Perfect for a quick stop before you head to the gym/work or you can be like us and pick up a smoothie for your walk around the lake. They rotate their menu every tuesday and feature 3 different smoothies each week. They announce it on their instagram with a breakdown of what each smoothie has. Everything is packed with healthy, organic ingredients that taste good and feel good. Bonus points that a portion of sales gives back to the community. I tried their strawberries n cream which has banana, strawberries, milk, coconut cream, and dragon fruit. I really liked it! You get a little more coconut cream flavor than I expected so if you're not a huge fan of coconut, this might not hit it out of the park for you (it's me - I'm not a huge fan of coconut). Still really good but wish I had a little less coconut. I could prob just ask for that adjustment next time.
