Earth Grown drinks are both delicious and beneficial to your health. They use only the freshest fruits and no artificial ingredients in their recipes. They even offer non dairy options for their smoothies. Great service from the owners. Parking can be tough during peak hours so phone in your orders ahead of time. They also have bottled grab and go drinks made fresh daily. A nice change from all the milk tea shops and sugary boba drinks. read more

I drove by this place a few times but parking is bad because it's in Chinatown (only street parking). I finally tried this out since we were eating at a place nearby and got lucky and parked right across from this shop. They not only have juices and teas. They sell other items, fresh veggies, fresh fruits and California Lottery Tickets. ----LOCATION---- - Located in Chinatown - Street Parking, plan accordingly or drive with someone and have a friend hop out of the car for order pick up ---HOW TO ORDER/PAY---- - Order/Pay in Person or on a variety of food apps like Uber Eats but also you can order through YELP. - I recommend ordering on YELP or another food app so that pick up is quick and efficient. ____DRINKS____ ----CANTALOUPE & STRAWBERRY JUICE---- - I created this using their "3 Choice" Juice option - Super refreshing! Especially on a hot day - Keep in mind that they are no added sugars, it's straight up fruit and not so sweet - Super healthy! ---- VITMAIN C TEAM---- - This is one of their pre-made juices that is ready for purchase. - They make it themselves - Great for if you're feeling sick, around sick people or for before/after a trip and you need that extra vitamin c boost! - A heads up, the ginger taste is strong in this ----DRAGON FRUIT SMOOTHIE---- - This is was refreshing and tasty. I liked how it wasn't too sweet. My boyfriend originally ordered this but didn't like it so much because it tasted like "Earth" but that's the whole point for it to be no additives and straight fruits and no artificial flavoring... more for me because I drank his smoothie LOL ---SERVICE---- -Service is amazing. They are very kind and grateful. If you have any questions regarding their drinks, they will explain them to you. ---RESTROOMS/INTERIOR--- - No restrooms - It's a small corner shop - This is a more of a grab and go type of establishment ----REASONS FOR MY 5 STARS---- - Variety of fruits and veggies for drinks - Great customer service, they were/are very patient and kind to everyone that they interact with while I was waiting for my drinks read more

Recommended by a running friend to try this place. I was a bit shock that this is a grocery store that sells smoothies, chinese herbal drinks, snack, and others inside the store. This is good as it means they use fresh fruits for their smoothie. I got the cantaloupe and strawberry smoothie. It was so good. Their menu explains the benefit of each drink and has lots of choices. This is my 1st time seeing a store in the U.S. that sell order chinese herbal drink. Definitely will be back when I'm feeling a little "hot air". read more

I've came multiple times In the past I always get served by one of the owners real down to earth and friendly guy named Tony. I had a kiwi strawberry slushie sub milk for water and it was quite refreshing & yummy. I could taste a subtle hint of banana flavor in it though & my friend had a smoothie as well that had a strong banana flavor so im not sure if that was a base but we didn't quite care to taste that. I tried the brown bag (dark chocolate) of Kit Kats and the Italian red meat lays. The lays taste like bbq chips to me while the Kit Kat just taste like chocolate Kit Kats with a hint of peanut butter. The staff was kind and friendly. I'd come back for another slushie and to try the flavors of Kit Kats I had my eyes on! read more

Jan 31, 2026- Saturday. This place had very fresh fruit and great people running it. Tony answered all of our questions and made the perfect avocado spinach smoothie! It wasn't too sweet. I opted for the smaller one but should have gotten the larger one, just on account of pure goodness! read more

Earth Grown Drinks - 1/31/26 Avocado spinach smoothie with almond milk. - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Oakland, California

So many delightful beverage options posted all over the walls and on signs in front of the shop, promoting the health benefits of the menu offerings here. You can even design your own smoothie with endless fruits, veggies, and other ingredients to choose from. We got the strawberry smoothie which was light and refreshing (all smoothies come with milk), and we asked for a recommendation for something with ginger, and the lady at the counter suggested the fresh detox juice. It certainly had a strong taste of ginger, along with lemon, apple, cucumber, spinach, and celery. Service was fast and friendly. The wait for our drinks was less than 10 minutes. The store also had a few tables with seating as well as various asian snacks for purchase, set up on the surrounding shelves, like hello panda, pocky, roasted seaweed, and exotic flavors of lay's potato chips (ie. roasted chicken wing). And free street parking was easy to find a block away on a Sunday afternoon. read more

So glad I've stumbled upon Earth Grown Drinks, but can't recall how. This corner shop has you covered for all your fresh juice needs. They have a lot of promotions, menus, specials, and too much signage, I'll admit all that info overwhelmed me. (Consider consolidating all the signage and choose a few instead of posting all) The special that caught my attention was the Detox Series, and I ordered the "Fresh Detox" during my first visit. This juice included lemon, apple, ginger, cucumber, spinach, and celery. The drink was green, which was expected with those types of veggies. This refreshing drink was priced fairly at $8.50 for 16oz. Another time, I got the fresh squeezed orange juice. $2 for 16oz. I'm not sure if the whole drink is pure orange juice, but it was refreshing and tasty. Customer service has been great, all the ladies have been really nice during each of my visits. They also sell homemade herbal jelly in jars, $5.50 each. There's a open refrigerator with their perishable items. I tried their grass jelly and it was really good. The lady suggested to add honey for sweetness. I'll be back again soon, Earth Grown. #34/2023 read more

Earth Grown Drinks appears to be an 2.0 version of STS sans the fresh fruits. Decor is mostly signs touting "healthy" and "earth grown" products. Was greeted when I approached the counter: "Joe Sun" (good morning-Cantonese). I replied likewise. Ordered "dong qwa" (winter melon). Drink ready in 5ish minutes. Offerings: ramen, mochi, bakes, candies, cookies, snacks, chips, juice, fruit bowls, smoothies, herbal tea, fruit tea, detox tea...fresh fruits utilized. Drink: winter melon (6) less ice. -had a refreshing taste ala winter melon. Slightly over sugared, tolerable. Nice taste. -always had winter melon as a soup. 1st time as a drink. -would order an herbal tea next time like I did before @STS. Drips: -only 2 tables inside. -grandma types working as baristas. -menus are all over, difficult to comprehend all at once. read more

The ladies who work here are super sweet and makes sure your drink is perfect. I came here with my husband on Sunday afternoon and it was packed. It smelled herbal and tropical inside the store with lots of assorted snacks and herbs in jars for sale. I got the strawberry smoothie- 16oz and my husband got the energy fruit bowl-small. The strawberry smoothie was filled to the brim and was way more than a 16oz. The smoothie was perfect consistency - thick but creamy. My husband fruit bowl was packed and as big as my smoothie. It was also super fresh with bananas, blueberries, orange and pitaya. Highly recommend. I want to try the detox juice next time. read more

Today was my second time coming here this week, and I'm so happy I found this place! Everything feels super fresh, healthy, and made with intention. They have a great variety of juices, smoothies, and teas, and even sell tea mixes and herbal soup mixes which I love. I tried the Jet Lag Detox juice and loved it, and the soursop smoothie was so good and refreshing. Tony and Jenifer were both so friendly, helpful, and genuinely sweet, which made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back again! read more

This place rules. Great juices and smoothies with no sugar added. The most interesting and often wacky variety of imported Lay's chips, candies, and otherwise hard-to-find treats and snacks. I've never had duck tongue potato chips, but I will soon. I did their six-juice light-fast program, and I looked forward to each juice (#6 was a treat!). The staff is nice and helpful. Go there when you have a chance. Actually, go out of your way and check them out! read more

I was excited to discover this fresh juice place! They highly highly highly highly recommended me the Durian smoothie. So, as recommended I tried it. Well .... the durian is so weak to the point that I felt it is one of the worst durian smoothie I ever I had, that made me feel I must share a review here. In short .... I feel cheated. I don't mind to pay for quality. However .... The quality is really not there. Sadly. read more

This is a new smoothie and juice shop in Oakland Chinatown with a small store, desserts, and some seating. I got the durian and pomegranate smoothies, but was disappointed that they were pretty icey. There was a promo that we would get a mochi if we purchased 2 drinks, but unfortunately the strawberry mochi, not pictured, we chose seemed to started to have gone bad. The strawberry was a bit sour and had a fermented taste. Maybe a few things to work out before finding their place as a new shop. read more

The juices are wonderful for my partner (who is always on some sort of juice cleanse). He recommends the #2s (of which there are two), the bamboo juice, etc.. The freshly made juice is great, too. The folks who work/own the place are super nice, as well. One of the owners gave him a complimentary juice on Xmas eve and let him come in at closing. There is also wonderful dried fruit, snacks, and candy. It's his favorite juice spot! There are more Hi-chew flavors here than anywhere we've seen! read more

Love to support small businesses, there was a promo from New Tin's grocery market around the corner for a free drink after purchase of $25 or more? Ended up getting the free Detox juice made of apple juice, beet, ginger, carrot, lemon, ginger. I was pleasantly surprised as it was refreshing, well balanced with a well rounded mouthfeel. The ginger wasn't overpowering, the apple juice complemented it nicely without it tasting like dirt or earthy. Beets are an acquired taste by themselves .. its not something i'd think of buying or eating, this method and blending makes it more palpable. Definitely try! Just a word of advice. Parking SUCKS around this area. read more
