Visited K on the Go in Union City and really enjoyed the experience. The service was kind and attentive, and the ambiance was clean, modern, and inviting--perfect for grabbing a drink and unwinding for a bit. I ordered the banana matcha, and it was smooth, refreshing, and nicely balanced. While it didn't completely blow me away, it was still very good and easy to enjoy, especially if you like a lighter, not-too-sweet matcha. Overall, this is a great spot for drinks with a nice vibe and friendly service. I'd definitely come back to try more from their menu and would recommend checking it out if you're in the area.

Such a fun, albeit very precious, space in an unassuming plaza. Enjoyed the unique combinations of flavors and the ice texture in the slushes I ordered, and the service was very friendly and accommodating. Saw a few girls enjoying high tea, and I would love to come back and try it for myself. I came in right before closing, so the kitchen had already closed, but the the KBBQ bulgogi banh mi also looked really good, and I'll keep it in mind for next time.

Reservation was easy to make. I had to reach out multiple times to confirm with the manager though... I never got the email to make my choices so I called the cafe then emailed her. It averages to about 60pp after tax and tip. What you see in the photo is one platter, you get two of those in an assortment of savory pastry desserts that you can choose from. Pastries and tea were just okay, but tea time is a perfect way to spend time with your friends. Take in consideration the shop is tiny, so I don't recommend coming with more than a party of 4

Overpriced for the quality. $9.25 for a ube matcha with boba. He also gave me the wrong straw he gave me a slim straw for a drink with boba. The boba pearls was mushy and taste nasty. Eww

Always nice to come in here to relax. Cute decor, nice ambiance and friendly vibes. I like to usually visit this cafe with friends when I am in this area :)

High tea with the little ones in this beautifully decorated space was a highlight with so many tasty snacks and treats and unlimited tea! To start things off, you'll need to make a reservation. Head over to their website to get situated but bear in mind that you'll need to peruse the menu beforehand. They have a normal adult menu in addition to a kids menu with smaller portions, more kid-approved items, and caffeine free drinks at a lower price. My kids are huge foodies (no surprise) so we opted for the normal menu items for them but any item can be purchased a la carte so if there's something you'd like to pair with your set, just make sure to order ahead of time. Each adult set comes with your selection of three items with some requiring an additional cost. At the time of selection, we were given a few options including (* indicated vegetarian option available): 1. Truffle cucumber* 2. Egg salad croissants* 3. Avocado toast* 4. Crab bun  5. Pate chaud  6. Smoke salmon cream cheese sandwhich  7. Puff pancake with cream and berries* 8. Caprese with balsamic glaze on garlic crostini* 9. Banh mi board (pork, pate, mayo, and veggie) (+ $5) 10. Ham & cheese croissants  11. Chocolate croissants  For the kids menu, in addition to including a cookie and drinks (hot chocolate, guava juice, orange juice, strawberry kiwi caffeine free tea, cold strawberry fresh milk), we were offered to select 4 out of the following: 1. Puff pancake 2. Chocolate croissants 3. Chicken wings and waffle pearl (+$5) 4. Mini pizza bun 5. Grill cheese 6. Fruit cup Once the date was set, we were excited to come in for the celebrations (it was for a birthday and Father's Day). Upon our arrival, our table was just about decorated and cleared up for our meal. The lighting and decor was blissful and primed us up for the pampering experience. As we were seated, we were oriented with what to expect and the staff started us off with our first selection of teas. There's something whimsical about each one of us getting our own unique tea cups and saucers and as we admired the art and craftsmanship of the teaware, our towers of food came out. Everything was camera worthy and our cameras were feasting! The tiers of savory and sweet bites were just waiting to be devoured and everything turned out pretty good with a few exceptions that were quickly rectified. Puff pancakes - a table favorite and finger licking good with all the dips! Crab bun - tasty and hearty, this loaded bun of imitation crab meat warmed our stomach from the first bite and all the way through. The bread was moist and the fillings were well cooked. Pate chaud - a personal favorite combining the richness of the pate and the flakiness of the puff pastry. This was quite filling. Cucumber sandwich - refreshing light bites as a perfect pair for tea time. Classic high tea snack! Smoked salmon cream cheese sandwich - creamy bites for each sip of tea. Light enough to snack on but hearty enough to fill you up. Chocolate croissant - an option for "savory" despite it being a sweet in my opinion. The first batch that was served was a bit undercooked on the inside but it looked beautiful from the outside. They took them back to reheat and actually gave us a fresh batch while we waited. In addition to the three savory items, we also enjoyed the scones and sweets including macarons, tarts, cakes, and cheesecakes. Truly an amazing time for tea! Throughout the meal, we would empty our pots and ask for refills of tea. After we had our fill, we hung around a bit and took more photos. The staff were great and welcoming. Overall, K On The Go is no longer just a place to grab and go; with its leisure tea time and snacks, you'll be spending an afternoon here sipping and nibbling away. The tower of food is built with items catered from local providers and made in-house. A combination of savory and sweets will satisfy your cravings and keep you reaching for your cup of tea. The price point is reasonable given the exquisite spread you'll get and the undivided attention from the staff (they seem to host very few tea time experiences per day). If you're considering a celebration or just want an afternoon out for high tea, raise your cup and pinky to K On The Go and make that reservation for your next visit!

Slightly overpriced for food but drinks are normal pricing. Went in to study so ordering is just at the counter. Very quiet and peaceful overall including indoor decorations.

A lovely surprise find! I stumbled upon this spot while running errands and it happened to be in the same plaza I was at. They absolutely nailed the interior decor. Flowers cover the walls and ceiling in such an elegant and dreamy way. I ordered their sakura matcha latte, something I had never tried before. The matcha was solid, and the sakura added a subtle floral note with a hint of cherry. My only minor critique is that it tasted like the ice had melted a bit by the time I got it, but overall it was still enjoyable! Service was great, he recommended that their banana matcha was their most popular.

Kandice K.

Beautiful little shop that is so awesome for an aesthetic photo op with a cool drink in hand! We stopped by because there were only so many boba places opened at the time we wanted boba. I'm so glad K on the Go was opened to satisfy our cravings in Union city! I'm a big strawberry milk tea person so anytime it's actually on the menu I usually go for it because you can't go wrong! My go-to didn't disappoint!

This is another location of K On The Go at Union City. The place is much smaller compared to the one from Milpitas, but they do serve the same items as well as the Tea Party one. Not much of the difference in terms of atmosphere but it's still a good place to hangout. About the Dalgona Coffee, I like how there's three different textures each are probably ingredients. Obviously, when you mix it, that goes away. When I asked the staff about the drink, that doesn't sound much different from other coffees but in a way, it's not exactly the same or similar as the others.

Usually when I have "honey toast" the bread is still bouncy in the middle. The crème brûlée was lacking in flavor. The crepe it self tasted good. It was too thick and hard to cut through (especially since they didn't have plastic knives. There really is no point in serving it as a cone, you might as well serve it flat folded into a triangle. The Nutella was scarce, the chocolate ice cream tasted like it had been in the freezer with the top open. The price is quite steep for the desserts (and the level of disappointment). We didn't try any of the drinks. So if you are there for that, you may have a better experience.

The interior was clean and the display was catchy. Their pricing is lower than other shops I have frequented. They also offer a Senior discount if ordered in person. The employee who was working did not have good customer service skills. She immediately directed me to the self serve kiosk. When I asked her if I can apply the discount there, she gave me a displeased look, flipped the tablet toward her, and said I'll help you here. I wished the menu included a description of each drink's ingredients. When I asked the employee, she seemed annoyed and answered so quickly that I had to request her to repeat what she said several times. Each time, she became more impatient. I opted for the lychee with tea jelly. I've had different types of jelly, yet never tried tea jelly. It had a good, strong tea flavor. Unfortunately, the drink itself was watery and I could barely taste the lychee. My son opted for the Lucky Jasmine milk tea and also said his drink tasted watered down. My friend who is not particular did not really care for her King mango pomelo either. Even though I didn't receive courteous service and our drinks were just mid, I still left a nominal tip. I worked in the service industry throughout HS and college and tips were always helpful. There's an old adage - "You get what you pay for". And in this case, we did, receiving average service and average product. Next time we are in town, we will try elsewhere, with the hope of better service and better tasting tea.

My first time I went here the first drink I ordered was a hot ginger milk tea, which has a spicy yet soothing texture. Most of the drinks I've ordered from Feng Cha Teahouse are dirty boba drinks. The consistency of these boba drinks isn't too watery. Also in terms of the flavor the dirty boba drinks isn't too sweet that you can get a sugar rush. There are several boba drink places that serve food. What makes Feng Cha Teahouse different from other places that serve food is the milk foam cakes. I could be wrong, but I don't see milk foam cakes sold at other boba places. The milk foam cake served at Feng Cha Teahouse is light and airy. The flavors of the milk foam cake provide a texture similar to cheese souffle. My favorite milk foam cake at Feng Cha Teahouse is the sea salt pearl. It's like dirty boba on a foam cake. I don't come to Feng Cha Teahouse every time after dessert however if I have a craving after dinner I'd come here for the dirty boba and milk foam cake.
