I was next door getting food when I saw the sign for Cool Tea. They offer savory snacks and desserts as well as a variety of drinks. Their drinks range from milk tea, fruit tea, lattes, matchas, slushies and more. Service was quick and the employee was friendly. Inside had plenty of tables and board games. The tables were clean also. I ordered two fruit teas and their blueberry matcha. The blueberry matcha was really good and had real blueberries. I'll come back to try their snacks next time.

Was surprised to see a Cool Tea Bar in fremont! Very solid place, nothing fancy or mind blowing but its what you'd expect. Every drink ive gotten has gave me a feeling of nostalgia. It doesnt try to do too much in a time where there are so many Boba spots that try to impress you with every little thing. There are arcade games inside, but ive never seen anyone use them. I got their thai tea and an ube croffle. I was pleasantly surprised as I was disappointed by croffles before. The cream was so good, not too sweet (one of the highest forms of compliments btw). And the croffle was soft yet firm on the outside. Their thai tea was okay, not that strong but still pretty good and light. This place is next to my MMA gym so im hoping to come here more often for their snacks and dessert. The LARGE sizes are massive!

This family owned business, and Chloe their cashier, made my experience so much better because she really was knowledgeable on the menu and the best sellers! Even though this spot is new, they already seem to be making their mark in Fremont. Their croffles are so sweet, tasty, and fun! And they come in the cutest pig container lol! Their teas are delicious, and not overly sweet, and all natural ingredients, no syrups! And the popcorn chicken, their newest item that launched today was the perfect crisp and deliciously tender in the inside! Not dry! Def the next hangout spot, as it's super spacious inside with arcade games to keep you busy!

After taking my son to his doctor appointment, we dropped by here to get a few drinks. We ordered pearl milk tea, roasted milk tea and red bean milk tea (all half sugar, light ice & add boba). We arrived roughly 30 min after it had opened for the day and there was only one customer in front of us but our drinks took forever to be ready. In all of the drinks, you can only taste the milk and no tea flavor (not even in the roasted milk tea drink). The boba has no flavor and it was too chewy (needs to be cooked longer). After drinking 30% of my red bean milk tea, I gave the rest to my husband. Even my son who loves boba, said the boba had no flavor so he also didn't want to finish his drink.

Glad Cool Tea Bar has opened a new location! I got the grass jelly roasted milk tea and the strawberry smoothie. You can adjust the sweetness on the smoothies. The drinks tasted like what I am used to from their SF Chinatown location! I will say that for the roasted milk tea, it doesn't have the strongest tea flavor (at least when it's 70% sweet), but the roasted flavor comes through nicely. I love how much drink you get with the large size.

I've been to a lot of boba spots over the years, and no matter how many new places pop up or how many I try, I always find myself coming back here. It's just one of those tried-and-true, never-disappoints kind of spots. From the moment you walk in, the vibe is clean, relaxed, and easy to hang out in. Whether you're just grabbing a quick drink or staying a while to catch up with friends this place is definitely the rock in my boba rotation. My go-to order here never misses. If I'm in a milk tea mood, I always get the grass jelly roasted milk tea (it's their bestseller for a reason). And when I want something lighter and refreshing, the kumquat lemon green tea is a must. I usually go for 50-70% sweetness depending on the day since their drinks are already super well-balanced. Honestly, you can't go wrong either way. Service is quick and friendly, even when it gets busy, and the pricing feels fair for the quality you're getting. It's also a great spot for groups, especially when they offer a LARGE size or party sets. This is one of those places that delivers consistently. Good drinks, good atmosphere, and attention to quality. If you've been here before, you already know you can expect that same great experience every time. And if it's your first visit, you'll be welcomed into a spot that really highlights high-quality taiwanese milk tea.

Definitely give their beef stew rice noodle a try! It tastes like pho and is good value.

Visited recently and got Jasmine milk tea with boba, popcorn chicken, fried tofu, and oreo croffle. All were good and I'm happy to have this new location nearby. Owner is super nice and I'm looking forward to trying the rice bowls and other snacks.

    No boba

So bad I ask for boba in my drink and wasn't no boba and I pay for the boba I'm so disappointed of this place my first time there and my last

    Jasmine MILK TEA

I came here on a Tuesday afternoon and it was pretty quiet and there was plenty of seating. I didn't take pictures of the interior but it was clean and they had a menu with a variety of options for beverages and snacks. I think this makes a good place for friends to hangout. The employee was very welcoming and kind, which I always appreciate when I'm going on my food adventures. I got an original mochi egg waffle which wasn't overwhelmingly sweet. It paired well with my jasmine milk tea with pearls. I usually get less sugar (in this case I didn't) so it was sweeter than what I prefer, however it was still very flavorful and did not disappoint. I look forward to stopping by again to try other items.

My favorite boba place around this side of the Bay. I always get the roasted milk tea 70% sweet with cool tea balls and it hits every time. Service is really good too and it's not crowded at all. We got the matcha egg waffle too and it's pretty light and mochi textured inside with a good crisp.

    Mango sauce

Stopped by for the 2nd time and that mango sauce they have for the chicken got me in a headlock. If you like spicy and sweet get the spicy popcorn chicken and the mango sauce it is a match made in heaven. Wish they sold it by the bottle I would have it on deck at all times it's that good

Brown sugar milk tea, strawberry milk tea, & popcorn chicken with secret sauce.

This was our first time trying this tea spot after the business changed. They have a lot of drinks available. Drink process range from $6-7.50. Plus $1 per topping. They also make croffles too, that are $7 each. There is a sign for popcorn chicken, fries, & something else. No pricing for that. The area is very spacious and good if you want to do some work or meet some friends. The drinks come in regular and large. Large was bigger than what I thought. We got 2 drinks and popcorn chicken and paid $27.10. Don't get 120% sweetness. The drinks come at a good sweetness level. The two people at the counter were very nice and patient. I would come back again.

Im not a milk tea fanatic. I think milk tea can really be unhealthy with the sugar and pearls, but I'll drop by on occasion. My favourite item on the menu is the ice fruit tea (no sugar). It has freshly brewed tea with pineapple bits, pineapple jam, and thinly slices of lime lemon apple. I really enjoy sipping on it on a hot day and scooping out the fruit with the fork after the tea has been consumed. Ive tried many tea shops but this is the one place where the tea is properly brewed using their tea espresso. The tea espresso really brings out the taste in the tea. You can't find that anywhere else.

We've ordered their Green Tea with Cream, a few of their teas, Lemon and Mango Condensed Milk, and Dong Ding Oolong Tea. There are two self-order kiosks, and a sign that states how long it'll take for your drink to be made (based on busyness). Their drinks are creamy, and not too sweet, which is our preference. The teas are always brewed according to what the best extraction would be and the team is always friendly and welcoming. Efficient and clean, it's always a treat to go! On the weekends or during peak hours, the line is out the door and it can get really busy, so keep that in mind when you make a visit! There are tables available with outlets and a restroom, and they have a few board games you can play with friends if you plan to hangout here. I don't recommend trying to study here during peak hours because there have been times we have visited where it gets really loud and it is hard to hear conversations. The price does add up but it's a nice sweet treat to have whenever you are in the area!

It's certainly not my aesthetic, but I guess it caters to kids and teens. Tried couple of teas (watermelon and passionfruit, strawberry and matcha) and popcorn chicken. What I loved about the boba tea was the actual pieces of watermelon - tea and ingredients were fresh and tasty! Popcorn chicken was okayish- it was kind of soggy and was a bit stale. I might come back to try out some of their mango based drinks, which seem popular. One of the observations I had was the staff wasn't very good at communication and seemed a little preoccupied (maybe it was the influx of orders). I had particularly ordered my tea with boba. On getting the order, I told the staff it was missing boba. He simply shrugged and asked if I want boba on the side. I am not sure if people have boba on the side in their teas (do they?!), but I requested him for another drink with the boba INSIDE. But overall, it was an average experience for me, but I might come back for some of the other teas and will probably have it to-go.
