On top of that, they don't send bills, reminders or any sort of e-mail, so you just have to figure it out... By then, I assumed they had my credit card on file, since no reminder/bill arrived, so when we went to move our things, our space was locked, we owed the rent, and they charged an extra $60 on late fees. When I asked about that on the phone they say "they don't do that (send bills)". Not only did that delay our move for 30 mins that we had to pay our movers, but left a horrible taste. When we called a few days later to cancel, our account was already canceled, even though we had paid until the 31st. An absolutely horrible experience, with a malicious business model.

Asphalt is always clean, that's hard to say about many other facilities. Even on windy days, it's apparent that they keep up with the "housekeeping". All units are accessible with a large truck, and the facility is close to the highway, yet feels safe. It's directly in line with approach at Dulles airport, and that's awesome.
