It has freshly brewed tea with pineapple bits, pineapple jam, and thinly slices of lime lemon apple. I really enjoy sipping on it on a hot day and scooping out the fruit with the fork after the tea has been consumed. Ive tried many tea shops but this is the one place where the tea is properly brewed using their tea espresso. The tea espresso really brings out the taste in the tea. You can't find that anywhere else.

And while it used to not have seats inside due to COVID, it does have a few tables now so you can hang out there if you'd like. The ordering process is through the kiosks now which I think is a standard at many establishments. Menu hasn't changed all too much though I did notice that their coffee milk tea now comes with coffee jelly which I learned one day that drinking it all will keep you up if you're caffeine sensitive like me! They do have special drinks here and there, but for the most part their menu has pretty been constant and stable with very minimal changes. Service has been pretty good over the years too and doesn't take too long. Overall still quite good for boba and milk tea drinks alike. Parking is often very easy, just a bit out of the way and not easy to get to unless you're in the area or live in the area.
