I got the brown sugar sundae and we also ordered the cotton candy sundae that came with melon and mango flavor. Melon Mango Ice Cream Cloud: The melon was flavor was very artificial tasting and the mango flavor was very light. It didn't have much flavor at all. The cotton candy was fun though and all the desserts were quite aesthetically pleasing. Although don't be fooled! The cup doesn't go all the way down the paper cone, it just sits on top of it which was kind of unfortunate but funny to discover. Brown Sugar Boba Sundae: I enjoyed my brown sugar boba sundae. It was very sweet but the milk ice cream was quite good. The boba was also pleasantly cooked, not too hard and overcooked but a nice texture. Overall would come again to try their other desserts once in a while.
Aesthetic dessert spot serving up ice cream, smoothies, and boba drinks. We tried the Dubai chocolate and biscoff soft serve. Portions are def shareable. I think the biscoff one was better and it wasn't overly sweet. I love the cookie crumble topping and the corn flakes on the bottom. I wish they also have hot desserts like taiyaki or waffle cones. That would make this place 5 stars for sure! Kinda random but they have a trinket exchange box here which was pretty cool.

It was my first time trying it, and I didn't taste much of the pistachio flavor. I'm also not sure why corn flakes were added to the bottom of the soft serve. I was a little saddened that the ube flavor wasn't available. Customer service was good. We did wait about 20 minutes for our desserts since it was busy, but the two young ladies working did an excellent job handling everything. The ambiance is cute and matches the ice cream theme of the establishment. There is plenty of parking available in the lot, and there's a good amount of indoor seating. Overall I would definitely recommend. I would like to try other items on the menu.
This place is tucked on the side of the plaza with all the food places and new homegoods/sprouts so it's pretty accessible. The shop itself is clean, bright, and inviting. They have tons of options so everyone's bound to find something they want to get. I opted for the Ube Cloud and Dalgona Oreo Coffee. Ube cloud: 9/10 This is so good, I could probably do without the whipped cream but other than that no complaints. Dalgona Oreo coffee 8/10 This is good if you're interested in that creamy, milky coffee. If that's not your jam, this isn't the coffee for you. If you're into the sweet coffee, you'll love this. Will definitely come back for more.

First time here! I got the Ninja Soft Serve & Mango Sago. Ninja Soft Serve was good and chocolate-y and i like that it comes with a little flower thing to keep ice cream from spilling down. Mango sago was good! Not too sweet but very creamy. Not much interaction with the staff besides thanking them when my order was ready :) There is one iPad kiosk and I think they also take orders at the counter. The interior is really cute and clean! This location is in a new and super busy plaza in Hayward so the parking is literally diabolical esp during peak hours, beware!!

There's tons of newer businesses in here and this shopping center is always busy now. This place is on the left hand side of it. We got the mango ice cream, Dalgona ice cream, strawberry ice cream, & the biscoff ice cream too. They've also got tons of boba tea, smoothies, milk teas, & more. They've got places to sit, or you can take it to go too. Come check this place out.

While I didn't try the same type of drinks again, I got the crystal peach which is like a peach soda with crystal bobas and my cousin tried their dalgona coffee. These drinks were so good! I would easily come back and order them again. My only downside to them was in the soda like drink there were a LOT of seeds. I actually got scared I'd cracked a tooth chewing on the boba before logic reminded me that was impossible and I spit out the seed haha. It's still just as cute on the inside with plenty of seating if you want to come hang out with friends or maybe study, and the workers were very nice and patient as we asked about the menu and took our time ordering.

We decided to get Ice Cream after dinner. We chose to come here. We live pretty close to here. We got 4 soft serves and 1 Ice cream cone. The price altogether was a bit overpriced, but was reasonable considering the quality of the Ice cream. Mango Mellow was my favorite at 6/5 Dalgona coffee soft serve was a 5/5 second favorite Brown sugar Boba soft serve was a 5/5 Dubai chocolate soft serve was a 2/5 the flavor was really overpowering And the smore Ice cream cone was a 3/5 just a plain ice cream with toppings, nothing special. Each soft serve had a layer of frosted flakes on the bottom which the fam found really enjoyable. The service was fast, given how busy it was. Atmosphere was alive and busy even though it was around 8 pm. They were still getting foot traffic. Very nice, would come back again!

Cute little dessert, boba tea place in hayward, with friendly service. I highly recommend these two drinks: Dalgona Vietnamese coffee and Brown Sugar Matcha. It was our first time here and regret that didn't search for it sooner. Yelpers did not disappoint again. This one is a must try. Yummy goodness with every sip. Been wanting to try this place for months. We finally got to go a little after lunch on a Sunday. No lines, plenty of parking. This dessert shop serves ice cream and boba. Very cute inside, a lot of pink. Service was good. We were craving ice cream so we decided to try the mango mellow, it was SO good. Soft creamy mango ice cream with corn flakes and a type of boba I wasn't familiar with but it was nice and chewy. Servings are a good size. We also tried the pistachio ice cream and were not a fan, we couldn't taste the pistachio and it tasted artificial. The mango was the clear winner. Would like to come back and try their boba and the Dubai ice cream. read more

A cute dessert spot with fun flavors, creative toppings, and something for everyone. Stopped by Nobibi after lunch with Face, The Kid, and J for a sweet treat. I ordered the Mini Cloud, which comes with milk-flavored ice cream, freeze-dried strawberries, and a cloud of cotton candy on top. It was delicious and probably my favorite thing we tried. Face ordered the Dubai Chocolate Pistachio Ice Cream. It came loaded with chocolate and kataifi, and while she enjoyed it, she said it wasn't quite as decadent as she expected. The Kid ordered the Brown Sugar Matcha with Boba and really liked it. Jhaneen went with the Oreo Crunch, which comes with corn flakes on the bottom, milk ice cream, Oreos, and fudge. She enjoyed it and definitely cleaned her cup. We also shared the Strawberry Cheese Tea. The cheese foam on top was amazing, but the tea itself reminded me a bit of a flat strawberry soda. The shop itself is bright, clean, and cute, and it's located in a shopping center with plenty of parking. Overall, a fun dessert stop with lots of options. Looking forward to coming back and trying more flavors. read more

The aesthetic is so cute inside. Service was quick for the soft serve. I got the mango mello and loved the thick consistency and toppings. It reminded me of the Filipino mango ice cream taste. Def want to try their Dubai chocolate soft serve next time. read more
We came here for the first time to this new shopping center and enjoyed the Dubai chocolate ice cream. According to the item's description it has: Luxurious pistachio ice cream with real pistachio cream and filled with dusted with crunchy kataifi and crushed pistachios as a topping. The pistachio ice cream really tasted luxurious. It didn't taste like froyo at all. The toppings were also crunchy and fresh. My only complaint about this place is that there was a strong chemical smell either from the bathrooms or the soft serve machines themselves. There was also a lot of space in between the pistachio ice cream as well. read more
Nobibi opened recently in an office spaces at the side of Sprouts. Other major tenants on the perimeter are In n Out Burgers & Raising Cane's Chicken. Plenty of parking in early afternoon. Creative menus created a dilemma of what to order. Staff courteous, semi-efficient. Once ordered & paid, my drink was ready in minutes. Offerings: Ice Cream "creative" licks, cotton candy. Fruit tea slush, fresh fruit tea, boba milk tea, pure matcha, Dalgona coffee, mango sago, milk frosty. Sips: Dalgona Brûlée with boba (6.50) -given wrong size straw, boba hard to suck up. -made with brown sugar not brûlée, charged for boba, later refunded. -lst sip of strong brown sugar, I knew about order mistake. Literally sucked it up. Was able to taste strong coffee near the end. -black boba bigger than the usual. chewiness seem excessive. Not a frequent patron so hard to judge. Wall with colours of bright vanilla & light pink and a wreath flowers, brown Nobibi lettering & banners of various colors. Not many tables inside. Soft rhythmic music in background. 4.5 stars worthy: YMMV. Quantity: very good-creative drinks & lick creations. Quantity: reasonable. Needs better execution in service & food prep-errors need to be excised. read more
Nobibi has been all over my IG feed so of course we had to stop by for some ice cream. There were quite a few people inside, especially on a Sunday afternoon. They only had one kiosk available, so I ended up ordering at the counter. The employee who took my order was very friendly. I ordered the biscoff ice cream and it was very creamy. I really enjoyed the crushed biscoff that was sprinkled throughout the ice cream. It's definitely on the pricier side but well worth the price for a treat. They were open during Christmas yay.... Finally decided to try this place out for dessert and did not disappoint. This is a cute little dessert spot off of mission. It's a pink place which I already love. We got three items, 2 desserts, one drink. We ordered using the tablet which was pretty easy to use. We got the dubai chocolate, mango mellow and their grapefruit fruit tea drink. The food and drinks were served in a timely manner and we didnt have to wait long. So service was good in that instance. Both the soft serve dessert we got was really good. They both have a unique taste to it and not sweet at all. The crunch they put on the bottom of the soft serve was a perfect addition to their toppings. Their drinks were also good, great tea selection. The only time I interacted with someone was when we picked up our food. I believe both owners were in the store when we went cause whenever they got busy they both would ring up people. They're very attentive and made people weren't waiting long to order and they greeted everyone. One thing I would say though is, they had a sample tray with sample drinks on them and the servers kept on putting drinks and desserts on that same tray which is honestly contaminating their sample drinks. So they should probably make an adjustment to that. It is clean and they stay on top of the tables getting cleaned and what not. Great dessert, definitely a must try. Hopefully they extend their hours. They close pretty early. read more

I love that this area has more restaurants and stores! I saw a new dessert place pop up and checked out the reviews. Decided to stop by after dinner for the sweets. Nice lit place. Price is reasonable and for the quality/taste of the drinks, it was worth it. You can order with a person or using the self serve kiosk. They have a bunch of options available with alternative milk, toppings, sweetness, and ice. We got the ube cloud and the mango sago. The ube tasted more like a taro. Most likely not get this again. It was good if you like taro but I prefer ube. The mango sago was pretty good. Highly recommend. The huge downside to this place was the wait time. Waited close to 30mins for two drinks. I would be back since there are more things to try! read more
Walked in on thr grand opening and had no idea. My wofe and I thought thr place looked interesting enough to walk in try it. We got the creme brulee matcha latte and the dubai chocolate pistachio from. It was great! Both were good and the price for what it is was super reasonable. Location is brand spanking new so everything was clean and modern. Service was super good. Efficient. We'd come back for that pistachio from again. Nobibi popped into my Insta. The place looked really cute and the soft serve flavors were so cute. We drove all the way here to check it out and I liked the location. Inside I was immediately happy with the pink decor. Could use some more pictures. There were so many flavors I wanted to try. For our first visit we got the Dubai chocolate soft serve and the mango drink. I liked that the soft serve was not too sweet. The mango drink tasted super fresh and made with real mangoes! You can feel and taste the quality of the ice cream. The Ube is actual ube, not artificial. The coffee was also strong, which I prefer. I definitely recommend stopping by Nobibi and trying different menu items. Staff are super attentive and welcoming and they also have the option to order on the tablet. read more
Came here during their soft opening. The interior is very simple but cute. The decor reminds me of Museum of Ice Cream, which is very fitting since this is an ice cream shop. Bright, vibrant, but not overblown with colors. I got the Ninja (personal favorite) and Dream Cloud. I want to preface by saying I'm not a huge fan of chocolate ice cream, but something about Ninja hit different. Wasn't too sweet and there was a balance of flavor. Even the waffle cone was really good. They also sprinkle the top with green pop rocks which was a surprise factor. Dream Cloud was alright, a little messy to eat. It's served in a bowl and they put the bowl inside the cotton candy which gives it that aesthetics look to it. I also enjoyed the toppings, or should I say, bottom fillings of Frosted Flakes I think under the ice cream. read more

I went with my friends to try out this new dessert place. There were so many treats to choose from but my friend tried the Dalgona coffee I got the Dubai ice cream and my sister got the Thai tea. She did not like the Thai tea and thought it was watery. My friend didn't like the coffee but I thought it was quite rich and tasted good. My ice cream was my favorite. It had crunch, a mix of flavors and textures, and a pretty big portion (perfect for sharing). I would come back to try the other drinks like the biscoff and dalgona coffee as well! read more

We came here a couple days after the soft opening! The shop is super cute, decorated with lots of clouds and rainbows. We ordered from the self-service tablet, but the staff seemed friendly and asked if we had any questions about the menu. We ordered the Biscoff soft serve and the brown sugar boba soft serve - I'm not a huge sweets girlie, but even I thought these were both delicious! The vanilla soft serve is so nice and creamy, not icy at all, and wasn't overpoweringly sweet! Both also came with corn flakes at the bottom, which was a pleasant crunchy surprise! Biscoff soft serve comes with a HEAVY drizzle of caramel in the center, topped with Biscoff cookie crumbs and a full Biscoff cookie. The slight crunch from the cookie crumbs and the sweetness from the caramel with the creamy soft serve was perfect! The boba in the brown sugar soft serve comes warm, so eat quickly! However, the warmth kept the boba nice and chewy in the soft serve! This was way too sweet for my liking, but my hubby who has a huge sweet tooth loved this! Although I don't eat a ton of desserts, my husband insists that we need to come back and try all their flavors lol. I really want to try their Dalgona coffee next time too! read more
We live 5 minutes away from here so I've been WAITING for this place to open! They had their soft opening so we finally got to try it-right now they are still testing a smaller menu but there were still plentyyyy of yummy flavor choices. My husband got the oreo on chocolate soft serve while I got the biscoff on milk soft serve. While I was savoring mine, my husband said "oh there's crunchies at the bottom" which I just shrugged at since there were cookie crumbs layered throughout the whole soft serve, so duh there would be crunchies at the bottom! But when I got to the bottom of mine, I realized the crunchies were like frosted flakes, which actually is very yummy combination with the soft serve! I may have to ask for extra next time ahaha. My only complaint overall with the soft serve is that it is soooo sweet, my husband and I agreed to share a cup the next time lol. I plan on trying their bobas next time, but they did have samples of their strawberry matcha out today. The matcha flavor was pretty mild and more sweet/milky than I prefer, but I might still give it another try in the future since matchas tend to be my go tos. read more

While shopping at sprouts, we noticed that Nobibi is now having their soft opening so ofcourse we went in to get a treat. There were a few groups of people waiting and also enjoying their treats. Sadly their menu tv is not working and they have a self serv order menu. There was no one else taking order We placed our order - I wanted a simple soft serve so I got the smores soft serve. We were nervous it will be a long wait but we were ready for it. Fortunately it wasn't that long, although there were still folks who got there before us waiting for their order The soft was just ok. Idk why it's called smores besides the toasted marshmallow on top. Will probably wait for them to get their kinks before coming back to try them again. Very cute inside with a lots of seating, unlike other boba places. However they charge 1.00 for alternative milk, not cool for lactose intolerant folks. Boba is also an extra . 85c. I ordered the roasted milk tea w brulee and it cost 8.00 $ with boba included. There were 3 workers. Someone took my order but there's also a screen where you can order . It took a few minutes to make. I asked for 25 % sweetness. The tea was good but the boba was too mushy. The brulee was also very minimal. read more

Was in the area and wanted matcha and found this spot! It is located in a busy parking lot, but was able to find parking fairly quickly. My friend and I ordered matcha lattes; I got mine with 25% sweet while my friend got the regular amount. Our orders were ready pretty quickly. At first sip, I was in love. I loved the flavor of the matcha. The shop is super cute with the floral designs as well as ice cream designs. Plenty of tables and seating if you wanted to stay and enjoy your treats. i tried the biscoff matcha and it was pretty solid,, more of a dessert matcha so don't expect a strong matcha flavor. it's a good creamy drink and the biscoff crumbs make the drink so yummy,, i got no caramel bc i don't like caramel,, pretty heavy drink too so i get pretty full halfway thru the drink read more

Pretty fast service. Came on a Sunday afternoon and got there right before a rush of people came in. We ordered the Dubai chocolate, ube cloud milk frosty, and 2 kids size vanilla with cookie crumb - one on a cone, and one in a cup. Servings are big. The ube cloud wasn't as creamy as I expected it to be. But it was still good. It had some taro chunks in it too. The Dubai chocolate was good but i probably wouldn't order it again.
