I ordered it with 100% sweetness, but when I received it, it wasn't nearly as sweet as it should've been. I've had this same drink at many different Sharetea locations with the same sweetness level, and it's always been perfect, so this one definitely fell short. Thankfully, the staff was kind enough to remake it for me (thank you!), and the second version was much better. 8.9/10 Boba - I usually come to Sharetea for their mini bobas, which are my favorite and a big reason I choose this chain. I don't know why I don't come to ShareTea more often. They have a diverse menu, have easy online ordering, and each drink feels like a solid option. Got a Passion Chess (black tea) and a Mango & Passion Fruit Green Tea w/ boba. I really enjoyed the Passion Chess which comes with lychee jelly and boba and a couple passion fruit seeds, but thought the mango & passion fruit green tea was a bit too sweet. It's nice having a Sharetea close by for after the gym. The boba here is pretty decent, and I always get my drink within 2 to 3 minutes. My favorite is the strawberry black tea. I also appreciate that when I ask for half sweet on my jasmine milk tea, it actually tastes like 50 percent sweet and not overly sugary. I've been to several Sharetea locations, and this one stands out. It is very spacious inside, not too busy, and offers very fast service. I ordered the Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea, and I think it's my favorite boba drink I've ever had at a Sharetea location. I usually prefer fruit teas for their refreshing qualities, so that says a lot about this milk tea flavor. The drink was not overly sweet, and they added plenty of boba and red beans. If you enjoy a regular black / green / oolong tea with natural sweetener , I highly recommend getting their honey black / green milk/ oolong milk tea since they use honey as their sweetener! This Sharetea is located off to the side in the Greenhouse Marketplace. This particular location used to be the more consistent one compared to all their other Bay Area locations that I had been to, but now it really depends who is making your drink. I noticed a lot of newer employees and I have not seen the regulars working anymore, so my milk tea here is hit or miss now. The good things are they still get the drinks out fairly quick and they still have reward points as well. I usually get the green milk tea and on the days that it is consistent, it does satisfy my boba cravings. I usually have to try it before I leave the store now to make sure it is okay, as sometimes they add the wrong amount of sweetness. This is a spot I usually would go to on the days I do not want to drive too far for boba. This is a nice place to grab a drink while you're shopping. There were three employees working last night and my drink came up before I could take a picture of the Christmas tree in the corner. Although I wanted 10% sugar level, they only offer 0% or 30% - nothing in between. I do like that you get a wide variety of fruit teas and milk teas. One of the better Shareteas around. It's located in one of the more well known shopping centers in this area, so if you can find the shopping center, you can find this Sharetea, albeit it's towards the inside of the area. It's not a very big location, but the building itself is pretty new. It's located right next to a robot server hot pot place, which I'm curious about at some point in the future, but I digress. There's a couple of tables inside for seating, but again, it's not a very spacious atmosphere, so I wouldn't think of this at a hangout spot other than just going there with friends to grab some boba. They do seem to always be pretty busy with people lining up and filling half the room often. We usually do online ordering, and this is probably one of the best parts about the place, or at least the only experience we've had thus far as we've never ordered in-person, so can't quite speak to that part yet. However, the online ordering here is very quick and efficient. Drinks are almost always on time as expected. And they're pretty good with handling people as they walk over to the counter to do the pick-up. However, if you order online, you'll have to use Sharetea directly for that, so just make sure you have that set-up prior to heading over and trying to order on the way there. The pricing here is standard of Shareteas, and the menu etc. are all the same. Drinks here are also tasty. No issues with it as I've always thought quality for Shareteas overall have been great, with the service that usually fluctuates quite a bit. We have tried so many boba tea places in the Bay Area, and I would say the boba drinks here are mostly underwhelming. We had the mango passion fruit drink, peach green tea, and okinawa milk tea. While the mango passion fruit drink was OK, the others were kind of flat. I think they don't use high quality ingredients or fresh fruits and it showed. read more

This place is in a strip mall/shopping center. I got the hot taro milk tea, which I would not recommend (but that's not the shop's fault) , but I'll def come back to try others. I came on a Monday at 6 PM and it was hopping, so it must be popular. Despite this, the baristas were very quick and considerate! It is pretty small, but they do have four outlets and wifi. I'd recommend it as a place to quickly catch up on emails or the like, not for long study sessions as the in and out could be distracting. The drinks here typically run sweet. I'll order 30% sweetness and the drinks still seem far too sweet. So a minus star for that. Another is the logistics. If I order online, I find that the drinks take a while to finish, around like 15-20 minutes. And then even though I pay online, when I get to the store, I have to wait in the regular line even when I'm just picking up the drinks. They should definitely change their logistics to accommodate online orders better. Other than that, this is a great place because they have a lot of different flavors and toppings. Both come with boba but I usually opt out of the delicious meaningless carbs. Hokkaido is more on the sweet side so depending on how I feel I usually try for less sweetness in both. This has been one of my favorite tea shops, and due to my pickiness, not every Sharetea fits the bill, but this one does. I always order the same thing, mango green tea crema with pudding, 30 sweetness and 0 ice. Never fails to satisfy my cravings, they always make it just right. Tea is strong, with plenty of milk foam. Never mess up my order(unlike another boba shop in the same plaza). Sometimes they give me extra pudding on slow days. We used to go so much, the workers recognized us, but it was after all, our favorite bobs shop. It was our sit down, play board games and have serious life chat place when my friend and I needed to catch up. The atmosphere was always casual, and welcoming. Recently with the shelter in place order during covid-19, all other boba shops have been closed. Which is understandable. This shop has been open(although modified hours), and I am so thankful. I don't leave the house unless I have to, so when I do my grocery shopping at the Safeway right across the plaza, I swing by for a drink to go. Three workers and it takes over 20 mins to make 3 drinks. Umm aint adding up. The girl at cashier was taking an order than does other things and takes next customer's order more than 15 mins later.
