The açaí bowl here is amazing. The açaí isn't too sweet so the fruits shine through. I really like the alpha bowl- the crunch of the granola is great. Second time coming here. It's so nice to grab a bowl and sit out in the patio under the sun. Pretty fast service too. Only caveat is that the açaí is more smoothie consistency this time; last time it was more icee consistency. Personally I like it more firm like icee.
This is the place to go for ur acai fix in alameda! The bowls here are so fresh and the fruit tastes like farmers market fruit. The only downside is that they forgot to put almond butter in the alpha bowl I ordered. Service was quick here! Definitely a quick stop spot!
Haven been back here in a while but drinks are still as good as when they first opened. Looks small on the outside but there is a good amount of seating inside with outdoor seating aswell. Menu is pretty straigh forward and simple with a few snack options in a fridge. Only one worker was on shift but still had the drinks come out at a good time and was really nice. The maca mama seemed pretty popular as I noticed all the orders before me had gotten it too and it was worth it.
Great little juice spot with a nice variety of juices, smoothies, and acai bowls. They have a good amount of seating inside and outside and everything was very clean. The staff were welcoming and helpful and they allow for modifications. My smoothie came out quickly and was delicious!
Perfect for a healthy summer snack! They have smoothies and fresh squeezed juice. Would definitely come back for their bowls!
The Beleza Bowl is one of my favorites, I love to add the almond butter on it. It is delicious! I didn't have to wait too long for it to come out either.

very good smoothies! thankfully was with my family so i was able to try a whole bunch of the smoothies. the carmen miranda was amazing! that one was mine, very sour since there was pineapple in it so it was expected. but in a good way. the essential greens was very good. that was my mom's and it tasted very healthy, also expected with there being spinach. my sister got the maca mama and that was absolutely delicious. it tasted a little but like peanut butter, but it was very smooth and reminded me of hawaiian flavors. last the berry happy together is kind of what you expect out of a smoothie. that was my uncle's and even he said "i wanted the most basic type of smoothies." overall i loved all the drink, the design of the shop was adorable, and it came out fairly fast considering there was only one worker it seemed like
I came here on a Sunday afternoon craving a smoothie and it did not disappoint. The cashier was super friendly and accommodating when I wanted to alter my smoothie. I got the fruity fresh with no bananas sub peach and it was delicious. It was not too tart and super refreshing. I like how they don't use sherbet and it's just fruits and a splash of apple juice. The ambiance is bright and very clean. They open both doors to allow fresh air on a nice day and also they also have a patio for those who want to sit outside. Highly recommend.
Love to have a local smoothie/juice place! I wasn't wowed by the smoothie options, but having too many options can be overwhelming too. Add-ons are just 0.75 to customize things. The Berry Happy Together + Hemp Protein was very tasty and I'll be back to try their açaí bowls for sure
That smoothie was so so good!! I came here on a hot day while I was in Downtown Alameda.. To me, a good smoothie on a hot day is the perfect combination. I ordered the Fruity Fresh and it was just that, fruity and fresh!! I really enjoyed the strawberry/blueberry mix in this one, There is a counter inside facing the window to sit at and enjoy your smoothie or bowl along with outdoor seating. I will be coming here again!!

I have been to several places that offer acai bowls, and Main Squeeze in Alameda does a great job! Of course, the place could use more seating, but I'm okay with taking my bowl to-go. I was there on a warm Sunday, just to try their acai bowls. There's four acai bowls on the menu board, so I asked the gentleman behind the counter....."which is the best acai bowl?" With confidence, he said...."the Oasis Bowl." He likes the Oasis Bowl because it features seasonal fruit. That means the recipe and taste experience can change with the seasons. When I was there, the seasonal fruit was pineapple. This place makes a good acai bowl. For $13.00, it's not overflowing with fruit toppings. Instead, it's packed with fresh fruit, crispy granola, chia seeds, honey and coconut flakes on top of a acai base. It's definitely a meal, not a fruit bowl snack. The interior is very clean. It has a small outdoor patio. According to signage, there's no indoor seating. Main Squeeze is located near the Park Street Downtown. It's walking distance from the Alameda Theatre, public parking lot, and Alameda High School. read more
I went to Main Squeeze for a smoothie. I ordered the Orange You Glad, it has red apple, pear, carrots, celery, ginger & tumeric. It was a good blend, satisfying and hydrating. The person who took my order also made my order, there was one other person in the store while I was there so I was able to get in and out quickly. read more
We just had a large lunch and after we stuffed our faces with waffles and Home cook goodness from Ole Waffle House, we all decided to take a walk through downtown Alameda. Upon doing so one of our friends said this spot had really great drinks to help soothe your stomach. We ended up getting a turmeric coconut shot, and it was spicy and smooth, but literally helped us all with digestion!! I could not believe how much ginger was in that drink but goodness it tasted delicious!! I can't wait to go back and try other drinks here!! Oh service was quick and the menu was also easy to read!! Love this spot: *super friendly staff *will customize *organic - yes!!! *leafy love is my favorite *smoothies galore - not sweet at all *superfood add-ons *frequent buyer punch cards, buy 10 get 1 *original location in Oakland Open during this shelter-in-place, call in your order and pick up, or place your order and get some fresh air in their open patio. Pretty basic acai bowl, love that they pack the bowl but also wish the bowl was bigger. Could barely taste the almond butter in the blend but the guy who made my bowl offered to give me a scoop on top (': The blend was also pretty watery, but it might just be me that likes it thicker. read more

The others have some version of sorbet w Jamba juice being the worst, rush bowls a bit better, vitality bowls the runner up and this one best. I was feeling a bit under the weather so I was looking to drink something to boost my immune system. It was my first time here. The cashier took and made my orders. She was soft spoken and seemed kind of friendly? I got the Heart Beet, Maca Mama, and a Tumeric Wellness shot. All three were good and taste as expected. Inside the shop appears to be clean and well kept/organized. Everything in the menu is a bit expensive but hopefully the shop uses only top notch ingredients. I'd come back again to try other items should i be in the area. read more

Fantastic juices. Priority delivery brought four juices to my door within 20 minutes of placing my order. Consistent excellence every time I've ordered. They even added pineapple to every juice ordered as requested. Now I know I will have fresh daily juice when I'm in town delivered promptly to my door. Cute store with healthy food. I'm always looking for a restaurants which serve light, healthy meals. This one really fit the bill in a lot of ways. They have a pretty simple menu consisting mostly of juices, smoothies and acai bowls. Honestly, almost all of them sounded very tasty, and they are very reasonably priced. The prices are quite a bit less than their competitor, Vitality bowls. I ordered the Beleza bowl, which was only $8. It was actually ready in about one minute. Yes, it was that fast. Inside, it is pretty spartan and simple. It has a hard floor and a broad counter, where you can sit and look at the people walking by. There's also a pretty patio area with a few tables and planters. I didn't see the nutrition information for any of the food items, so that would be one suggestion. I bet other customers would really like to know the calorie count in these scrumptious meals. They also have a cooler with some snacks, sandwiches and salads that you can take to go. Most of the parking around here is metered parking, but if you're willing to walk one block down the street, it's free. read more
Time to be rewarded for getting my vaccine shot! This was the closest açaí bowl to the Oakland coliseum. Great location in beautiful alameda, I need to come back and try all these amazing restaurants. I decide on the oasis bowl and added a few necessities from the dessert bowl. I always have to have almond butter and cocoa nibs. The fruit was plentiful and very fresh, I loved the honey they have as well, it adds a very nice sweetness to an excellent açaí bowl.
