Even though I have driven by this restaurant more times than I can count, I recently made my first visit. Previously, I had walked by and saw lots of people inside and nice advertisements for hand, pulled, or knife cut noodles. When I visited, the restaurant was partially full, but by the time I left, it was packed with a wait at the door. The staff was very friendly and kind. The outside and inside decor shows that this is a no-frills restaurant, but it makes up for it with amazing food. I ordered the mapo tofu, the pepper, beef noodle soup, and the tofu noodles. The pepper beef soup had a nice bite to it, but was a different kind of hot spice then other heat brought by oils or chili peppers. The broth was flavored well and the soup had a great balance of meat and vegetables. The noodles were wonderfully chewy and tender. It was a bit challenging to eat them at first since they were very long but once they were cut, things went much quicker. The noodles and tofu had a wonderful sauce on them, and the noodles could have been eaten by themselves alone. I appreciated the fried tofu and plentiful vegetables, which aren't always in some dishes. The Mapo tofu had a side of rice and was pleasantly seasoned. It wasn't too spicy, but had a nice depth to it. I also had an order of Xiao long bao and barbecue pork bow buns. These were great, but we're so overshadowed by the rest of the food that they took a back seat. However, they are excellent even if a person orders just these. I had leftovers and this place has the most amazing containers and to go bags whether it is for a local delivery or dine in and takeout. So cool! When I reheated the leftovers the next day, the flavors had had a chance to meld and deepen and the food was next level. I almost want to order again just to be able to eat everything the next day. This is my new favorite spot and I am only kicking myself for not coming here earlier.

Bean-curd salad and cucumber salad were very fresh and interesting. Potstickers were okay. Too much pork inside, Crab wontons super sweet. Did not like the sweet flavor. They were also cleerly burnt. Non spicy beef tripe. Loved that! Super unique and great texture! Orange chicken with rice noodles was delicious. Overall food was fine. I appreciated that they were willing to modify items to my taste. Service was not very friendly or engaging and it was uncomfortable warm inside. 4 star nevertheless did creativity and freshness.

One of the places on my list of places I wanted to go. The rating was pretty high. Me and my son often order just appetizers off a menu. Guess we should have ordered the noodles. The lamb skewers were pretty tasty and spicy, but tough. The wings were also well seasoned and crispy, but we're the size of sparrow wings. The steamed dumplings were bland, almost watery. The pot stickers were also lacking flavor. The xiao long pretty good. The hot chili were pretty tasty, but the chili oil wasn't very hot. All in all, we were not impressed. Our server acted like he wanted to be somewhere else, and mumbled. We were the only ones there. The dining area was neat and clean (maybe because they didn't have any customers). Maybe I'd have a better opinion if I had tried the noodles, since it is a noodle house. Guess I'll never know, because I won't be back.

If you are looking for comfort food with a serious kick, this bowl of spicy noodle soup is an absolute masterpiece. From the first lift of the chopsticks to the last spoonful of broth, every single element hits the mark

Came here for lunch and after I walked in I realized I tried the one in Chandler.. Oh well... Ordered the double pepper beef noodle soup with handpulled noodle. This one was recommended by the guy who took my order. Dish came out quick, which is nice. Broth was pretty darn yummy. Not as spicy as I would like, for a dish that suppose to be spicy. This bowl had some extra vegetables, like broccoli, tomato, jalapeño and other stuff I didn't know. The noodle though.. One of the better noodles I had in the valley.. Nice chew from hand pulled and fresh tasting. Over all dish was very good. I added some extra chilli oil for extra spice. This was probably one of the better Chinese handpulled noodle dish in the valley. I would definitely come back here.

Kungfu Noodles and the absolutely addictive popcorn chicken!!!! Don't miss it. Family favorites: Soup Dumplings...excellent skin and terrific black vinegar dipping sauce. Fried dumplings are something special. Fried and ready to pull apart. All the soup noodles are delicious. The noodles are hand pulled. Fried noodles with veggies...wonderful s

Been coming here since it was called Kung Fu Ramen and it hasn't disappointed! Delicious hand pulled noodles. They've done quite a few renovations lately so the takeout and eat in experience keeps getting better. We usually get the spicy beef noodles but I decided to go for the Zha Jiang noodles (black bean noodles with cucumber and pork) and it was one of the best I've had. I normally prefer the Korean Zhajiang noodles but the one they make here has a fragrant garlic oil that takes this dish to the top. Highly recommended!

The sustainable packaging - great for reheating too.

We ordered via DoorDash, and we were not disappointed! This was the best packaged meal I have ever had! The food was beyond marvelous!!! I had the Dan Dan Noodles, and they were authentic street food quality - they were room temp and spicy in the best of ways. The broccoli and beef was succulent and tender in a very memorable sauce. The cucumber salad was a nice accompaniment to the spice of the noodles. We also had the shrimp and pork dumplings- those had a sauce that was slightly sweet - still great. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough - it is that good!!!!

I saw this place pop up on my social media and was craving some Asian food. I ordered delivery so haven't been into the restaurant yet. Let me say, I'm an avid lover of all Asian food, and this place is now my number one go to spot. I was so surprised by the super cute reusable delivery bag! I'm definitely going to be using this. They specialize in hand made noodles and you can 100% taste the difference. I order two types of dumplings, Xiao long Bao and steamed pork and shrimp dumplings, and the Mongolian beef with noodles. Absolutely delicious! The quality is unmatched and tasted so fresh! I will be a return customer and have already told my friends that we should make lunch plans here.

Disappointed with this eatery since it fell well short of the high average rating of yelpers who frequent this restaurant. Parking is shared in the strip center. The interior is clean and decorated with an Asian flare. I just arrived from driving in from So Cal and opted to eat here which I was seated immediately. The staff was semi friendly, but the food was not what I'm used to compared to our So Ca options. Selected the Beef noodle soup, xlb's and Dan dan noodles. The beef noodle soup included tomato slices and broccoli which is the first time I've ever experienced this, (Eaten this in Taiwan) and the Xiao Long Bao had a distinctive unpleasant after taste. The Dan dan noodles were not bad but still lacked flavor. Overall, I would not return here in the future since the food I ordered fell short of authenticity, flavor and quality.

Highly recommended it !!! Food was so delicious and service great !!!!!

Really solid place for some traditional Chinese beef noodle soup. The noodle texture in all the dishes were great, but the start was definitely the beef noodle soup. Could be spicier for my preference, but great flavor. The dan dan noodles were good, but I've definitely had better. It just lacked a bit of depth and spice. The chili dumplings were good as well, but again lacked spice for being a "chili" dish. Solid place overall though!

Silverlake Ramen is a great fast casual ramen place near ASU. They used to have servers per other…read morereviews but now have kiosks to order from up front, and I'm totally fine with that. They still bring out food, drinks, and check on tables so there is service provided. Everything was quick and most of all tasty! Both of our ramens were medium spicy which can be modulated since the spicy paste is on the side and added to the broth. Overall both ramen bowls were delicious and with plenty of toppings included. One broth was clear, other was creamy and noodles had good texture. The noodle type isn't my exact favorite type of ramen but I still enjoyed it. I prefer a thicker ramen noodle. I still ate the whole damn thing lol. The chicken bun was very good although not spicy. I liked it-- chicken was nice and crispy and the bun was super soft & pillowy. The shrimp tempura hand roll was solid. No complaints. Tbh, I liked the food more than I expected to. Which is always nice when that happens. We've had this on our list to try since it opened over a couple years ago. Just kept forgetting about it. Glad we finally made it in :)

Interesting concept of order, pay, take number and sit. It will be interesting to see how that works when it's busy. Food cane pretty quick, and my ramen presentation was nice. Mixed the extra chilli and broth had little kick but not extra spicy. Ramen noodle was pretty tasty and chewy. Portion could have been little bit bigger but not too bad. Edamame was same ole same ole nothing out of the ordinary. Chicken karaage was bit disappointing, portion was pretty good but then chicken was soggy and didn't care for all the sweet sauce that was on it. My friend complained that her shoyu ramen was very salty. So I tasted the broth and it was little on the salty side. Over all food was not bad but I had a higher expectation. Definitely was not good enough for me to return.
