Amazing!!! Owner and chef were great :)

Amazing!!! Owner and chef were great! Loved it and the food tasted great. Loved the experience of making my own bowl :)

We brought our soccer team of 18 boys for dinner and it was wonderful! [[HIGHLIGHT]]They had room for all of us, the kids each got to pick what they wanted and everyone was happy.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff was warm & helpful. They were accommodating of a gluten free diet. Efficient, affordable, fresh...perfect!

We came here around 4:45pm for the first time. The place was literally empty we had it all to ourselves. The food was amazing, they had a sauce sign that told us what to put in and they worked out great. It was a nice touch because I've been to similar places and they didn't have that. It made our meal taste way better. This place was a lot of fun, we'll definitely be back. By the time we left, it was packed so we beat the rush. I'd totally comeback at the same time.

This is a great concept. I love Mongolian, create your own bowl type restaurants. YC's Mongolian, (now Blazin'), was one of my favorite places to go to pre-Covid. We decided to order it on DoorDash because when we tried to eat inside they were closed that day. Everything was fine, the food came warm and our orders were correct. The food just wasn't anything special. The appetizers (Spring Rolls and Potsickers) were acceptable. The "Create your own" stir fries were very, very bland. You could barely taste the sauces we ordered. My bowl was supposed to be red curry sauce with peanuts, noodles, chicken, and red onions. It was okay but the noodles were quite dry. I would definitely come back, but in person, to try to get more sauce. Don't be so stingy!

PLEASE enforce cooks wearing hairnets when preparing food. Was all excited to eat my lunch when I got to work and first thing I see when I open the box...it all went in the trash and I went hungry. Not too much to ask for when paying almost $40 for lunch for 2 people to-go.

The best Mongolian spot in the valley. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Clean, fresh and fast.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Good options on noodles and a much better selection of options than other spots in town.

This is to show i didn't eat much of it at all.

I told the lady i wanted the littlest serving, she gave me a bigger size saying i couldn't buy that one. I spent $19 on this food and had all of 6-7 bites the food was delicious but the lady in the front wouldn't listen to me, when i told her i can't eat a lot of post op bariatric patient. So im sure i wasted maybe $8-$9 cause she wouldn't listen. Ruined my whole experience because i hate feeling like i got screwed.

Sizzle was a nice surprise in Chandler. Similar to other designs, you pick your protein and then load up with noodles and veggies. There were plenty of sauces to choose from and also a salad/rice bar after your food is cooked. Prices were fair for dinner at $14/$15 per person, however they offer large portions and you can really pack in the toppings. The vegetables were fresh and they offer beef, chicken, pork, cod, and shrimp proteins. Overall, nice spot and a really tasty meal.

Great food and friendly staff every time I go. Prices are good for the bowl sizes and always have leftovers.

Music is always on pointe and I would never change the look or ambiance of the place either. My last trip here though I had to ask about why the menu had stopped changing as often since we were one of two parties there in the middle of happy hour and there was a large framed picture of a bartender with a bunch of signed notes on the bottom of it beside me at the bar. It turns out that one of the oldest curators and bartenders of the bar and restaurant had passed from a drunk driving incident and I had not known at all! Gosh I was so disappointed in myself that I had ever complained about not having a new menu to try after that...but at the same time it was amazing to hear so many great anecdotes and to learn so much more about him and the history of the bar itself while dining this time. I had a lot of fun times at this bar - including remembering the first time I met that bartender and sharing that memory with the staff that told me their story. They also shared that they would be coming out with a new menu very soon and some of the new items and ideas that would be rolling out so I am also very excited to go back! New food menu tomorrow too?! What?! I was almost tempted to back today to get more of their amazing dishes from the main menu!! Thank you Cat for the amazing hospitality! The hot pot is flavorful, delicious, and fulfilling. I went home with a second meal because the portions are so good. The hotpot was a bit bland and I had to add quite a bit of soy sauce to taste anything as I went with the Szechuan broth. The fishball with roe had a really off putting taste to it either it was old or a different brand used because they are typically quite good. This is the first time where I was unable to eat it due to the flavor and texture. Traditionally hotpot is served with a side of dipping sauce to accommodate with the proteins/veggies. Since there wasn't any, the only option was soy sauce lol... Overall quite bland and pricey for what you get compared to other places. The Thai fried rice was interesting. I wasn't sure what was "Thai" about it because it tasted like a typical fried rice. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. It had good flavor compared to the bland hotpot. At the time of my visit it was pretty empty and no one checked on us the entirety of the meal and I had to stand up to try and find a server to check out. Maybe the entryway blocks the view of the servers? Idk. The silverware was also dirty. Asked for a new spoon and there was a small food but stuck on it alongside my plate having some oil on it. I dont see myself coming back here but I do wish them the best. Theres not a lot of asian businesses in East Mesa, especially ones that offer hotpot.

I would definitely go here if you're looking for something new or seeking a rarer dish. They also have VERY generous portion sizing, so it's pretty good value. If you wanted something familiar like pho or rice dishes, I personally feel that other places do them better. I have a family member who went separately who said the banh khot (a rarer dish in the US) they ordered was better than the regular Vietnamese offerings. When my partner I went, service was a little slow and distracted. They currently have the World Cup games playing on the TV for both customers and themselves. I don't mind the fanfare around the excitement for the games, but the waiter did get our food order wrong due to the distraction :( The bussed tables were pretty clean, but a lot of tables were left unbussed for a very long time due to the game too. My partner and I went with the meatball and brisket pho and bun thit nuong (except this one came out wrong and was just bun cha gio). Cyclo's pho style is on the sweeter side. I was a little shocked at how sweet it was. The bowl size is huge and comes with plenty of noodles. They don't skimp. My partner's bun cha gio was okay. Cyclo is a little more special in that they put taro in their cha gio (egg rolls). We personally weren't fans of this, but it is unique. The taro gives the filling a slimier texture. Overall, my partner and I wouldn't return again for the food unless we wanted something more new, but we do love how good value Cyclo is.
