Double Matcha, Strawberry Shaved Ice, Banana Matcha, Jasmine Milk Tea combo with Popcorn Chicken
    Lynne N.

Located next to American High School, Bing Bing Drinks is a hidden gem that has a wide variety of Korean drinks and snacks to choose from!! I got the Double Matcha and it has a nice, refreshing matcha taste. I also tried several of their snacks such as the Strawberry Shaved Ice, Sausage & Rice Cake Skewer, Korean Potato Corn Dog, and Matcha Croffle and they were all very delicious. My favorites were definitely the Matcha Croffle and Korean Potato Corn Dog. I also love how they have lots of seats and tables and is a great place to hangout with friends. I also met the owner when I was there and she was really helpful at recommending what to get there : )

Bing Bing opened recently where Ain't Normal once was. Minimalist vanilla walls. Seating inside about 10 tables. Vocal music audible, no TV. Only decor is Polaroid type pics of patrons on one wall. Greeted courteously upon entering by single barista. Encouraged me to order on tablet. I said I would after studying menu. She further try to debug my reluctant credit card's refusal to swipe or slide. It only wanted to be "plugged in". After ordering & paying, food ready in 6ish minutes. Offerings: shaved ice, Croffle, snack, combos, coffee, Einspanner, matcha/cloud series, boba, milk tea, fruit tea, smoothies... Sips/eats: premium oolong milk tea & popcorn chicken combo(11.50) -tea 30% sweet, less ice. Still subtly sweet as was Oolong tea. Milk blended just right. Popcorn chicken was good sized pieces, not scraps nor ends. Crispy texture, moist innards with a salty slightly peppery taste profile. Pretty good. Much better than the usual. 4ish stars Worthy:YMMV. Service: 5 stars. Greetings, timely food delivery. Thank you goodbye. Quantity: 4 stars very good. Quality: 4 stars-better than average *parking lanes stripped too narrow. Dearth of parking spaces noonish.

I feel coldheartedly I'm only allowed to give 4 stars because I have yet to try their drinks or food. I only tried one of my obsessions = shaved ice... For $8.50, at first I was shocked but then I remembered I was in America... the amount they give you is more than worth it (especially when mochi is included too!). The ice was stuffed into the cup and not a fluff of ice. The mango syrup was gleaming with mangofiliciousness. Definitely the definition of (milk) snow ice. ***only suggestion: I wished they didn't put the syrup on the bottom of the cup because this is pretty much pointless since ain't nobody lifting that up with a spoon /have anything left to eat it with or licking that up so I'd rather much have that as another layer above a layer of shaved ice and continue to include it in the middle*** There was nobody in the place (I went there after lunch hours on a weekday) so much so the owner was elated and thanked me profusely for being there. Then an elder Asian gentleman walked in pretending he didn't know how to order from the kiosks (there's a convenience fee of I think 36 cents). VIBEZ: White and bright blue decor. The benches and tables are a tad dirty/possibly stains and sticky so much so I didn't dare stay in or sit down. Located in a very small plaza past American high with tight knit parking (I wouldn't say "very" because my definition of very is a SUV taking up 1.5 spots...). Would I come back? A hesitant yes (they keep the area clean but I wouldn't stay in...I'd rather eat and drink in my car and thus if I feel this way, it makes me wonder what we can't see truthfully looks like...)

So we found this dessert place one random night in fremont. It is definitely tucked in and would have to search it on your phone for you to find it. They do have a lot of selection on their menu. From drinks, to bento bowls to matcha series and croffles. The restaurant itself is a pretty good size. A lot of tables and good space. They definitely need to clean the tables more as there were so many uncleaned tables when we got there but barely any people sitting. I think the photo booth they have is pretty cool. We definitely took photos with it. We decided to go with the banana cloud matcha, strawberry matcha and sodduk sodduk. The sodduk sodduk was okay. A bit pricey and I wish it was a little bit more sweet. My boyfriend ordered the banana matcha cloud which he completely finished. I ordered the strawberry matcha and I wish I read the description more cause I'm not a big red bean fan and it had that. So I only finished half of it. Both drinks were good and I definitely want to try the mango but they were sold out when we got there. Definitely a must try dessert place.

Nice update from the last place this was. Fun wall with pictures that you can take there. I ordered online for pick up, but was a smooth pick up no issues with my order and was ready when I got there. Popcorn chicken is good, fresh, crispy, not greasy. They give a good portion and you can add your own spice to make it as spicy as you want. Good boba as well.

Korean Corn Dog, Matcha Cream Croffle, Sotteok w/ house sauce

Usually busy after 3 from students after school, affordable, spacious, photobooth machine is free, many snacks and drinks. Good location in between schools and plenty parking. Affordable. What we ordered: - Sotteok w/ house sauce - mild spicy, saucy, flavorful, crispy tteok (5/5) - Jasmine Milk Tea w/ boba - creamy, can taste a little jasmine, boba is soft and chewy, sweet at 60%. Got the milk tea combo with popcorn chicken, tastes real and is a good crisp (4/5) - Double Matcha - strong matcha, creamy (5/5) - Banana Matcha Latte - subtle taste of artificial banana but it's still good, strong flavor (4.7/5) . Strawberry Bingsu - layered, fruity (5/5) . Mozzarella Corn Dog, Original Corn Dog - filling, good cheese pull, nice crisp (5/5) . Matcha Red Bean Croffle - crispy, sweet cream, doesn't really taste like matcha cream, red beans are whole mixed with paste (4.5/5)

Strawberry Croffle - sooo good and not too sweet!

Whenever I'm around this area, I make sure to stop by BingBing. Recently came around 4pm on a weekday and it was full of teenagers which is expected based on the location being across the street from a high school. There were a couple tables available nonetheless. This time I tried the Sweet Corn Einspanner and it was sooooo good! You can really taste the corn flavor. I got regular sweet, and it was a little too sweet for me, so next time I'm going with 50% sweet. Also tried the Mango Smoothie w/ lychee jelly which was also good, but pretty sweet as well. There's a little photo op machine near the self-order kiosk, but the machine unfortunately wasn't working for us.

This is right across from American high school in Fremont if you're ever in the area, it's a nice boba shop with friendly people. The drinks are good too

We ordered shaved ice drinks, matcha lattes, croffels, popcorn chicken. The food was great and the drinks were also great. The owner was very friendly and we were very appreciative of her service.

A really great new boba spot in the area! Ordered their bingbing fries and boba combo. First cup I've ever seen with the food on top. Priced super well. The aesthetic inside is super nice as well. Clean with free wifi and plenty of seating. A great place to hang with friends or family. Service is mainly self serve but the staff is super helpful with questions.

    Milk Tea and Matcha Latte
    D.wight L.

3rd incarnation of a tea/boba shop in this space across from a high school. T4 was the original tenant (longest run at over a decade) and another short lived one in the middle. I'm finding this version to be quite decent for me. I do and try to avoid being here right when school ends as the flow of traffic here both foot and auto becomes too chaotic for me to choose to be here. So 3-4pm weekdays no go for me. Besides tea drinks they also do a section for coffee based drinks. I haven't tried any of those yet, as when I do indulge in some coffee, I usually like it pure maybe with 1 other ingredient. Layered coffees with 3 or more ingredients are not my jam. I've had about 2-3 of their cold tea drinks and they run about $6-$7 per. I find them pretty basic but suffice. I like a bolder tea flavor especially when a cream element enters the cup. I've tried their green jasmine tea and a couple of their oolongs, all taste appropriate. They do 2 levels of milk teas, one regular and another more premium. Get the premium for an extra buck as the tea flavor is much more present and noticeable. At 30% sweet with less ice, is my new go-to for milk teas on the go for this area. I found a sweet spot here. The cups here are large. I often will nurse one whilst driving around running errands and I'm always stuffed for doing so. The only toppings I've tried are their lychee jelly and crystal boba. I like the crystal one better as it is less sweet yet extra firm/chewy. Also tried their matcha latte a couple of times and I loved them. Creamy, smooth with a decent matcha presence. That may be my new go-to here. Their Strawbery Matcha Latte version is probably my favorite drink here. They also do these snack/drink combos for about $11. I got popcorn chicken once with a milk tea and it was a filling meal midday. The nuggets of juicy thigh meat is marinated and is super nice when warm, the most subtle and slightly spicy crunch. Gotta eat it warm tho, cuz as it cools that unique coating goes from subtly crisp to soft and gummy. I'm thinking it is a form of tapioca starch much like a mochiko chicken. But in this popcorn chicken drink combo they have this bowl attachment to the top of the cup so you can literally hold it in one hand. Never seen this before so I found it amusing. Also tried their Wings ($9/4*) once and they are a nice snack if I want to sit down and relax and sip my milk tea. They give you 6 little wings but they are chubby little wings. Never seen wings that small, carry so much meat. Lol. But the wings are crazy crisp, there's some coating on the outside that facilitates that crispness. There's sauces and different seasonings at the counter for you to do you. I like the chili powder sprinkle as it amps up the zing. They are close to my home so this is starting to be a run and grab before I run a list of errands. They've grown on me. Local resource utilized. Bing bing!

The drink was made perfectly and the service was quick and efficient. The ambiance is family friendly and a great place to bring family and friends to. Definitely will be back

I was greeted when I walked in. I got a mango smoothie and it's delicious very refreshing and not overly sweet. There's plenty of seating inside and they even have a Photo Booth to take pics which is fun.
