A coworker and I decided to give this place a try after our favorite Asian place was closed for the day. They have an extensive menu and the prices didn't seem too bad for some items, while others seemed a bit excessive. For example, I could get a chicken eggroll for $1.95 but a four count of crab rangoon was almost $5. The lunch combos come with your choice of rice, and you get to pick one side and there is options to add on and order extra meat. My sesame chicken combo was priced at $8.50 (which seems more than fair in my opinion). With adding an additional eggroll + tax +tip + service fee ($1.95 per order) I spent $13. We have no idea what that service fee is for because I picked up the order and I placed the order on their website. They were heavy handed with the rice, the eggroll was decent sized, and the chicken was what I expected as far as portion goes, just wish there had been more sauce for all that rice. The flavor was good on everything. My coworker and I both got chicken meals and we both agreed the chicken was tough and likely more breading than chicken. We both had random veggies in our chicken dishes. I had two pieces of broccoli and my coworker had some random large pieces on onion in their orange chicken. Something I learned entering the restaurant is this was New York style Chinese. I have heard of New York style Chinese food and people swear it tastes different but I didn't notice any significant taste difference from any other sesame chicken I've had.

    Green bean chicken

The food here is too hit or miss there is no consistency. My go to was shrimp fried rice, house special chow fun and green bean chicken. Their egg foo young was a special treat. Last night I don't know what happened they completely missed the mark. Grisly chicken, green beans that were not fresh and seemed to be from different batches. There used to be an old dude in the kitchen that used to hook it up. Ever since Youngblood got involved in the operations the place just isn't the same. All their sauces are the same pretty much whatever the dish is called. Service is efficient but no smiles it's just transactional all the way. Ambiance umm there's none. This is a take out to go place almost exclusively. There are tables inside but there is no decor in this place. It's very basic paper plates and plastic utensils. Hate to say it but it hurts to set you free Bejing. I don't have feelings for you anymore.

    TSO Chicken

The service was good. However, after cutting up my order of TSO Chicken, I found something that doesn't resemble chicken. So, I probably won't be returning.

Small portion of rice for such nice size egg foo young pattie

I placed our "order to go" from this location since, when we're in this shopping plaza, we noticed that they always appear to have tons of orders to go! I had the orange chicken and my friend got the egg foo young. I wasn't impressed to say the least! The portions of the patties were big but they didn't provide enough rice considering that the patties were pretty big. The prices are decent but we weren't impressed with the taste nor presentation. Usually these small Ma and Pop shops are really good but this was a thumbs down. Perhaps in the future, I'll try it again with a different dish just to give them a second chance.

Even though it's not expensive but the portion was very little and they hardly put any meat in my pork fried rice. Don't recommend.

We were also very happy with the value that we got for our food. We ordered a Kung Pao Chicken lunch special, a Chicken and Vegetable lunch special, and the Golden Fried Prawns appetizer. They have lunch specials that are from 11am-3pm Tuesday-Friday and are amazing. The entrees coming with an egg roll and soup or a salad (which were also both amazing). The service was spectacular. They kept our waters full and never kept us waiting. The food also came out exceptionally quick and they were happy to answer any questions. Lastly, the ambiance is great. They have nightly entertainment and comfortable seating that make this the perfect outing. There is plenty of light and it is the nice casual vibe for lunch or dinner. If you are looking for a new restaurant, this is for sure one to try.

We thought the salt and pepper pork was too dry or overcooked. And it doesn't seem fair to rate general Tso as it's a fried dish and by the time you eat it 40 minutes later, it's not crispy anymore. It was pretty good as we threw it in the air fryer to crisp it up. The staff was friendly and our food was ready in about 12 minutes. I can see why this place is popular.

I actually…read morejust realized that I'm not even sure if this is the correct location but since I live in Gilbert, I'm going to assume this was the one that was delivered to me. Either way, The food we received was the bomb.com! We were hanging out and watching movies on a Saturday while my lady was nursing a bit of a cold. She wanted something in the chicken noodle soup family, and after a bit of back-and-forth, we decided to look for Ramen or pho. Now that's where the start started, but that's clearly not where it ended. After a couple of different searches, we found kung fu noodle And simply picked it based on a combination of the pictures, the reviews and the fact that they have several noodle soup options that looked really appealing. Ultimately, we ended up ordering the spicy beef noodle soup, and the house special noodle soup along with their dumplings, crab Rangoon's and fried rice. Now, usually I skip straight to the review of the food at this point, but I have to give them one additional compliment. This place goes the extra mile in terms of making sure the delivery experience is Extra level. Starting with their packaging, which, for someone who is infatuated with great design, they really do a great job of driving home the full brand experience! Not only were the package is aesthetically, pleasing and artistic in some cases, but they were also very functional as well with all of the plastic containers having sealed lids that had to be broken open for the first time by us. This was just extra assurance that our food wasn't tampered with on the ride from the restaurant to the house. In addition, the food was extremely fresh and hot, even the crab Rangoon's, which in some cases can be delivered with that wet, gummy effect because of the steam and condensation that accumulates inside of many of the take-home containers that you receive from most Asian food places. I wouldn't argue that this is the kind of containers that you would necessarily keep around as home Tupperware, but the bag that they sent everything in definitely feels like it's gotta reuse or two in it. Overall, we were really happy with the quality of the food as both Soups were portion wise enough for two consecutive days of meals. Same thing with the fried rice, which was really good We got the shrimp version and it had plenty of shrimp and veggies in addition to really fresh rice. Lastly, while I'm not specifically a dumpling guy, I decided to try these because the pictures looked really good on the website. And I can't lie, these were definitely really Good dumplings. Overall, we are looking forward to trying to spot out in person, but if we have to order again before we make it in person, that's what it is going to be!

This does make it a little easier to take any leftovers to go because you can grab a lid later. The inside is very clean. You likely won't see too many other guests eating in as most get takeout. Service is frank and prompt. Ever since some of our favorite long time local hand pulled noodle places closed over the years, my partner and I have been on the search for any kind of replacement. Unfortunately, Kung Fu Noodles does not live up to that for us. You have to approach this restaurant with takeout in mind. Portion sizing is pretty generous. The food itself is very okay. With so many other takeout places to compete in the area, my partner and I likely won't return.
