The meat quality was pretty good, esp the beef belly. I'm not a fan of the electric grills, as they would overcook the meat pretty fast, but the servers will turn it down if you ask them. We like being in control of the grill, but it's a nit picky thing. :) The only thing that was strange was that they had told us that they were short on veggies and were saving them for their main dishes aka they wouldn't give us an onion. Other than that, the servers were sweet, and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. For Arizona, this was ok. 5 stars for blasting more OG K-pop music ala Big Bang and EXO! :D

Naturally, I smothered them in bacon, sautéed onions, and sour cream because moderation is for people eating salads. Each bite tasted like a warm hug from someone's Ukrainian (grandma) who also wanted to make sure you never skipped a meal again. Just when I thought my arteries had filed for divorce, dessert arrived: a cottage cheese crepe with berry sauce that was somehow light, rich, sweet, and ridiculously good all at once. This isn't a place that wastes time trying to impress you with Edison bulbs, reclaimed wood, or a menu that describes water as "locally sourced." The only thing that was out of place was the price point was probably $5 more per sandwich than I would typically like to pay for lunch. The uncharted is worth it (pun) given the nearby options, but does make it a place I would look to have catered or as a planned spend, rather than a spur of the moment lunch. What We Ordered: - German Potato Salad: My cousin ordered and really liked it. I'm not a fan of German potato salad, so I didn't enjoy the flavor. I'll stick to my potato salad. - Potato Salad: Pretty decent for a potato salad, but nothing standout for me. - Meatball Sub: My cousin and his son split this, and they said it was quite large. They wished it had more sauce, but still overall a decent meatball sub. - Caesar Salad + Chicken: I couldn't snap a photo before my cousin's girlfriend and his daughter tore into this. They seemed very pleased with the salad and at a glance, it looked pretty delicious. - Philly Cheesesteak: My dad said it was very good and ate the whole thing! - Roasted Veggie Wrap: My mom said it was nice, and veggies are refreshing on a hot summer day. It was wrapped well, and enjoyed the umami of the mushrooms and balsamic glaze. - Pastrami Reuben: I loved this sandwich! The pastrami was delicious, and I'm excited to have leftovers which is saying something. I'm not usually one to look forward to leftovers. - Turkey & Swiss Wrap: My auntie throughly enjoyed this, and said it was the perfect last meal in America before heading back to England. - Chef Salad: My auntie and I split this to have a bit of veg. Lovely salad with lots of ingredients that complimented each other well. - The American (Reuben-style): My cousin really enjoyed this sandwich and said it was quite large. Next time, she could easily split with me or her fiancée. - Cuban: My cousin's fiancée ordered this and said it's the best Cuban sandwich he's ever had! Quite high remarks. Honestly, I'm not sure I could pick a better place. Very friendly, quick service, and great eats. Definitely return to this location when in the area, and will recommend to family and friends.
