Very solid Chinese restaurant! Went here on Christmas Day and was very satisfied with the experience. All of the food was well priced and had generous portions. The quality was overall pretty good as well. Our favorite was the chow fun and the duck! The service was pleasant but a bit slow initially. We probably waited 15-20 minutes until we ordered. But it was a holiday so they could've been short staffed.

Please get the fish and noodles great combo loved it delicious I would only eat here if I could love it

Delicious authentic dishes with very reasonable prices. The Peking Duck is so good! Worth going for that dish alone.

Tao Garden is pretty good! I like most of the entrees they offer. I probably had almost all of them over the years. I looked at some other people's suggestions and they all looked good! Their restaurant is located on the corner of the plaza, close to the street. This is good because then it is easy to get there and park. There is a Taco Bell close by though and their drive through gets busy. There is enough parking in the parking lot which is good. The service is usually fast but when it is rush hour, it can get slow. I would suggest the hot and sour soup. That is always a popular dish with my family and friends. I also like a couple of their noodle dishes. I think Hong Kong style noodles. I like their chicken dishes more than the beef dishes or the fish dishes. Great flavors and textures.

Decent Cantonese style Chinese food in the area. We got the... -Duck: on the leaner side but still some fat on the skin. Nice flavor, would be good for those who don't want fatty meat -Beef & bittermelon: just ok. Do not get if you can't handle bitter flavors! I thought the melon overpowered the beef but maybe it is supposed to be like that -Braised Tofu: ok vegetarian option. Not much flavor. -Walnut shrimp: delicious and authentic! Some places deep fry it and that is NOT the way to go -Eggplant & pork: this was tasty but there was hardly any pork! Otherwise great dish -Yang Zhou fried rice: very average. They did give us a huge plate of rice on the side for free which we didn't expect! Probably won't return for awhile if at all as we have a list of other Chinese restaurants to try in the area...

This place is incredible. I was recently in Hong Kong and eating the food here really transported me back. The fish clay pot might be one of the best I've eaten in my entire life! The fish was cooked beautifully, tofu was plentiful, and sauce was warm and hearty but not too heavy. The beef clay pot is also extremely high quality. It's very hard to find this level of Cantonese authenticity around the valley but I'm so glad it's available here. The portion sizes here are also very generous. Will be returning next week, and the week after, and the week after that for the foreseeable future!

They have some pretty good food at Tao Garden. They serve typical Chinese food like hot and sour soup as well as egg drop soup. Their rice and noodles are good. Their rice isn't dry. The noodles are crispy depending on what you get. They also have soft noodles too. I got some pan fried crispy noodles that had a sauce that made it not so crispy. The sauce softened the noodles. I think the noodles got a little fatter with the sauce. These noodles came with carrots. The other noodles were wide and flat. These noodles looked like they had soy sauce on them. They came with bean sprouts. I also had soft tofu and fish. The fish had a batter on it. The eggplant dish was quite sweet. The service is quick and I got my food fast.

This place needs an upgrade with their decor but the food is good. We came here twice and had good dining experiences. Service was good and food is authentic. We really like their garlic pea sprout and ordered it both times.

Yelp got it wrong to give Tao Garden such low rating. Tao Garden your food is delicious!!! I don't usually give any rating but today I need to. I eat around enough to know their food is always consistently delicious, perfect ingredients with amazing aroma for a reasonable price and so much choices!!! Give this place a chance and you will see other restaurants price gouge on their mediocre menu.

Good Cantonese style food along with Chinese American offerings. We mainly go for the traditional dishes and it doesn't disappoint.

When we got there the place was small and fairly busy but we were able to be seated quicker than I thought. I was surprised how quickly the food came out as we did order 9 dishes in which all of them were tasty! The server was welcoming and provided proactive service. He was always around to refill our drinks and take any empty dishes off our table. I don't know if we were just all hungry but all the food was yummy! My favs were the stir fry eggplant and minced pork with garlic sauce + Salt and Pepper Fish Fillet. They had a lot on the menu that I have yet to try. Overall our family was satisfied with the dishes we tried and the service was great!

Try these and see what they should REALLY taste like. 10/10 Secondly, the orange chicken ACTUALLY tastes like real, fresh orange!! Not overly sweet and doughy like most places. The flavor is phenomenal. Only thing is, I wish they were a little crispier but I'm sure you could request that upon ordering. Fried rice and noodles are also delicious! First time I got the dumplings there, and second time had them delivered. Equally delicious- which I was worried about. Just so you know! :)

Service 5/5 I've never had bad service here. Enjoyed our server and the ..."bartender who also entertained the customers with her dance and grooves as she moved about the restaurant". Food 5/5 Everything I tried was delicious. Ordered an iced tea, a large bowl of Egg flower soup so I had some left tomorrow. Their take on the soup is fresh vegetables, through the straw amazing broth. Also ordered their vegetable Egg foo young. Theirs is donee in a nice dark broth, not gravy; which I found to be spot on. We thought the salt and pepper pork was too dry or overcooked. And it doesn't seem fair to rate general Tso as it's a fried dish and by the time you eat it 40 minutes later, it's not crispy anymore. It was pretty good as we threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up. The staff was friendly and our food was ready in about 12 minutes. I can see why this place is popular.
