When your Asian parents changed their mind last minute and asked you to take them to a restaurant that serves Hainanese chicken dish, One Pot came to the rescue! Granted this place is more known for hotpot, their regular entree menu is just as appealing. We also ordered the Khao mookrob, which is the roasted pork with Chinese sausage dish, which is just as flavorful. The portion size is just right. I cleaned the plate with not a single piece of rice left behind! Oh, and the soup that came with it was probably just chicken broth with white pepper. However, it just hit the spot! Can't wait to come back and try their hotpot and dessert menu next time!

We stopped by because we wanted dessert. I wish we had a chance to try the hotpot, tho, it smelled so good! We got seated right away because it was pretty quiet. I was craving bingsoo on such a hot day, it was around 115 degrees, and I wanted something cold. It was super yummy! You can't mess up bingsoo. I will definitely be back to try the hotpot!

This place is in a sketchy plaza -- honestly, it felt a bit scary at night and I was hesitant to even park. There's no lights. The inside is also pretty basic, and there was a strong smell from the renovation materials. But the food? Absolutely amazing and super affordable. I ordered the Hainanese chicken rice and the crispy pork rice -- both were incredibly tender, juicy, and generously portioned. I always complained that there's no Hainanese chicken in Arizona until I found this place! The chicken tasted very authentic, juicy and flavorful. The crispy pork had that perfect crunch on the outside while remaining juicy inside -- seriously satisfying. And the chicken soup that came with both dishes wasn't made from powder -- it was clearly made from real chicken broth. This is definitely one of those hidden gem. I'll absolutely be back, but next time I'll probably order ahead for takeout instead of dining in . And I want to try their bingsoo as well! The pics look very good

Small hole in the wall place that is overlooked for the more popular spots. Excellent non intrusive service that caters to your taste and preferences while making recommendations aligned with your choices. This is a place for genuine good food and personal connection with whoever you go with, as there isn't a lot of chatter or distractions, just chairs, tables and good food! Definitely will not be disappointed if you go for the hotpots and mussels.

We were about to go to the pho place next door but found out this place was open. So we decided to try it out! We didn't order the hot pot that they were famous for but still, we were impressed by the dishes! I always love Hainan chicken so decided to order this dish. The sauce was good and the rice was super flavorful. The chicken was okay and needed more flavor in my perspective. My husband ordered the grilled chicken, which was delicious! The chicken skin was crispy and the chicken was rich in flavors! I bet their hot pot would be good too. Would love to try it next time!

We were a bit sad to see that we were the only diners there, though we're hoping it was simply because we arrived a little early for dinner. The service was very prompt, friendly, & attentive. It felt like the hot pot meal came with a generous selection of included sides (though I don't go out for hot pot often, so I'm not entirely sure what the standard is). The beef was nicely thin-sliced and cooked in seconds, and the assortment of seafood was charming. Both broths were delicious and exactly what you'd hope for. This was a very fun and cute date night. I really hope this place gets more love from the community.

Overall the place was not bad! The restaurant is a bit on the smaller side and did not have many tables. However their hot pot was not too bad as the serving size was pretty decent. Their Thai sukiyaki and miso soup base was pretty good, however i did not enjoy the vermicelli noodles as much. However for the price range it was pretty decent. I would definitely come back for their bingsu dessert as it was so light and fluffy and very tasty !

Swung by here with a friend because we've been searching for a new hot pot place since our former usual spot started going downhill. We each opted for our own personal hotpot option, my friend selected the tom yum while I went with the mala. The tom yum was very very salty and slightly lackluster in the other typical flavor profiles of tom yum. Not very sour, not very sweet, I couldn't detect much of the typical natural tamarind flavoring. The mala, in my opinion, was a much better choice, if you can handle your spice. Though I admit, still heavy on the salty side. The portion size, considering the price, was pretty fair. Decent amount of everything, including protein. We also each ordered off of the "bubble" section on their drink menu. It is essentially your choice of tea, soda, or lemonade, mixed with a syrup flavoring of your choice. A bit pricey overall considering the simplicity of the drink and what you pay. I admit, lots of the other offerings on the menu looked enticing and may get me to come back to try one day but I think my search for a new regular hotpot place continues.

One of the best hot pot places you will find! The flavor of the broths are awesome, you don't even need to dip the meat into any sauces like most hot pot places. The teas they make are actually very good, they use fresh brewed tea, and I think my favorite one was the cacao as it was pure rich chocolate. The bingsu was one of my favorite items. The fresh fruit and the texture and creaminess of the shave was perfect. The place is very small and only has a few tables, but it is your true hole in the wall gem.

I had such a busy day working that I didn't get a chance to eat anything--what a whirlwind! I just remembered that One Pot restaurant now offers Chicken Rice in a delightful Thai style. I enjoyed some amazing Thai Chicken Rice in Bangkok last year, so I was excited to give it a try! I ordered both the Chicken Rice and the Crispy Pork Belly. The Chicken Rice was absolutely delicious! The rice was perfectly cooked, infused with the lovely aroma of chicken. The chicken itself was tender and moist, and the accompanying broth was a wonderful touch. You might find it amusing, but the cucumbers were fresh and incredibly tasty! If you're from Singapore or Malaysia, the flavor might be a bit different since it's made in Thai style, but I highly encourage you to give it a try--it's really good!

Very delicious individual hot pots with fresh ingredients! We spent lunch here today for Thanksgiving and enjoyed our meal. The seafood is very good quality compared to that used at Tasty Pot. Very tasty broth and overall delicious. Also loved their milk tea boba. They use mini boba and I like those better than regular boba.

The broth was okay. It doesn't have a depth of flavor and since I was able to see the kitchen from where I was seated, it was pre made flavor cubes to make the malatang. It was just okay.

Tried One Pot Fusion again, and just as it did the first time, this place strongly delivered in every aspect! Including great taste, food quality, presentation, portion, customer service and ambiance! If you have not tried out One Pot Fusion, then you are truly missing out on an amazing experience!

The actual fruit serving size is only 1/3 of what is shown on picture. I felt duped.

Ambiance 5/5 This is a nice Thai quaint restaurant with a nicely decorated dining room with Cultural pieces throughout. Service 5/5++ Dinner service was provided again by Moo. What's amazing is her immediate recognition of me and my last order. I have memory envy. Moo got things rolling with Ice Tea. The starter was their rice paper spring rolls (salad rolls) which come as four servings with a nice peanut sauce and sweet chili sauce. As mentioned in my previous review, these are amazing delicious because they are made fresh with thinly sliced cucumber, carrot, sprouts, fresh mint, cilantro and spring mix with a choice of protein. I always have them made with shrimp. Pro-tip challenge Try eating just one serving! Entrees ordered Pad Kee Moa (drunken noodles) Thai Hot! Pork Jerky, nicely seasoned with Thai seasoning and Sriracha sauce reduction. Served with a crispy outer crust and tender pork center. This came with another delicious dipping sauce, bravo!
