I just came from this location and ordered a medium smoothie and a pretzel. I was given a small smoothie instead of a medium. Fortunately I had my receipt, and clarified if what was handed to me was a medium, which they instead checked their screen and proceeded to comment that it was indeed a small, and my correct smoothie was made. Not sure what was going on today. When I walked in, there was only one person sitting, waiting for their order. There was also no greeting when I walked in, nor when I stood at the register for the minute I was there, as well as no eye contact when my order was taken. Visiting the area - walked in was about to make a verbal order to realize that I could download the app and get my 1st smoothie half off - what a delight! ( my 1st time trying Jamba juice in general) - had a hard time making up my mind as to what I wanted to drink ( lots of choices) - food is also available! I got the banana pb protein with oatmeal dessert as a boostet ( low in sugar, high in protein - post-workout type of drink) - it s was pretty good. There is room to hangout in there and drink your smoothie in tranquility ( well currently listening to Selena while I am writing this review) - still pretty good! Friendly staff. Clean location. Another great Jamba experience!! This Jamba is located at the Alameda Landing shopping center and it doesn't disappoint. Very small place with limited outdoor seating, but fast and friendly service. Ineptitude will kill any business and the fish stinks from the head. It astounds me that asking for the manager, the district manager, names of either, the corporate office number, the franchisee phone has become information of national importance. I know these are just kids, but those in charge of training them have failed miserably, most certainly at this location. My issue began with trying to place a large order yesterday, we are filming in the area. I was met with "we're out of milk, so if your drinks have milk in them ? We can't make them". Now I'm a business owner, if my business ran out of an ingredient necessary to much of my inventory ? Take $20 from the register and go buy milk...nope, way too hard for this location. Zero common sense from management and shift leaders...apparently it's a special milk they use.... Then try to escalate the call to educate them that with that approach ? Your business model is a failure. Sorry we can't give names or numbers of managers or management, mind you I never asked for phone numbers....regardless, I'll be happy as a clam to escalate and embarrass management at this location..... You lost a $400 order because you were "out of milk"...nice work inventory specialists.... read more

It's about time alameda landing added a Jamba Juice. Jamba Juice should had been amongst one of the businesses to open here and after 5 long years they finally decided to open one. Ordering through the app makes everything faster and easier. Its of course now made with frozen yogurt instead of ice cream, but still good. The prices at Jamba have risen dramatically during the Fall of 2022. Just like everything else. Plan to spend about $9 for a small smoothie with tax and 20% tip. The service at this Jamba is decent, but nothing to write home about. There's some tables to sit outside, and one table to sit inside. During a busy day, plan on taking a stroll over to the patio seating near Safeway to enjoy your smoothie. The parking lot is bustling and crowded because its shared with many other stores in the Alameda Landing Mall, but I can always find a space to park within a few hundred feet. read more

This location is quick on online orders! My order was ready for pickup ahead of the quoted time that I was given. The spot has a small outdoor seating area in front, which is a nice option especially during these times. I ordered the acai bowl and acai drink and both were package well for pickup. Sealed nicely and the bag was stapled so it didn't seem like any tampering once it was bagged. Both items were nice and cold and ready to enjoy! I dropped a star because when I came to pickup, I told them my name and they asked me to pullup my order info to confirm what I ordered. This location deserves a proper tip-of-the-hat for the consistent service during their $1 National Smoothie Day. I went in twice to order one promo smoothie and regular smoothie at two different times of the day and stood in two varying line sizes. The line, despite its length at times, moved consistently and the service was straightforward, mindful, and efficient. Both employees at the register in the afternoon were phenomenal in answering any questions customers had and making sure everything was in continuous motion. And they always were at the top of their game to be approachable and attentive! I never felt pushed along. I also need to shout out the young lady who was on top of getting orders out, always calling names out clearly, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and a very amicable thanks and farewell. And it's important to point out the employees working behind the counter being on top of everything. Smoothies were always coming out with equal amounts of smoothie for all the promos and even non-promo smoothies were made efficiently and as quickly as possible. I would see the constant flow of blender containers being moved to the back to the dish pit and a batch of freshly cleaned blender containers returning. It was really admirable and impressive to watch! I truly admired their teamwork and hard work, especially for such a massive and ever-present turnout for the entirety of the promo event!! read more

Flavor-wise, this Jamba Juice is great, and I KNOW they're new, so I'm trying to be nice; just a couple of fixable critiques: 1) A little on the slower side, even when they're empty; I know that they have 3 minutes to get a drink from the reg to the pour station. 2) I ordered a drink the other day; mobile order; and they didn't receive the order on their end/ so there's some technical difficulty there. 3) Portions--I have yet to receive an order from here that fits the cup perfectly. They're constantly pouring too much of a drink or too little of a drink. I ordered two small Peach Perfections with Whey...and I know that Whey thickens and expands the drinks (so usually you have to pour into a bigger cup, but when they poured the drinks, there wasn't enough of the drink for even the small cup, so it was more of two child size drinks). Other than that, everyone in here is really nice and will easily change something out if it's not right. So I'm sure it'll just take a few weeks for them to get in their groove :) read more

First time going to this Jamba Juice and probably not going back. I arrived there on the Saturday afternoon, there were 2 people in line. It took around 20 minutes for the cashier to get there orders while also chatting with her coworkers. When it was my turn, she asked me to wait and went outside to talk to someone, got back inside and didn't take my order. She stared at my a couple times and back at the computer or her coworker. I have ordered from this new location since it opened. Every time we order our smoothies they are fantastic! The new pumpkin smoothie is outstanding! I have always had good customer service and perfectly made smoothies every time I go here. Im not sure about the mask comments on here because every time I have been here for a drink or snack, everyone was wearing a mask properly and made sure that other customers that came into the store had a mask on too. This place seriously needs to work on their customer service skills. Every time I've gone in to this location, everyone seems like they're in a bad mood and you're an inconvenience. It's depressing going to this location. If I could give negative stars I would. I walk in music is blaring so loud they don't even hear me come in ! Looks like just about closed. Employees have earbuds in not paying attention. Walk up to register, no hello, nothing, just an annoyed stare. Then one employee starts yelling at the other for their register numbers, but due to other employee having earbuds in can't hear so guy keeps yelling at him. Finally after about 3 minutes I get a blank stare from register employee. I order and the whole time it's like they are annoyed that I'm inside. Music is still blaring. No regard for customers at all. This is pathetic. Every-time I come here it's always attitude drinks suck and I'm treated like crap. This place is horrible I don't recommend going here.
