We have been coming here for over two decades. The food we had yesterday was so good! It tasted even better than before (the last time we ate here was about a year ago). We had a large party and made reservations ahead of time. Since it was during lunch, the service was slower than we would have liked, but the food was worth the wait. We enjoy the family-friendly atmosphere and will definitely eat here again soon!

Very solid Chinese restaurant! Went here on Christmas Day and was very satisfied with the experience. All of the food was well priced and had generous portions. The quality was overall pretty good as well. Our favorite was the chow fun and the duck! The service was pleasant but a bit slow initially. We probably waited 15-20 minutes until we ordered. But it was a holiday so they could've been short staffed.

Please get the fish and noodles great combo loved it delicious I would only eat here if I could love it

Delicious authentic dishes with very reasonable prices. The Peking Duck is so good! Worth going for that dish alone.

We've been coming here for over 15 years. Authentic mom and pop - family run Chinese restaurant. The service has always been great and everyone here is very friendly. The owners are amazing and treat you like family. Food is never disappointing and tastes so good!!! For the amount of food you get, the prices are 100% reasonable and the food is worth every penny. We also tried takeout during Covid and were not disappointed. The parking is ample in a shopping center. Don't be fooled by the unassuming exterior. This gem is well worth the visit.

Tao Garden is pretty good! I like most of the entrees they offer. I probably had almost all of them over the years. I looked at some other people's suggestions and they all looked good! Their restaurant is located on the corner of the plaza, close to the street. This is good because then it is easy to get there and park. There is a Taco Bell close by though and their drive through gets busy. There is enough parking in the parking lot which is good. The service is usually fast but when it is rush hour, it can get slow. I would suggest the hot and sour soup. That is always a popular dish with my family and friends. I also like a couple of their noodle dishes. I think Hong Kong style noodles. I like their chicken dishes more than the beef dishes or the fish dishes. Great flavors and textures.

Decent Cantonese style Chinese food in the area. We got the... -Duck: on the leaner side but still some fat on the skin. Nice flavor, would be good for those who don't want fatty meat -Beef & bittermelon: just ok. Do not get if you can't handle bitter flavors! I thought the melon overpowered the beef but maybe it is supposed to be like that -Braised Tofu: ok vegetarian option. Not much flavor. -Walnut shrimp: delicious and authentic! Some places deep fry it and that is NOT the way to go -Eggplant & pork: this was tasty but there was hardly any pork! Otherwise great dish -Yang Zhou fried rice: very average. They did give us a huge plate of rice on the side for free which we didn't expect! Probably won't return for awhile if at all as we have a list of other Chinese restaurants to try in the area...

This place is incredible. I was recently in Hong Kong and eating the food here really transported me back. The fish clay pot might be one of the best I've eaten in my entire life! The fish was cooked beautifully, tofu was plentiful, and sauce was warm and hearty but not too heavy. The beef clay pot is also extremely high quality. It's very hard to find this level of Cantonese authenticity around the valley but I'm so glad it's available here. The portion sizes here are also very generous. Will be returning next week, and the week after, and the week after that for the foreseeable future!

They have some pretty good food at Tao Garden. They serve typical Chinese food like hot and sour soup as well as egg drop soup. Their rice and noodles are good. Their rice isn't dry. The noodles are crispy depending on what you get. They also have soft noodles too. I got some pan fried crispy noodles that had a sauce that made it not so crispy. The sauce softened the noodles. I think the noodles got a little fatter with the sauce. These noodles came with carrots. The other noodles were wide and flat. These noodles looked like they had soy sauce on them. They came with bean sprouts. I also had soft tofu and fish. The fish had a batter on it. The eggplant dish was quite sweet. The service is quick and I got my food fast.

Yelp got it wrong to give Tao Garden such low rating. Tao Garden your food is delicious!!! I don't usually give any rating but today I need to. I eat around enough to know their food is always consistently delicious, perfect ingredients with amazing aroma for a reasonable price and so much choices!!! Give this place a chance and you will see other restaurants price gouge on their mediocre menu.

This place needs an upgrade with their decor but the food is good. We came here twice and had good dining experiences. Service was good and food is authentic. We really like their garlic pea sprout and ordered it both times.

When choosing all you can eat buffets, I think you have to be realistic about what you are trying…read moreto achieve versus what is realistically possible. And with that declaration, I will say that Pacific seafood buffet definitely delivers as long as your expectations are realistic. And I would even argue that even if your expectations aren't realistic, they do a pretty damn good job delivering the goods when it comes to variety. While this is not a sushi buffet focused concept, they have a lot of great premade rolls sashimi and nigiri available around the sushi bar along with all the accompaniments that you would need to just eat sushi if that's what you desire. But they have far more selection than just those items. In addition to that they seem to be primarily known for their fresh crab legs, shrimp, and other seafood, but I honestly found those items to be some of the less interesting and less flavorful items available in the restaurant. As with any of these crab leg based, buffet's, the crab legs stayed empty, or mostly empty with you, having to special request some from your server, or at least notification from one of the cooks on when the next batch was going to be dumped. Again, as long as your expectations are in line, this is probably not a big deal for you. It wasn't for us. What I really like about this spot is the level of delicacies they offer which are clearly targeted to a primarily native Asian audience but for foodies like me, who like to venture out and try new things, this is a great way to do it without having to feel like you wasted your money on one dish that you may or may not end up eating. And while they encourage you to eat the food you take off of the buffet, they are not militant about it and don't hesitate to clean plates off of the table or refill your drinks, which is something we really appreciated. It can be a little crowded with larger families and crab leg fanatics, who only seem to be there to rush to the bar every time a new set of crabs are dumped, but other than that I would say this is a pretty enjoyable spot if you're just looking for a very affordable seafood buffet that features some of the better fresh seafood and sashimi items in the city.

We paid and walked out. If you can't match your pricing to your own website, that's a red flag. Won't be returning, and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

This place looked like it did a good seafood boil and was located near where our hotel was. Upon entering we were greeted and sat right away. He ordered a shrimp basket while I ordered my usual snow crab. Heads up, all the supplies will be brought in the bottom of the discard bucket like gloves, lemons, and crab crackers. I wasn't aware of this, and placed all the discarded items on top of it while eating bareheaded as I didn't see supplies, and no one was around to ask. Usually places will bring on the side, and I wish I was told that in advance when it was brought to the table. It made for quite the mess, but if we return I'll know for next time. Once our server returned to check in after 10+ minutes that's when we were advised, and I adjusted though I had put my boil bag in there so most had been soiled. As for the food, he liked his shrimp while I thought the crab was okay in flavor/spice. They have a pretty basic menu, with some appetizers, and then all seafood options are available to be ordered as salads, tacos, sandwiches, and platters. My friend ordered the Garlic Butter Red Snapper sandwich and I got two tacos, one shrimp & one fried fish. We also got a side of fries (paid extra as there are no sides that come with the sandwich). My friend said her sandwich was pretty good, a bit messy to eat but had good flavors. That was the least expensive sandwich option, which was already a bit of a steep cost, the other were even more. If it came with fries or another side, it might have been a better deal. The additional side of fries we ordered were good though, nothing special, but nice and crispy as you'd want. While there was nothing inherently wrong with the tacos, it is interesting that all options have the same toppings (cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cheese, and white sauce); the protein is the only thing that's different. The fish was fried well and crispy, shrimp was pretty basic. There was a lot of cabbage and not enough sauce so I had asked for additional dressing on the side so I could basically eat the taco like a mini salad. The restaurant is nice and service was good while we were there. We had gotten soda and our server checked in on us multiple times to ensure we had everything we wanted. I'd order something else next time, like maybe the larger plate (with protein, rice, and salad) or just a traditional fish & chips basket that comes with coleslaw. Companion and I arrived at 5:45 and were seated promptly. Our server Nikki brought menus and took our drink orders. We started off with Calamari. It was perfectly cooked and came with 2 sauces that I have never had served with it before. One was MaPloi, and the other was an aioli that was nicely spicey. The portion was large and unfortunately, we couldn't finish it. Companion ordered Fish & Chips. A nice sized portion of cod, perfectly fried. Unfortunately, the chips were not fried the way companion asked for them and most of them were left on the plate. For myself, I ordered the Scallop & Shrimp Combo which came with nicely prepared brussel sprouts which were grilled and then had balsamic vinegar over them. I also ordered the char broiled zucchini, which I did not care for and left most of it on my plate. On to desserts! Desserts are prepared in house and not from the outside. Companion ordered Bread Pudding. Sliced from a loaf and served with a Jack Daniels Whiskey sauce and a ball of vanilla ice cream. Companion was so full that it was not finished but not before declaring it to be delicious. I ordered the Butter Cake. A delicious cupcake sized portion tasting deeply of butter, served with whipped cream, berries, and topped with vanilla ice cream. Once again, the portion was so big that I could only eat half of it. As one might expect in a restaurant of this caliber, it was squeaky clean. Service was efficient and almost all of the food was prepared as ordered. 5 stars

I decided to sit at the bar for a quick happy hour and the bartender was very friendly and prompt. I ordered a coffee to go along with my butter cake and it was honestly the perfect pairing. Do yourself a favor and go to King's Fish House for the butter cake -- it's seriously some of the best cake I've ever had! Looking forward to visiting again.
