Good location, parking can be hectic depending the time you come. Inside nice and small, enough seating and cool decoration. Big menu has lots to choose from. Easy to order on the Kiosk and drinks are made fast. Drinks were okay, the taro drink I kept sipping up hard pieces not sure what it was so didn't finish drinking it. Mango coconut delight was really good, and the thai tea was just okay. I do want to come back and try their snacks!

Boba (tapioca) milk tea

This is my new go-to spot for a quick boba fix. Boba Queen is a no frills, small business with all of the basic milk tea and fruit tea drinks as well as several food items. This is not a high quality tea spot if you're a tea enthusiast looking for pure tea, but more of a Quickly / TapEx vibe in the best way. I've tried their classic milk tea with boba on a couple of occasions and it's basic but good. Their popcorn chicken and fried combo (popcorn chicken, fish balls, tofu) are delicious. I highly recommend the fried tofu which is super crispy and not greasy at all.

Nice small shop in a mall that includes 99 Ranch. We came midday so not busy at all. Quick service serving a variety of drinks and food

Drinks are amazing! Would recommend!

After I saw the bad incident on TikTok (the woman who thinks she's a police but actually is not ), I was like "Hmm.. why not we go eat here before going to a trading card game tournament?" So my fiancé and I decided to go there to support the business. ‍ Let me be real, I love Boba Queen and it's my first time going to a boba spot that have amazing selections of boba tea drinks, coffees, rice bowls and even snacks! I ordered a Mango drink w/ cheese foam + mango popping boba and a tofu rice bowl. My fiancé ordered a Dalgona coffee w/ large boba and a beef stew rice bowl. On the side, we ordered popcorn chicken (my fiancé's most favorite to eat at any boba place!) and fried Oreos. When I tried everything as mentioned, it tasted amazing. Drink, perfect and cool. Rice bowls, it made me full for almost the whole day so it's delicious. But oh my goodness?! Popcorn chicken is so good!! They made the seasoning just right and the texture inside out, PERFECT! Especially the fried Oreos?! I'm in love~ Customer service is so chill and they did a great job on treating customers to feel like home. I would definitely comeback and have more of their selections! Boba Queen deserves a lot of support! P.S. The dumb lady in the TikTok doesn't own anybody and needs to get a life. You're not really a police if you don't wanna prove your own identity~

I'm disappointed in the service today. I usually come to this boba spot because its literally right by my house and the food is usually on point. Today, however, I bought a popcorn chicken rice bowl and specifically ordered extra basil. I opened my box to see absolutely none. I paid an extra 75¢, not a big deal on the price, but moreso on lack of communication that there was no basil. I always order extra basil when i come here and usually get it, so to not receive it today disappointed me. Would have been 1 star, but the saving grace is you guys actually had small tapioca in store when im usually told it's sold out.

Really good spot! The boba was fresh and super tasty, with the perfect chew. I also ordered some food and it was delicious and came out quick. The shop is clean, the staff are friendly, and the vibe is great. Definitely one of my new go to boba places!

A lot of food and drink options, nothing exceptionally stellar but they do have some special, creative items that are consistently good and reasonably priced. They do seem understaffed at times so wait times can be a bit long. On the corner of this mall, stacked with Asian staples and delights, you'll find Boba Queen which took over what formerly was Quickly. Within walking distance to popular bus stops and other public services like the church, schools, and after school programs, this is a nice place to make a stop en route to your next destination. The interior is small, but still hosts a good number of seats and tables, although not many seem to be used during the times I've been around. This last visit was during the late morning and there were only two other patrons in the shop. Ordering is simple, that is after you've had a thorough look at their massive menu. As with many places nowadays, they have a kiosk to take in your order but they also do take cash orders through a typical register. Card transactions are only taken via the kiosk. They do have combos that include a snack and a drink (a limited selection of them) that does shave off a dollar or two from your meal. For drinks, you'll have the option to customize the size (small or large), ice level, sweetness level, and toppings (extra cost except for dirty boba which already comes with honey boba). Although despite asking for only half sweetness, the dirty boba was still quite sweet. May need to tone down the sweetness even further next time. As for food, that stood out to me was their selection of flavors for eggettes/egg puffs. We ended up getting the popping boba one and matcha/strawberry combo. Beware, however, each egg puff can take up to 10 minutes to make. Our order wasn't fulfilled until after 20 minutes of waiting (and after the other patrons who ordered just drinks got their order). I'm not sure how their other food or drink options turn out but I'm willing to come back and try. The quality is pretty good and price is perhaps a little above average. As it seems to be understaffed, I'd imagine the service level can be substandard during peak time or if they're receiving a lot of orders that involve making egg puffs. They do receive a fair bit of takeout orders so if you don't want to wait too long, that may be the way to go. The name fits for sure. It's definitely not the best you'll get in terms of quality, value, or service but it's good enough to be considered as another option for your boba fix. Egg puffs for sure are good, but be prepared to wait what feels like an eternity.

Avocado snow
Errol V.

Boba Queen in Fremont is my spot for one thing and one thing only: the avocado smoothie. Here it's called Avocado Snow and $6.50. Other than the snow, the snacks are priced around $6-9, with the bentos at $12. I used to order calamari here but the prices have climbed a bit out of my price range. Ordering is pretty easy. You can use the kiosk if you're not in the mood to chat, or order with a person if you are. Would come here if you're a fan of Avocado smoothies.

Decent boba drinks with lot of variety. No wow no disappointment. Just right. Service is quick and easy to order from the machine.

Was supposed to be hot. No spice

Didn't have the best experience here today. Food came out wrong and the drinks weren't up to their normal standard. The workers looked like they dreaded working here -- It was empty (save one customer waiting for his order) as I walked in on a beautiful Wednesday. The ambiance was quiet, not much happening. Waited to be helped for a few minutes before a gentleman rounded the corner, looked at me, and went back to doing what he was in the middle of. Few minutes later, a young lady came from the back and asked for my order. She wasn't too friendly or welcoming. Gave blunt responses and had a detached, dreaded tone. My entire food order came out wrong -- The order was clear: 2 popcorn chicken, one friend calamari, and one hot and the other mild. Tiger milk tea with boba Both chickens came out with no spice, the dough on the calamari was undercooked, and the boba drink had only one layer coating the bottom. It wasn't the best but I already was in a rush, I couldn't wait for them to fix it. Overall, would have been a two stars but the last time I was here, the owner(?) was really nice.

It was a bit unorganized and people walking around but not sure where to seat us. We finally got seated and had to wait a while and waved down people a few times to get out orders in. It is okay, I am here for the good, not the service after all. Right? I was disappointed. The oyster pancake was extremely fishy. The rice cake (well not really a cake but inverted sticky rice cup) was cold and where is the pork floss? The chicken rolls were decent, the best dish. I didn't try the fried intestines but was told there were okay. The stinky tofu not really stinky. I think it is because we are in the US and many restaurants stopped selling this due to complaints. I can take that but the dipping sauce was lacking with no garlic flavor. The other items were nothing to write home about. We were waiting for our stir fried seafood noodles and finally waved down someone only to find out it is out, but no one told us. So we ordered pork chop bento as we saw the next table had one and the portion was amazing. Well, someone must have eaten our order in the kitchen as ours was half of the size as what we saw from the other table. The decor was very simple and as with most Asian restaurant it was noisy. But I was there for the food so no problem. But the food didn't deliver.

If you've had a "crazy night out" and are looking to recover from a hangover, this is exactly where you need to be. There's something about that warm, soupy bowl of porridge that just brings you back to life the next day. The best part about this place is the variety. You get your porridge and then you head to the counter to pick out all the different sides to eat with it. We went with a solid mix: Braised Squid Perfectly tender and savory. I got the Chinese Squash with Scrambled Egg which a great, light comfort dish that goes perfectly with the texture of the porridge. Also get the anchovies these added that perfect salty crunch. I can't remember the name for these Crunchy Black Mushrooms but these had a great "snap" to them and were soaked in flavor. If you love Taiwan-style porridge or just need a solid meal to settle your stomach, you have to check this place out. I got the beef shank noodle soup with flat noodles. I am a wider noodle type of gal, but I think I would go with the thin noodles next time. Those feel more inherently "correct" for a beef noodle soup dish. I got 3 decently sized pieces of meat. Meat was really tender. Overall a delicious experience. The Ja Jiang mein was not bad, but didn't have that extra umami I had in other places. The leek pies were delicious. Service wasn't bad. Most of the staff were in the kitchen and only one lady worked the front, taking care of the ones lined up for the steamed buns and table service. So I tried to talk to him to see if there's any other options, like Zelle or Venmo, or maybe I can go to a nearby ATM and get some cash. He ignored me and did not respond, and left. I walked around, was finally able to get a waitress who was willing to talk to me. I explained that I didn't know they only took cash and I wonder if I can pay through other ways. She pointed at the wall and told me "it says on the wall", sounding like blaming me for not getting cash ready. Yes, maybe I should have read all the signs on the wall, but I really don't enjoy being blamed when I did nothing wrong. I understand they are under a soft opening still but unfortunately it is not the same! I feel like it is misleading to keep the same name because people expect the old Bing's taste and quality. We ordered the beef roll, chili oil shrimp dumpling, potstickers, braised beef noodle, shrimp fried rice, and xlb. It was off to a very sad start when we got the beef pancake rolls. Usually these should be wrapped in chinese scallion pancake but it was rolled in what looked to be a tortilla and it was served cold. Usually the scallion pancake is fried so it is hot. Also usually some hoisin sauce is used inside the roll but this one had no sauce. There was a dipping sauce that looked like some sort of bean based sauce on the side with oil separated but it just made me wonder if they even know what is authentic for the dish. The braised beef noodle was expected to have more soup but the owner explained that it is a braised beef noodle and if they had added the word soup in the name it would have had more soup in it. Not sure I agree with explanation because there was soup in the bowl just not a lot of it. The noodles were not the same handmade ones that the old Bing's used to serve and the flavor was pretty bland. The xlb were okay but not the same either. Something seems to be missing and was also bland. Usually the chili oil wontons have a little peanut flavor to them in the sauce but this one did not and also tasted bland. I think there was supposed to be pork in there too but there wasn't much pork and 1 shrimp inside each wonton. The shrimp fried rice was fine. My kids liked it but it is hard to mess that up tbh. I think it was just disappointing because we expected the old Bing's experience because the name is the same but our experience this time was not that at all. The people there seemed to be open to the feedback and we shared all this feedback with them in person as well.
