I came yesterday with my sisters and we had a great experience. The AC down and they let us know as soon as we walked in. I appreciate the honesty. It wasn't that hot inside surprisingly being that it's August so we decided to stay and the AC got fixed while we were there!! The food and service were excellent. Tasty and fresh food. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. Our server was really sweet and attentive. At the end they gave us a yummy dessert. It was my bday so it felt extra special. Thank you.

The flavor is impeccable!! Very affordable, and staff is so accommodating. My boyfriend just had gum surgery so they cut the beef into tiny pieces for him, and brought a cup of ice to cool down the one pot for him to eat it. Will be back!

When your Asian parents changed their mind last minute and asked you to take them to a restaurant that serves Hainanese chicken dish, One Pot came to the rescue! Granted this place is more known for hotpot, their regular entree menu is just as appealing. We also ordered the Khao mookrob, which is the roasted pork with Chinese sausage dish, which is just as flavorful. The portion size is just right. I cleaned the plate with not a single piece of rice left behind! Oh, and the soup that came with it was probably just chicken broth with white pepper. However, it just hit the spot! Can't wait to come back and try their hotpot and dessert menu next time!

So good! Enjoyed making our own hot pot - love the variety of broths, veggies, meats, and all the other add ons! Service was amazing, too! Great place and excited to visit again to try more combinations.

We stopped by because we wanted dessert. I wish we had a chance to try the hotpot, tho, it smelled so good! We got seated right away because it was pretty quiet. I was craving bingsoo on such a hot day, it was around 115 degrees, and I wanted something cold. It was super yummy! You can't mess up bingsoo. I will definitely be back to try the hotpot!

This place is in a sketchy plaza -- honestly, it felt a bit scary at night and I was hesitant to even park. There's no lights. The inside is also pretty basic, and there was a strong smell from the renovation materials. But the food? Absolutely amazing and super affordable. I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice and the crispy pork rice -- both were incredibly tender, juicy, and generously portioned. I always complained that there's no Hainanese chicken in Arizona until I found this place! The chicken tasted very authentic, juicy and flavorful. The crispy pork had that perfect crunch on the outside while remaining juicy inside -- seriously satisfying. And the chicken soup that came with both dishes wasn't made from powder -- it was clearly made from real chicken broth. This is definitely one of those hidden gem. I'll absolutely be back, but next time I'll probably order ahead for takeout instead of dining in . And I want to try their bingsoo as well! The pics look very good

Small hole in the wall place that is overlooked for the more popular spots. Excellent non intrusive service that caters to your taste and preferences while making recommendations aligned with your choices. This is a place for genuine good food and personal connection with whoever you go with, as there isn't a lot of chatter or distractions, just chairs, tables and good food! Definitely will not be disappointed if you go for the hotpots and mussels.

We were about to go to the pho place next door but found out this place was open. So we decided to try it out! We didn't order the hot pot that they were famous for but still, we were impressed by the dishes! I always love Hainan chicken so decided to order this dish. The sauce was good and the rice was super flavorful. The chicken was okay and needed more flavor in my perspective. My husband ordered the grilled chicken, which was delicious! The chicken skin was crispy and the chicken was rich in flavors! I bet their hot pot would be good too. Would love to try it next time!

We were a bit sad to see that we were the only diners there, though we're hoping it was simply because we arrived a little early for dinner. The service was very prompt, friendly, & attentive. It felt like the hot pot meal came with a generous selection of included sides (though I don't go out for hot pot often, so I'm not entirely sure what the standard is). The beef was nicely thin-sliced and cooked in seconds, and the assortment of seafood was charming. Both broths were delicious and exactly what you'd hope for. This was a very fun and cute date night. I really hope this place gets more love from the community.

Overall the place was not bad! The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side and did not have many tables. However their hot pot was not too bad as the serving size was pretty decent. Their Thai sukiyaki and miso soup base was pretty good, however i did not enjoy the vermicelli noodles as much. However for the price range it was pretty decent. I would definitely come back for their bingsu dessert as it was so light and fluffy and very tasty !

Swung by here with a friend because we've been searching for a new hot pot place since our former usual spot started going downhill. We each opted for our own personal hotpot option, my friend selected the tom yum while I went with the mala. The tom yum was very very salty and slightly lackluster in the other typical flavor profiles of tom yum. Not very sour, not very sweet, I couldn't detect much of the typical natural tamarind flavoring. The mala, in my opinion, was a much better choice, if you can handle your spice. Though I admit, still heavy on the salty side. The portion size, considering the price, was pretty fair. Decent amount of everything, including protein. We also each ordered off of the "bubble" section on their drink menu. It is essentially your choice of tea, soda, or lemonade, mixed with a syrup flavoring of your choice. A bit pricey overall considering the simplicity of the drink and what you pay. I admit, lots of the other offerings on the menu looked enticing and may get me to come back to try one day but I think my search for a new regular hotpot place continues.

One of the best hot pot places you will find! The flavor of the broths are awesome, you don't even need to dip the meat into any sauces like most hot pot places. The teas they make are actually very good, they use fresh brewed tea, and I think my favorite one was the cacao as it was pure rich chocolate. The bingsu was one of my favorite items. The fresh fruit and the texture and creaminess of the shave was perfect. The place is very small and only has a few tables, but it is your true hole in the wall gem.

I had such a busy day working that I didn't get a chance to eat anything--what a whirlwind! I just remembered that One Pot restaurant now offers Chicken Rice in a delightful Thai style. I enjoyed some amazing Thai Chicken Rice in Bangkok last year, so I was excited to give it a try! I ordered both the Chicken Rice and the Crispy Pork Belly. The Chicken Rice was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked, infused with the lovely aroma of chicken. The chicken itself was tender and moist, and the accompanying broth was a wonderful touch. You might find it amusing, but the cucumbers were fresh and incredibly tasty! If you're from Singapore or Malaysia, the flavor might be a bit different since it's made in Thai style, but I highly encourage you to give it a try--it's really good!

They are reasonably priced although I felt like the price difference for the matcha Thai vs Thai milk tea wasn't worth it. The matcha itself did taste good though and I'd love to come back and try their Pandan Matcha. Their boba is consistently chewy and yummy. Drinks are consistent in quality with variety. We showed up late and the person who served us was very kind, patient, and welcoming despite it being close to closing. We were apologetic and grateful. (Thank you to her!). Otherwise, beware of limited parking like everywhere else in Mesa. This location also has an added bonus in that it's open later than a lot of other boba places so you can still fit in that boba run after dinner! We were also impressed that they have options for a 32 ounce so you can REALLY get your cravings satisfied! Overall, a really solid option.

I was in the mood for snacking and therefore, looking for a boba spot with more than popcorn chicken. Their seasonal hot honey fries caught my eye as I was scrolling through recent menu photos and in we went. They were out of the calamari, and the staff was friendly in cautioning us that the snacks may take a while since there's one fryer and luckily, we weren't in a hurry. We ending up ordering the following: - Jasmine Milk Tea with aloe vera - was quite disappointed to have the aloe vera super mushy. I would have switched it out if I had tried it in stores before leaving. - Fried Shrimp - this was pretty salty to the point I could barely finish these - Hot Honey Fries - seasoning was superb and would come back alone for this! - Popcorn chicken - okay, not much breading to it and therefore, not too crispy, but the sauces helped There is a smile/satisfaction guarantee, and perhaps we should've tried everything before leaving, but that's moreso on us wanting to go home. Unfortunately, phone did not eat first so not much photos taken.

However, given that all the drinks I've tried tasted solid -- especially the white peach refresher with oolong tea (SO GOOD) -- I'll still be back. I prefer less sugar generally (25% at most other places), but you can safely get 100% sugar level here without feeling like your drink is overly sweet. If you opt for less sugar, staff may warn you that it won't be sweet at all unless you get the pearls, which are sweetened by default. If you dined at Mensho Ramen next door, you can get a discount on your drink order at Xing Fu Tang if you show them your receipt. The shaved ice is delicious with the ice being made from frozen sweetened milk rather than only water. An order is huge and you can easily share with 4 people for dessert. Super chill and a bright, open space to enjoy some delicious drinks. The staff here are friendly and welcoming. When I come here I usually get iced fruit tea, milk tea, or matcha. They have unique and well flavored drinks. On my most recent trip I ordered from the current seasonal menu. They also have fruit teas, hojicha tea, and espresso drinks. It can be helpful to check their website and see the pictures and descriptions if you're trying to decide what to choose. I had the iced jasmine matcha with oat milk and Mont Blanc foam. This is the best flavored matcha drink I've had compared to matcha drinks I've had in Japan. I watched her hand whisk the ceremonial grade powder, making it well blended and smooth. The delicate jasmine sweetness and the very citrus forward Mont Blanc foam really paired well together. The jasmine version doesn't come with that foam so I paid extra to add it, but well worth it. So delicious! In the past I used to get the earl grey milk tea and strawberry lemon green tea. I'll definitely be back, continuing to try out other drinks. I've liked everything so far from Crafti, and that's saying a lot because many boba or tea places are just too syrupy sweet for me, here it's nice flavors and sweetness.
