Ordering wasn't easy. The online menu didn't match the tablet in store. Spam musubi online is $5 but in store it's $7.50. Online has brown sugar boba milk tea but in-store tablet didn't have it. We ended up ordering online, after they said to order online. Ordering was painful but the food and drinks were great! Hopefully they can fix the ordering issues. My son got the huge drink!! It's a great deal if you like the same drink, $8.50 and you can share it. Garlic fries and spam musubi were both great. Parking can be challenging, it's 3 hours free.

Ordered the Vietnamese sandwich. The bread was nice and tasted not crumbly. Service was good. Ambiance is family friendly with cool decor. Will come back to try other items!

Came here on a weekday around 3pm. Wasn't too busy which was good because I think there were only 2 staff members at the time. They have a pretty big menu and you can either order from a kiosk or at the cashiers. I've ordered delivery from here too and their boba seems to be consistent and it's pretty good. I haven't found anything extremely special yet but once again, they do have a big menu to choose from so I might've not come across it yet. The only bad thing was that when I went in, there were several tables that haven't been bussed yet. It seemed like there were only 2 out of 10 tables clean. Now I'm not sure if it was because they were short staffed or because it was a slower hour but it just didn't make the place as appealing.

"Garlic fries" -- cheese and fries and ketchup, charged $4.05

Food: - fried food is completely inedible likely due to them irregularly changing (or not changing enough) the oil since there's an awful bitter aftertaste - "garlic fries" = burnt fries with sprinkling of cheese (this perhaps may just been a wrong order) - you can taste the tea in the drink but it's both bitter and dilute (even with light ice) - at least the boba isn't hard and does have a chewy undertone Ambience: - a great place to hang out with friends to play minimal games or have a good chat - modern decor Service: - one star solely for the service - I appreciate that they go out of their way to make the issue right or make it right with you Parking and location: -- located on the first floor of a "recently" constructed residential area - shared parking with those who live in the building - tight and small spaces - may be difficult to find a parking spot but will find one and it's freeeeee I only went here due to this year's Fremont restaurant week and other than that, this place sadly does not live up to the R&B name and therefore, I will probably never return.

Not to be dramatic, but R&B Tea Fremont cured my boredom, revived my taste buds, and restored my faith in boba. One sip = instant mood boost. The shop is clean, service 10/10, the drinks are aesthetic, and the boba??? Chewy, tasty, perfect!LIKE HELLO?? And the Matcha Latte?? Actually elite. Smooth, real matcha flavor, they actually use WHISK and no powder taste. It's my Roman Empire now. If this place ever disappears, I'm starting a riot.

Ordered on Doordash had a good deal. Good size drinks, love how it comes in a can looking bottle. Both drinks I ordered the Thai tea and Taro milk tea were delicious and creamy, perfect amount of sweetness. All drinks were made correctly to order. Good texture on the boba. Definitely good boba place!

Order 1 Popcorn Chicken Rice Bowl, 1 Vietnamese Shaking Beef, 1 Strawberry Stommy, and 1. Ube Coffee. Food was delicious very fresh and tasty. Rice was definitely hitting different in a good way. Beef was tender and popcorn chicken was cooked to perfection. Drinks were tasty and made with care. Shoutout to Han at the register and made our drinks. He was super helpful and kind. He took the time to answer our questions and overall had great customer service. Loved the customer service. Ambiance is cute. Love the art and flowers on the walls. The menus are displayed on big screen tvs. Really cute inside. There is front and back parking. I definitely recommend this location and boba/food place. :) 10/10

First time here with a couple of homies & I was looking forward to having some coffee. There's two huge kiosks like big apple computers in front of the cashier. The cold brew mojito caught my attention while searching for a morning drink. As expected, the cold brew was fresh, minty, & bittersweet - how i like it. They topped it with coffee jelly to enhance the wakeness of the drink. We sat down at the booths which needed a little cleaning. Definitely a cool, casual place to dine or have a sweet treat with friends.

I came here late at night on a Friday and it was pretty empty. There is parking on the street in front of this store and other places. When you enter, there are two kiosks where you order. I think you can also order at the counter too, but we knew what we wanted so we ordered on the kiosks. The kiosks also show pictures so it is nice if you want images. The drinks were made quickly. There is lots of seating to hang out and the inside is very clean/stylish.

In short, not bad, but it's kind of out of the way and the drinks were much sweeter than anticipated. L O C A T I O N BingBing is located off of Fremont Blvd near American High School. It's in this small shopping area that used to have this other boba shop which I didn't see was there any longer. Parking is in a private lot shared with the other shops. Ordering was pretty easy. There are multiple tables and seats. I could imagine going to school nearby and just popping in here after school and studying. They were playing some KPOP I believe while I was there which was a vibe. M E N U It's pretty standard boba shop menu with snacks included. You can also do combos but they didn't have the drink plus tofu combo I wanted so I ordered them separately. I opted to try their black milk tea with crystal agar boba and my hubby tried their jasmine with honey boba. We both thought their drinks were about 25% sweeter than most places. I had 0% added sugar and it was quite sweet for me with my toppings. I also think their crystal agar had a floral sweetener or maybe their black tea was more floral as I was tasting some kind of floral notes. The tofu was great. It reminded me of when I used to get fried tofu at other shops when I was younger and vegetarian. My hubby said their normal boba felt a bit overcooked. I will have to try out their other drinks though as I'm still on the fence about the quality. But I will likely be back if we do our boba runs on a day where I'm in the area.
