very cute shop run by this super sweet lady! we came in on a thursday morning (11:30ish) and the shop was pretty empty. it was only the owner (i think) working, so the wait was a bit long but completely understandable. parking was plentiful but spaces are pretty narrow. you can order on the snackpass app which is always great, or just order on the kiosk that's there. they have a mini receipt photo thing too which was a cute add! we ordered the popcorn chicken, oreo cream puff black milk tea, thai tea, oolong milk tea, and jasmine milk tea all at 30% with boba. i'd say drinks run sweeter than normal so do order less than what you would usually! their creamer is very... Creamy powdered feel. kind of nostalgic in a way but it's very distinct. boba was very soft (a plus for me) and the shaping was sort of irregular, leading me to think it was hand rolled or something. felt very fresh and was flavored well though! they were able to do no ice when noted in special requests. the popcorn chicken is VERY solid. was very hot, fresh, crunchy, and juicy. the portion is generous and they have seasoning shakers for you to adjust if you need to, but they add salt and pepper already. i didn't add any more and just got a container of their sweet chili sauce and it was the perfect addition! would love to see maybe fried garlic or basil added at some point, or maybe some sort of basil sauce! also note: seems like you don't have to add it on the app since the sauce is already in a bottle next to the sauces on the front counter. just a note! the owner was super kind and both acknowledged us when we came in and when we left, and thanked us for waiting :') hope bingbing succeeds! great snack selection and great place to hang out and play tabletop games or something. wish i had something like this nearby my schools growing up or in college! haha read more

This place took over what was the popular T4 in this plaza years ago. This place is aiight to co-work at and have some food. I wish they had AC though, I was sweating soooo much in like 85 degree weather indoors and was absolutely sticky and dying. They didn't exactly have charge stations (outlets) to charge phone or laptop. I just got out of work and we were in need of boba. So I was searching for what was on my way home and BingBing is a spot that I hadn't tried yet and it had one item that I've been craving. L O C A T I O N BingBing is located off of Fremont Blvd near American High School. It's in this small shopping area that used to have this other boba shop which I didn't see was there any longer. Parking is in a private lot shared with the other shops. I easily found a spot and walked over. I N S I D E It's pretty bright and spacious. You walk in and there's a kiosk to order as well as a mini black and white photo booth printer. Ordering was pretty easy. There are multiple tables and seats. I could imagine going to school nearby and just popping in here after school and studying. They were playing some KPOP I believe while I was there which was a vibe. M E N U It's pretty standard boba shop menu with snacks included. You can also do combos but they didn't have the drink plus tofu combo I wanted so I ordered them separately. I opted to try their black milk tea with crystal agar boba and my hubby tried their jasmine with honey boba. We both thought their drinks were about 25% sweeter than most places. I had 0% added sugar and it was quite sweet for me with my toppings. I also think their crystal agar had a floral sweetener or maybe their black tea was more floral as I was tasting some kind of floral notes. The tofu was great. It reminded me of when I used to get fried tofu at other shops when I was younger and vegetarian. My hubby said their normal boba felt a bit overcooked. S E R V I C E As I ordered food, I knew it would take a bit of time. So everything came out pretty quickly considering I was the only person in there. I graduated from AHS right across the street, so this area holds a lot of sentimentality everytime I visit this shopping strip. Luckily, there are some great eateries here. One of my favorites is Bing Bing, a quaint boba and Taiwanese and Korean snack cafe. The drinks and yummy, flavorful popcorn chicken served here are great, and so is the hospitable service. Kimberly making the drinks is amazing and very sweet. One of the best boba places in Fremont! Super clean and plenty of inside seating. Found this location on yelp after craving some Bingsoo. Lots of parking outside and easy order Kiosk at the entrance. I also really loved that they have a print out camera machine in the front you can use while waiting for your food. This was so much fun! I ordered: 1. Strawberry Binsoo: It was bit on the sweet side however it was overall really good. The mochi was sooooo good with it. The ice itself is good quality and milky. I also really like that its in a cup and personal sized but I still shared it with my wife. I like the option that they sell personal sized ones so you can try more flavors rather than having to order a huge bowl format and you're stuck with a huge one or only able to eat half if you cant finish it and no one else in the group wants it. 2. This is my second time going here the popcorn chicken Bento was pretty good even came with kimchi and a hard-boiled egg which was really delicious and it was reasonably priced around $14 or so. And the coconut cloud, Matcha I felt like had a lot of ice and did not have that much flavor like I was expecting. It was refreshing since it is coconut water. 3.5 stars - We were in the area so decided to swing by after lunch to check it out. Turns out they are a Korean-inspired cafe that serves teas, shaved ice, croffles, snacks, coffee and even matcha. I got the Double Matcha and it has a nice, refreshing matcha taste. I found this place on a whim while I was in Fremont and decided, why not? It was very empty in the early afternoon on a Monday, but that is to be expected. The store was bright and colorful, with many places to sit. There's even a little free photo booth you can get a picture with! I ordered a taro milk tea with lychee jelly and it was delicious! The star, however, was the popcorn chicken. They have extra seasoning at the counter and I added spice to my chicken, which made it even better than it was by itself. So we found this dessert place one random night in fremont. It is definitely tucked in and would have to search it on your phone for you to find it. They do have a lot of selection on their menu. From drinks, to bento bowls to matcha series and croffles. The restaurant itself is a pretty good size. A lot of tables and good space. They definitely need to clean the tables more as there were so many uncleaned tables when we got there but barely any people sitting. I think the photo booth they have is pretty cool. We definitely took photos with it. We decided to go with the banana cloud matcha, strawberry matcha and sodduk sodduk. The sodduk sodduk was okay. A bit pricey and I wish it was a little bit more sweet. My boyfriend ordered the banana matcha cloud which he completely finished. I ordered the strawberry matcha and I wish I read the description more cause I'm not a big red bean fan and it had that. So I only finished half of it. 3rd incarnation of a tea/boba shop in this space across from a high school. T4 was the original tenant (longest run at over a decade) and another short lived one in the middle. I'm finding this version to be quite decent for me. I do and try to avoid being here right when school ends as the flow of traffic here both foot and auto becomes too chaotic for me to choose to be here. So 3-4pm weekdays no go for me. Besides tea drinks they also do a section for coffee based drinks. I haven't tried any of those yet, as when I do indulge in some coffee, I usually like it pure maybe with 1 other ingredient. Layered coffees with 3 or more ingredients are not my jam. I've had about 2-3 of their cold tea drinks and they run about $6-$7 per. I find them pretty basic but suffice. I like a bolder tea flavor especially when a cream element enters the cup. I've tried their green jasmine tea and a couple of their oolongs, all taste appropriate. They do 2 levels of milk teas, one regular and another more premium. Get the premium for an extra buck as the tea flavor is much more present and noticeable. At 30% sweet with less ice, is my new go-to for milk teas on the go for this area. I found a sweet spot here. The cups here are large. I often will nurse one whilst driving around running errands and I'm always stuffed for doing so. The only toppings I've tried are their lychee jelly and crystal boba. I like the crystal one better as it is less sweet yet extra firm/chewy. Also tried their matcha latte a couple of times and I loved them. Creamy, smooth with a decent matcha presence. That may be my new go-to here. Their Strawbery Matcha Latte version is probably my favorite drink here. They also do these snack/drink combos for about $11. I got popcorn chicken once with a milk tea and it was a filling meal midday. The nuggets of juicy thigh meat is marinated and is super nice when warm, the most subtle and slightly spicy crunch. Gotta eat it warm tho, cuz as it cools that unique coating goes from subtly crisp to soft and gummy. I'm thinking it is a form of tapioca starch much like a mochiko chicken. But in this popcorn chicken drink combo they have this bowl attachment to the top of the cup so you can literally hold it in one hand. Never seen this before so I found it amusing. Also tried their Wings ($9/4*) once and they are a nice snack if I want to sit down and relax and sip my milk tea. They give you 6 little wings but they are chubby little wings. Never seen wings that small, carry so much meat. Lol. But the wings are crazy crisp, there's some coating on the outside that facilitates that crispness. There's sauces and different seasonings at the counter for you to do you. I like the chili powder sprinkle as it amps up the zing. They are close to my home so this is starting to be a run and grab before I run a list of errands. They've grown on me. Local resource utilized. Bing bing! read more

We placed our order at the kiosk and our order for 2 drinks and the popcorn chicken was just a few minutes. BingBing is located in Alder Plaza. They have plenty of parking as well. From the outside, they look simple, but on the inside, they have a clean, modern, and sleek look to them. They have a cute little photo box that takes black & white photos and a lot of customers have put up their photo as well (reminds me of another boba spot that is also in Fremont). I ordered their Any Milk Tea + Popcorn Chicken combo with their Premium Jasmin Green Milk Tea and added boba to it, and I also ordered their Strawberry Croffle as well. The popcorn chicken was decent - big pieces, but a bit on the saltier side, I wished they have sweet & sour sauce instead of the sweet chili sauce for it though. The milk tea was a miss for me - it did not taste or even look like a green tea based milk tea, but the employee (most likely the owner) ensured me it was. It just had more of a more bitter black tea taste to it and it was a more brownish milk tea color, instead of the usually cream whitish color a green milk tea would be. The croffle was good, but there was too much cream topping and it was a bit overpowering, as it already has a custard paste on the side. Overall, 3 / 3.5 stars, as the popcorn chicken was decent and the croffle was good, but the milk tea I tried was eh. I bumped it up to 4 stars because the employee (most likely the owner) was friendly and welcoming.
