The spice wasn't too much, I probably could've leveled up, but enjoyed it where it was at. There was a good amount of beef, fish cakes, and veggies. The broth was very flavorful and the staff came over offering to refill multiple times. The hotpot stays boiling through most of the meal so the soup stay hot. The sauces on the side mixed together were also a great addition. You can choose between a side of rice or noodle which is also nice. I don't find the price point too expensive for the portion size. It had Taiwanese cabbage, pork slices, kimchi, dumpling, vermicelli, mini sausage, shrimp, enoki mushroom, kamaboko, tempura, clam, fuzhou fishball, soft tofu, fried tofu skin, zucchini, imitation crabmeat, egg, and scallion. The pork slices were thinly sliced meat. It didn't taste overwhelmingly like kimchi. The mini sausage was cut on the end to look like an octopus. The shrimp still had its head on and shell. The kamaboko the fish cake with pink outside that is thinly sliced. I didn't see tempura or zucchini. The clam meat was small. The fishball had fish in the center of the white ball.
