This is one of their newer locations. I usually go to the one in Oakland on Lakeshore Avenue. Price wise, this place beats all the other açaí spots I've been to...and I've been to quite a few. I usually order the Beleeza Bowl (pretty sure I spelled that wrong). It's only $7 but it's filling. Their açaí base also has the right consistency, texture, and flavor. This location wasn't as busy as the one on Lakeshore normally is. I was helped by the owner. He seemed a little tied up on a phone call so I waited before ordering. He whipped the bowl up really fast and later asked me if everything was ok. There's a countertop to sit and eat with stool chairs. I'm a regular here because of the price and the quality. I definitely recommend giving it a try. Tip the employees - I think they need a little encouraging and sometimes they get swamped but they don't complain. She said no and didn't seem to happy I brought it up. I would rate the bowl a 6/10 Texture was not that great. I love thicker açaí, but it had too much liquid. What I am saying is extremely overpriced. It is like jumbo juice, exactly! There is seemingly no difference with the size $2 more.
