So excited to have a poke spot in Hayward! It is right near CSUEB, in the same plaza as other great restaurants, such as Bronco Billy's and Pearl's. Their prices are more than fair for the serving size and the quality is great. The staff is always so kind and helpful whenever we order, always offering to help instead of just directing us to the self-serve kiosk. That simple touch adds to the overall feel of the place, which combined with how clean and well-kept behind the counter is, makes you immediately realize that this place is a one of a kind gem in the area! They serve poke bowls, sushi burritos, hot bowls, inari sushi, small dishes & sides, and boba! You will definitely find something to buy here if you love boba & poke!

The sauce really makes this poke bowl stand out. Their spicy mayo has a unique flavor -- a perfect balance of sweetness with a nice spicy kick. The miso paired with the poke adds another layer of depth and makes the whole bowl more interesting. The server was also kind enough to let me try their house sauce, and honestly, it was really impressive. Before leaving, I also got an order of their chicken with their signature sauce, and that sauce was something special as well. Overall, the fish was very fresh, and the flavors were well balanced. I'll definitely come back to try their milk tea and sushi rolls next time.

Brand new spot near CSUEB! Plenty of parking and super clean inside! Simply decored and designed for quick order turn around which is important near a school with bustling college students! Our poke orders were all super fresh and done quickly considering it was just the one lady present. She was also very kind and courteous! I saw the other reviews for this place and they were for the ice cream and drinks! If you're in the area and craving fresh poke, this is the spot! If they keep it up, this is the best poke spot in Hayward! No need to go to Union City/Fremont, or Dublin, San Ramon, Pleasanton! Their drinks are super good too! I got the lemon-mint iced tea, and wifey got the avocado shake! We'll be back for sure! This is our new local spot!

I went to Poke Tea that is tucked away in a strip mall with my niece and nephew. The store is very well lit, ventilated, and clean. The staff is very friendly and inviting and courteous. They accept card payment. The choice of ice cream is good, not too many cause the kids can get confused ...just the right number of flavors. We tried the French vanilla, the mint chocolate chip and the almond pistachio. My niece and nephew liked what we ordered. We had it in a waffle cone. There are enough tables to sit at, very clean. They have a hand sanitizer by the napkins, what a blessing if a kid spills something! Must go and give it a try for the bowls too! I recommend the ice creams. More in my next update.

Came by here with my fiance to check out some places in the area, the lady working the counter greeted us very kindly! The pricing is pretty good, I got a drink and the inari sushi. Both were very tasty! The seating is nice and the decorations are cute, will definetly be coming back in the future!

So grateful to see a new business come to this mini neighborhood shopping center. Good portions and everything was delicious.

Good price, good poke, AND good portion! Add on good service as well, what more can you ask from a poke place?

Asked for no ice and it was excellent - not too cold but just right so flavors come through nicely and doesn't get diluted. Service was also much better and it was nice to see them busy on a weekday. The Dubai chocolate ice cream was also a lot better than the last time. The staff was kind to provide a sample. Would love to see more ice cream flavors in the future like seasonal flavors, rotating. And add some permanent flavors like lavender, black sesame, some savory flavors even.

Very cute inside, a lot of pink. Service was good. We were craving ice cream so we decided to try the mango mellow, it was SO good. Soft creamy mango ice cream with corn flakes and a type of boba I wasn't familiar with but it was nice and chewy. Servings are a good size. We also tried the pistachio ice cream and were not a fan, we couldn't taste the pistachio and it tasted artificial. The mango was the clear winner. Would like to come back and try their boba and the Dubai ice cream.

ChaChaCha offers unique drinks with their iconic puff cream topping on any of their milk teas, hojicha, matcha, einspanners (original - with vanilla or hazelnut flavor), and even croffles! Love the diverse menu. I usually get my puff cream milk tea with boba from here and it never disappoints. Creamy and the tea flavor still pulls through. Their boba is also pretty solid without it being overly sweet and relatively soft / chewy. However, I got their double matcha and original vanilla einspanner. Their double matcha had a mild umami flavor and wasn't very sweet. Def more for people who are into matcha for the profile than the sweetness. Loved that matcha foam though. Their einspanner was fireeee. Slightly strong coffee flavor and I enjoyed how the milk foam topping didn't overpower the drink. Would order this again!

The scallion pancake was expertly crisp on the outside, yet still pliable and forgiving. the popcorn chicken was tasty enough to stand alone without a dipping sauce (we're on a Thai sweet chili kick.) This is quite unusual because this boba shop serves pastas since other boba places serve rice meals. Don't know but I guess that this is supposed to be a fusion restaurant? Inside is very quiet though, but I saw some people come in here. I also really like how they decorated part of the wall with "Sip & Savor" sign. If they covered the whole wall and even the ceiling, it would have looked like we're in a jungle. I didn't get pasta, but my mom and I wanted to try their boba. It's really good though. The Sip & Savor is slightly more expensive and it's quite flavorful even without adding boba. Not too sweet and it's just right. Definitely looking forward to trying one of their pastas if I were to come back!

As someone who has been drinking Vietnamese coffee since I was 12 (Im much older now), I am very picky with my Vietnamese coffee. This place knocked it out of the park with their coffee as well as offering flavors that I never tried other than the original. The phin set I ordered is for dine in only and understandably so. My recommendation is to order your drinks less sweet. It's the perfect level of sweetness. The only tweak I'd make is adding an extra shot of espresso to the coconut coffee. The food, unfortunately, didn't live up to the drinks. I tried a few of the bánh mì sandwiches, and the bread-to-filling ratio was way off. There just wasn't enough filling, and even after ordering extra veggies, it didn't seem like there were actually any extra added. If you're specifically craving a Vietnamese sandwich, I'd recommend driving about a mile up the road to Huong Sandwiches instead. That said, I still want to come back and try more of their food menu because the drinks alone keep bringing me back. The café itself is adorable. I love the modern design and all the greenery throughout the space. It's clean, quiet enough to study or work, and has about 7 small tables, making it ideal for solo visits or small groups of up to four people. I also appreciated the powerful hand dryer in the restroom (it's the little things!) and plenty of parking. Come for the drinks, stay for the atmosphere.
