HORRIBLE, horrible experience. I am so disappointed in this place. I use to eat here all the time. Order through grubhub and had no issues with them. Recieved my order and It wasn't what I ordered. The lady on the phone just continuously ARGUED with me that I was wrong and it was my fault. I even read her my receipt and she still played dumb and even suggested "next time I just call" Didn't try to help fix my order at all or make it right for me. Basically just told me, YOU'RE FAULT. I even offered to come back to pick up the items I ordered. She still just kept putting blame on me. I've never had such a rude encounter with an establishment. And we spend 32 dollars and didn't even get to eat our food. Don't come here. They don't care about your happiness just taking your money. read more

Soooo I ordered delivery for the second time from this crazy place called CHOPSTICKS EXPRESS. I'm hoping I didn't swallow any other fucking metal pieces from this place. I ordered chicken fried rice, crispy teriyaki chicken, and crap puffs. I found a piece of metal in my rice at least 3-4 inches long. WTF???? I want to call and give them the business, but I don't want to end up pulling up and going to jail aka the matrix. I'm so pissed. Inexcusable hoping i dint swallow any other metal. I might need to hit the ER to make sure I didn't eat any metal wow.....smfh. Never again..... read more

I feel that the people leaving bad reviews on here are completely wrong. I ordered delivery from here on grubhub to try something new. I read the reviews on here and was skeptical, but there were good ones too so i gave it a shot. Crispy teriyaki chicken. It was tender and saucy and sweet and i thought it was amazing. The rice was nothing special but enjoyable and the egg roll was amazing. Definately recommended if your lookiing for some great chinese food. read more

This restaurant has the best soup especially wonton soup egg rolls and crab puffs the dinner and lunch specials are so great and amazingly priced. They deliver to the east valley up to Ray road . I can't get enough of their wonton soup it's the only place I'll eat it from The staff is friendly, bring the food hot upon delivery even at 45 minutes to an hour Best place for Chinese delivery!!!:) my favorite!! read more
