Wow, where do I even start?? First of all, I ordered to go from Uber Eats. The portions are HUGE, a bowl is enough fill two people! The Togo boxes were STUFFED with toppings and poke! There are so much choices to choose from on the menu! I added crab salad for a dollar and got sooo much crab. It's totally a steal for a dollar! The only thing I had to critique is that I feel like the fish aren't fresh enough. I would totally come again! read more

Poki Poke is located in Paseo Padre Shopping Center. There are usually plenty of shared parking spots here, but the plaza may get busy on the weekends. Service is eh, they prioritize their online orders first, even if there is a line of people waiting to order. I remember this spot to be just okay, but my friends wanted to come here, so we stopped by here to grab a bite. They still charge extra for crab salad and masago when all the other poke spots I go to do not. I ended up paying over $20 for a small / regular bowl. They do give a decent amount of protein / toppings here, but not much rice - the salmon, crab salad, and seaweed salad did not taste that fresh though. read more

Came here to satisfy my poke craving! They are always very generous with their serving size that a small bowl is already enough for me. Their poke is always fresh and love coming here for something quick. Staff are efficient here. There is very limited seating here so would plan to get it to-go. read more

Came here for a quick dinner and it was good but there are some preferences that I would prefer. I would have enjoyed it more if the spiny tuna was in cut in pieces rather than chopped and mushed up. Also, needed more sauce. The poki poke special sauce was good. Just give more of it. And can't go wrong with the topped ungai sauce. Toppings were good, just too bad that you had to be charged extra for certain toppings. The cherry blossom decor was pretty. Service was ok. It felt like the person helping us was a bit irritated. But it was our first time going there so we didn't really know what to do. At least we know for next time. read more

Service is fast. There are a few tables to dine in. A bit pricey for the amount of protein you get plus extra if you want crab salad, avocado, and even masago! I think it's a hit or miss with the fresh fish. But when you get a good batch it's good. I like the poki poke special sauce. And top it with the cilantro aioli. I thinks it's one of the better poke places in the area. read more

There is a Nice Poke place in the American Dream food court on the third floor. I like the choices they have. They start you with a base (rice, soba noodles, etc.). Then, they offer two proteins and different vegetable toppings. I tried steak and shrimp on soba noodles with all the extra toppings (vegetables), then finished off with a nice mayo-like sauce. The service was pleasant, friendly, and invaluable. I would return. The ingredient was fresh, too. I recommend. read more

Okay I thought I reviewed this place already but I guess I didn't. lol This is my local poke place I go to when I am craving poke and don't want to drive too far for it. This place is in the same complex as 99 Ranch and Phin cafe so the parking can be challenging. It is always busy. The restaurant is dark from the outside, I didn't even see this place when I am always at Phin. lol Inside is clean, some seating area on the right side, and some musubis in the warmer by the cash register. I always get a regular bowl, with salad greens, tuna/salmon/hamachi, spicy crab salad and plenty of toppings. Depending on the person, the serving sizes might vary (I've noticed). When we go the serving is usually pretty big to the point that it is hard to put the lid on the bowl lol. The girl at the counter was a little cold at first until we started talking about my cat and her mood changed quickly and was super nice to us. Every time we go we usually have a pleasant experience. read more

Wanted to grab some lunch during a middle of a bike ride and happen to bike pass this place. Used to come here a lot back then, but forgot this place existed since it in the corner of a really small plaza. Got a large poke bowl (4 scoops of fish) and a side of spam musubi. Loaded the poke bowl with every topping and it hit the spot as a quick lunch during the bike trip. The serving size is so big that my sister and I ended up sharing the bowl and were pretty satisfied. One recommendation is too not put too many different sauces as it will get too saucy and salty. Beside that, go with what your heart desires and load that bowl up!! read more

Just had an opportunity to visit on a Friday evening. The place was busy with take out orders but very little sit down. It is a small place, nothing fancy. Service was fast and helpful. The poke we had was awesome, fresh and flavorful. The wife and I split a large bowl and there was plenty for the two of us. Best of all, they didn't force that tip calculator on us. read more

Very average. Fish options are very limited - only salmon, tuna, and hamachi. Portion is also skimpy for the fish. The toppings are also limited. They charge $1 extra for crab salad and avocado. Their sauces are also very tasteless - bland and add no flavor to the fish. For $15.99 for a regular bowl (3 proteins) I don't think I would return unless I was desperate for poke. I also found the smell of the restaurant off putting so I didn't eat inside. The restaurant smelled of cleaning products. read more

I've been coming to this place for a while now, and I can never seem to stop eating their food. The shop is always clean. The fish is actually fresh!! their salmon is bright orange and it doesn't taste fishy at all. They also have spicy crab!! I find that so unique because I never seen other places offer spicy crab. I highly recommend getting spicy crab if you go it's a $1 for 2 SCOOPS! I highly recommend this place. What I usually get is a large bowl with sushi rice, 2x salmon, shrimp, and octopus with onions, mixed with spicy soy, spicy mayo, and unagi. For the timing I get spicy crab, masago, green onion, edamame, and corn with furikake. read more

Perfect spot to grab a poke bowl to go! Their portions are crazy huge. They charge extra for crab, but the amount they gave me was the most insane amount I have ever seen. Expect to spend close to $20 for a great poke bowl! I enjoyed their tofu, spicy tuna and salmon! Tasted fresh and good quality. This is definitely more of a takeout spot, as there is really limited seating. read more

This is my go to spot for quick Poke. It lacks protein (not generous with scoops) but makes up for it in toppings and sauce. Customer Service has been consistently -- I've been coming to this spot regularly for the past few years. The owner does a great job at hiring individuals that are genuinely nice (even if you walk in a few minutes after opening or before closing). They greet customers, are not rude if they need you to repeat which topics or sauce you just said, and fill up the bowl (with the toppings) of course. The toppings are abundant, sauces are delicious, fish... -- Portions used to be generous. They scoop and put directly into the bowl but now it's they scrape against the side. I get the pandemic but smaller amount of fish and higher priced bowl doesn't bode well with long time customers. I would say the protein went from at least 6oz to now ~4oz. I'm not a fan of tuna, more of a salmon salmon & hamachi dude with of course the less popular scoop of octopus. - two scoops of spicy imitation crab for $1.00 is a steal - don't understand charging now for masago (used to be free but now $0.50) - the dried garlic and onions are great for texture - cilantro aoli and spicy mayo are and unagi sauce is unagi sauce (I'm assuming store bought) Overall, cool local place for Poke if I'm not in the mood to drive far. read more

Just your basic cucumber, onions, wakame, pineapple (yuck), edamame, ginger Cons: Store isn't the cleanest. Masago and crab salad is $1 extra. UPDATE: 3 hours later, and my stomach is definitely regretting my lunch decision (I'll spare you the details). Won't be returning. read more

Phenomenal poke and chilly air conditioning. Poki Poke is the staycation you need to escape the summer heat. You'd soon forget the great heatwave of '22 - when the streets of Fremont felt as-hot-as the surface of the sun. Fairly standard choices of sashimi grade fish and toppings - but an amazing array of sauces. The best part: you don't have to wait to try them individually. The Poki Poke Special Sauce is a tasty mix of ALL their sauces together (Spicy Soy, Sweet Sesame and Ponzu sauces). Its our favorite and the most popular. Also, if you like cilantro, the Cilantro Aioli is a fantastic way to top off your poke bowl. Other notables - the menu prices on DoorDash are the same as in-store (a rarity these days). Crab salad costs an extra dollar. Seaweed salad is free. Awesome flavors, fresh fish and large portions. We'll definitely be back - heatwave or not! read more

I was excited to try this spot since it's very close to my parents and had a very solid average rating. I came in on a weekday and noticed that everyone had placed their orders online bc all the meals were being prepared to go. One of the two staff gave me a lukewarm greeting and I placed my order. Off the bat, the color of the fish looked unappetizing and the work station looked messy. I also found the smell in the shop to be a bit off putting. The bowls were okay. I paid extra $1 to add crab salad to my bowls which I regretted. Unfortunately the scoops of crab salad were so much bigger than the portions of fish that it completely overpowered the rest of the fish and veggies the bowls. I also noticed that the fish eggs were an extra charge here whereas my usual spot usually includes them. All in all, the bowls left much to be desired. I would definitely prefer to get a lesser portion overall so that the proteins would have been better ratio to the rice and veggies. read more

Ordered a standard bowl but unfortunately the food was incredibly bland. It feels like no amount of sauce they added wouldn't have fixed this issue as there was actually nothing to enjoy about our order. To top it all off, this place is not cheap. For premium prices, the food should at least be tasty. read more

I recently visited Poke Poke place while I was coming back from work. All their ingredients were very fresh and delicious. The variety of fish and protein and toppings made it easy to customize my meal exactly how I wanted. The staff was also very friendly, they helped me with the menu and how to order it. They walked me through the steps and explained what they were doing. I also loved the vibrant atmosphere and how clean the space was. It was the perfect place to take cute little pictures. Plus, the portions were generous for the price! I got Sushi Rice, 2 Octopus, 1 Salmon, Ponzu Sauce, Crab Salad, Spicy Crab Salad, Edamame, Cucumber, Seaweed Salad, Corn, Pineapple, Unagi Sauce on top, and Furikake I can't wait to return and try more combinations. Probably my go-to spot for poke. The food has always been fresh and delicious. The spicy tuna is to die for!! Definitely no complaints when it comes to the food. Service is good. Workers are quick to take your order and are decently friendly too. I also love that they offer a student discount if you show your student ID at the cashier! Even though I ordered a regular bowl, I think a small is plenty of food too! It's able to make me full. Price here is pretty average. The inside of the place is very clean and nicely decorated. If you are ordering DoorDash delivery (or pickup) you may not see that the messy counters and dirty glass shield. Any food area should be kept super clean & just tidy. That was huge for me. It made me not want to eat the food. I could understand if there was a huge line or if they were super busy with DoorDash orders, that maybe that's why they were behind on wiping things down but they were not busy at all. It's the first thing the customers see...the glass had food splattered on the glass that literally the customers have to look through. Also, the counters were not kept clean and when you entered the restaurant it had a weird smell to it. They had no music playing and it felt very uncomfortable to even sit down. The staff gave good portions of food but in the end I could not fully enjoy the bowl. I did not check yelp reviews before going, my teen daughter brought me here on a whim. I quietly pointed these items out to her so that she knows where to get poke and some places she should skip. read more

I ordered a bowl to be delivered pretty late last week as my toddler was in bed asleep and I had such a craving for poke. My bowl was loaded up and so good. I got most of the toppings and added crab, they definitely didn't skimp and the lid didn't stay down. To combat this, they actually wrapped the bowl up in cling wrap. I was pretty impressed with this solution and the bowl showed up safe and sound. Everything tasted fresh, all the items were in the bowl and I was very happy. I also got a spam masubi for my husband. I tried a bite, it was warm with a liberal saucing that was really good. I will definitely be coming back here for a poke bowl again in the future! read more

Been going here for over a year! Usually we get Mioki's Sushi but when we want a change up from sushi, we go for the poke! THE GOOD - Good variety for customizable poke bowls - The fish is usually pretty firm and fresh - Good selection for sauces - The service is usually excellent and patient - - They usually remember my wife and I because we wear sports apparel when we come - FURIKAKE!!!!!!! THE BAD - Sometimes the bowls they mix the fish with a sauce with has left over liquid from washing still in there. - - from time to some time, I've had a... Small but noticeable flavor left over. This place was really good!! I came here after hiking Mission Peak!! I can't believe that not only did I forget to take a picture of my Poke Bowl, I didn't even think about taking a picture of it until I was done, lol!! From the outside, it didn't look like it was open, lucky the open sign was illuminated. Poki Poke is a cute, spacious, and quiet poke spot right next to 99 Ranch. Friendly and generous service and a cute interior. It's in a fairly large plaza, so no need to worry about parking. The regular-size poke bowl was HUGE. I ordered it with 2 scoops of salmon and 1 scoop of hamachi albacore. Protein was solid tasting, seaweed salad and wonton chips were crunchy, corn and edamame provided chewy texture, and the unagi sauce (which I got more on the side) gave the nice sweet and salty flavor. Standard pricing. Even my friend who got a small bowl with got a huge portion. Overall, 8.5/10. First off just want to say the staff was very kind but the food was ok , the sauces weren't my favorite and didn't compliment well but the fish looked good and the produce looked fresh and not old so that's great . However as soon as I walked in there was an Oder like maybe they mopped with a dirty mop or dirty rags and also the glass counter was filthy looking through at the food and the floors don't look like they were ever clean . The owners should be taking responsibility on that since I was literally going to walk right out from the first impression . read more

Compared to other poke places, the prices here are really reasonable! The bowl was wrapped nicely with utensils, and the store was super clean and nicely set up for Covid-safe pick ups! This place has gone downhill since I've been back a few years ago. They now charge extra for masago, avocado and crab salad (Masago & crab salad were included before). I asked the worker if he could comp the masago since I wasn't aware of the extra charge and he was not willing to do so. Granted it's $0.50 but if i had known, I would not have gotten it (it doesn't make or break the taste-buds) The workers also had an attitude and were banging their bowls around like they just didn't want to be there. In this day and age of inflation, I would appreciate a little better service. read more

Best poke place in Fremont! Throughout the years, they have maintained the quality of their ingredients and they don't skimp on the proteins. They offer their poke bowls in three sizes (1) mini (2) regular $15.99 and (3) large $17.99. I've always had pleasant experiences with staff and the place is kept nice and clean. Our business opened july 28th 2016. We had soft opening for a couple of weeks to get feedback from family and friends. Then opened to the public asking for their opinions. Went extremely well. Another great perk is their points/rewards system, so if you come often you can earn a free bowl. There's some indoor seating for about 12-15 people, and usually there's space, but it's also a great spot to grab takeout and enjoy at home. Highly recommend if you're craving a solid poke bowl in the area!

I didn't mind it, but I think it's good for people to know. I finished the bowl with spicy mayo, corn, edamame, fried onion, and furikake. The bowl was really good. I especially liked the crunch from the fried onion and the flavor on the shrimp. I had enough space to mix my bowl, so I still got a good bite every time. The location is a bit hidden so it did not seem busy. I definitely recommend I will definitely come back for lunch when in the area.
